The purpose of this study was to determine whether the relationship of emotional intelligence could affect the achievement of the mathematics learning of fourth graders in SD Negeri Kutabumi IV Tangerang District. This research is a type of survey research with correlation technique. Samples studied were 34 respondents who are thestudents of grade IV-C at SD Negeri Kutabumi IV Tangerang District. The data of emotional intelligence (X) was obtained through a questionnaire consisting of 26 items and the data of mathematics learning achievement (Y) collected through the score recorded from the UAS (Final Exam) grades. The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the learning achievement of Mathematics with a correlation of 0,580 and with the regression equation Ý = 4,55 + 0,74X and the coefficient of determination of 0,3364 which means that emotional intelligence has a contribution of 33,64% towards the achievement of the mathematics learning.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, jumlah siswa yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua instrumen yaitu, kuisioner kecerdasan emosional dan dokumentasi prestasi belajar dari nilai rapor. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi r = 0,417. Nilai rtabel = 0,297 untuk N = 44 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai rhitung (0,417) > rtabel (0,297) maka diputuskan menerima hipotesis alternatif (H1) dan menolak hipotesis awal (H0). Artinya terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional dan Prestasi Belajar Matematika The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. The population of this study is all students of VIII grade at SMP Negeri 8 Palu consisting of 5 classes. The sample was obtained by using random sampling technique. The total number of the sample was 44 students. The data collection used two instruments, namely, emotional intelligence questionnaire and documentation of learning achievement from the report card. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation test obtained correlation value r = 0.417. Value of rtable = 0,297 for N = 44 with significance level 5%. The value of rcount (0.417)> rtable (0.297) then decided to accept the alternative hypothesis (H1) and reject the initial hypothesis (H0). This means there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mathematics learning achievement of VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 8 Palu. Emotional Intelligence is one of the factors that influence a person's success, because IQ contributes 20% to one's success, while 80% contributes from other factors, one of which is emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with second semester student achievement  Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan tahun 2017. This study uses a quantitative type of study through a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was mahasisiwi second semester of the Academy of Health Midwifery with 43 respondents with total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are done using Chi Square. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the moderate category, and learning achievement in the category was very satisfying. There is a Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Student Achievement in Semester II in Akademi Kebidanan Sehat Medan Tahun 2017 with p value 0,004. The conclusion of the study shows that there is an emotional intelligence relationship with the learning achievement of the second semester students of the Medan Healthy Midwifery Academy and for the place it is hoped that they can provide input material to provide students with regular emotional intelligence tests.

  En el fútbol la posibilidad de generar tiros estáticos con alta velocidad, puede determinar el resultado de un juego al disminuir la posibilidad de reacción del guardameta. La investigación se planteó analizar las características antropométricas con la velocidad del balón en el fútbol. Se evaluaron 17 futbolistas masculinos de la selección del estado Barinas categoría sub-20. (173,2 cm ±6,9 y 65 kg ±7,8). Las variables antropométricas se recolectaron según protocolo de ISAK, para la valoración de la proporcionalidad y la composición corporal se utilizó el método escalable, comparándose mediante un prototipo ontogénico deportivo; se aplicó una prueba de la velocidad pico del balón en el tiro estático sin intención de precisión utilizando un radar doopler para el registro de las velocidades. Los resultados muestran que existe una correlación significativa (<,05) directa para el índice Z de la altura ileoespinal, e inversa para el índice Z del panículo del muslo con respecto a la velocidad máxima del balón en el tiro estático, ambas correlaciones presentan un coeficiente de determinación de 24% y 25,8% respectivamente. No se hallaron correlaciones (>,05) para los índices Z de la altura tibial lateral, la longitud trocánter tibial lateral, ni para el área magra del muslo con la velocidad máxima del balón. De esta manera la menor acumulación de tejido adiposo y mayor altura del miembro inferior se consideran variables relacionadas a la generación de mayores velocidades con el balón. Abstract. In Soccer the possibility of generating static shots with high speed can determine the outcome of a game to reduce the chance of reaction of the goal keeper. This research study analyzes the relationship of body proportionality and body composition with maximum ball speed shooting of soccer. 17 male players under the age of 20 (U-20) of Barinas State (173.2 cm ± 6.9 and 65 ± 7.8 kg) were evaluated. The anthropometric variables were collected according to ISAK protocol. For the assessment of proportionality and body composition scalable method was used being compared through an ontogenetic sport prototype. A test of peak ball velocity was applied in the static shot without focusing on precision using a doopler radar to record speeds. The results show that there is a significant direct correlation (<.05) for Z ileoespinal height index, and inverse for Z index panículo thigh with respect to the maximum speed of the ball in the static shot. Both correlations present a coefficient of determination of 24% and 25.8% respectively. No correlations (> -.05) were found for the Z indices of lateral tibial height, lateral tibial length trochanter or for the lean thigh area with the maximum speed of the ball. Therefore, the lower accumulation of adipose tissue and greater height of the lower limb are considered variables related to the generation of higher velocities with the ball.

This research is with the design and model of Quantitative Research of Correlational Studies. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship between self-concept and students discipline of students in V grade students of Kota Batu 02 State Elementary School Ciomas District Bogor Regency. The subject of this research is 80 students of class V Kota Batu 02 State Elementary School Ciomas District Bogor Regency. This research was conducted on the odd semester of Lesson 2018/2019. The results showed that the average of self-concept variable is 89,88, while the students discipline variable has an average of 90,95 thus the relationship of self-concept with students discipline in statistical analysis is indicated by the result of significance test and regression with regression equation ? =48,374 + 0,4737x. This means that each increase of one students discipline variable value is 0,4737 units. The strength of the relationship between self-concept and students discipline is shown by the correlation coefficient with r value of 0,48 which means have a relationship. The magnitude of the contribution of self-concept with students discipline is shown by the coefficient (r) of 0,23 with the coefficient of determination of 23%. This means that the increase or decrease in students discipline has a relationship by self-concept by 23%. Based on the results of the above research can be concluded that the relationship between self-concept and discipline of students in class V Kota Batu 02 State Element 02 Bogor Regency have a relationship.

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between parents learning guidance with the results of learning mathematics, (2) the relationship between self-concept with the results of learning mathematics, (3) relationship between parents learning guidance and self concept with the result of learning mathematics of third grade semester II at SD Gugus XII Buleleng District, in the academic year 2017/2018. The type of research is used a correlation research. The population of this study amount to 169 people with a total sample of 114 people took by the technique of Proportional Random Sampling. The data of parents course and self-concept is collected through filling the questionnaire, while  result of data learning mathematics obtained by document recorder (document analyze). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic technique and regression analysis. The results of data analysis show: (1) the relationship between parents learning guidance with mathematics learning outcome of = 0,367 and the coefficient of determination of 13.5%, meaning there is a significant relationship between parents course with the results of learning mathematics. (2) the relationship between self-concept with the result of learning mathematics of = 0,450 and coefficient of determination equal to = 20,3%, meaning there is a significant correlation between self concept and the result of learning mathematics. (3) the relationship between parents learning guidance and self concept with the result of learning mathematics equal to = 0,461 and coefficient of determination equal to = 21,3%, meaning there is significant correlation between parents course and self concept with the result of learning mathematics.

This study aims to analyze and examine (1) the relationship of the principal situational leadership with teachers’ performance, (2) the relationship of principal supervision with teachers’ performance, and (3) the relationship of principal situational leadership and supervision all together with the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah in West Papua. This study uses a survey with correlation technique. Research conducted in the province of West Papua, which consists of six districts or cities: Sorong, Manokwari, Fakfak, Raja Ampat, Kaimana, and Sorong. Samples are selected in proportion taking the proportion of the population of teachers in each district or city into account. Data are collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical correlation (simple and double), calculating the coefficient of determination, and testing the significance of the partial correlation. The results show that (1) there is a positive correlation between the teachers’ performance and principal situational leadership; (2) there is a positive relationship between principal supervision and teachers’ performance; and (3) there is a significant relationship and influence of situational leadership and supervision of the principal on teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in West Papua. In other words, increasing the effectiveness of situational leadership and supervision of the principal would have a positive influence on improving the performance of teachers in the madrassas.

Kelas khusus olahraga adalah kelas yang dikuhuskan untuk mengembangkan prestasi olahraga tanpa mengesampingkan prestasi belajar. Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian hasil dari pembelajaran yang telah dilalui. Namun sampai saat ini belum adanya hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan mengenai faktor yang mendorong prestasi belajar siswa khususnya kelas olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas khusus olahraga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa kelas khusus olaharga di SMAN 1 Ciparay. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dihitung dengan bantuan microsoft excel 2007. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengarauh dan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas khusus olaharaga.  The relationship of learning achievement special students with emotional intelligence AbstractSpecial sports class classes are classes that are taught to develop sporting achievements without compromising learning achievement. Learning achievement is the result of learning that has been passed. Until now there has been no research results that reveal about the factors that drive learning achievement specially for sport class. The purpose of this study was to study whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence on student achievement in sports class. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research. The sample in this study was 40 students of special sports class at SMAN 1 Ciparay. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was calculated with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence and positive relationship between emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of students in special sports classes.

The purpose of this study is 1) Want to know the relationship of the initial ability of students in improving the achievement of learning Mathematics in grade V SDN 4 Rensing. 2) Want to know the relationship of students' self confidence in improving Mathematics learning achievement in grade V SDN 4 Rensing students. 3) Want to know the relationship of initial ability with confidence in the students of grade V SDN 4 Rensing. 4) Want to know the relationship of initial ability and confidence to the achievement of learning Mathematics in grade V SDN 4 Rensing year of learning 2016/2017. This research uses facto expo research.This study concludes that: 1) Initial ability correlates significantly with mathematics learning achievement. 2) Confidence is significantly related to mathematics learning achievement 3) Initial ability to relate significantly with confidence 4) The interaction of initial ability and confidence relationship is significantly related to mathematics learning achievement with contribution of 69.1%.

The purpose of this study is to findout the relationship between the principal's situational leadership style and the school climate   together with the integrity of paud teachers in Gambir Sub-District of Central Jakarta. This research includes a type of quantitative research with koresional techniques.  The population in this study is all paud teachers in Gambir Sub-District of Central Jakarta which numbered 63 people. The sample from this study is the entire population. Data collection techniques use questionnaire methods and documentation. The research data in the analysis of two forms is descriptive and inference analasis. Description analysis is performed in the form of basic statistics such as average, median mode, standard deviation, variance, total score of distribution tables and histograms. Inference analysis consists of prerequisite analysis and hypothesis test. The conclusion of this study is that thereis a positive relationship between situational leadership style and schooliklin together with paud teacher integrity in Gambir Sub-district of Central Jakarta with double correlation coefficient (r12y)of 0.1509 and coefficient of determination of 0.388. This points out that if the situational leadership style and the school climate are jointly improved then the integrity of teachers is improved through the regression equation = 87.8+0.26 b1+0.02b2. This means the better the principal's leadership style and school climate the better the integrity of the teacher.
