Vaginal discharge is vaginal discharge that is not blood which is sometimes a clinical manifestation of various infections, malignancies, or benign reproductive tumors, which always wet and cause irritation, itching and reduce comfort in sex. This study aims to determine the relationship with the incidence of flour albus in women of childbearing age in the Labuhan Rasoki Public Health Center, Southeast Padangsidimpuan District. The design of this research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the solvin formula and obtained 30 respondents. Analysis of the data with univariate and bivariate analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of flour albus in women of childbearing age in the working area of ​​the Labuhan Rasoki Public Health Center, Padangsidimpuan, Southeast with p = 0.000 < p = 0.05. It is expected that respondents will increase their knowledge, especially about flour albus by actively participating in counseling and reading a lot from mass media and electronics.

Kidney Failure is a health condition that worsen the quality of life. In Acute Kidney Injury and Chronic Kidney Disease there is a damage not only in function but also in the structure of kidney. Platelet Rich Plasma is known to has a lot of benefits as a medical treatment. Platelet Rich Plasma is a plasma that rich in platelets which has the function of regenerating and repairing tissue structures, especially damaged kidneys. This study aimsTo determine the effectiveness of Platelet-Rich Plasma on the improvement of  damaged kidneys. This paper uses a literature study or literature review by searching through Google Scholar or Pubmed using the keywords “Platelet-Rich Plasma”, “Acute Kidney Injury”, “Chronic Kidney Disease” for the last 5 years studies published between 2016 to 2021. Based on the literature search, there were 5 research articles related to the effectiveness of Platelet Rich Plasma on the improvement of damaged kidney, where all studies were tested on experimental animals. Based on the results of the literature study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the effectiveness of Platelet-Rich Plasma on the improvement of damaged kidneys in experimental animals.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease, which is not able to secrete insulin in sufficient quantities or the body is unable to use insulin effectively so there is an excess glucose level and immediately suffer from some complications against the organs. Diabetes mellitus can be cured by herb utility which are thought to have compounds that has an antidiabetic effect. Therefore, this literature study discusses the antidiabetic activity of orange peel (Citrus sp.). The literature search was carried out on the Google Scholar search engine which used some keyword included antidiabetic, extract, orange peel, Citrus. In this literature study, there are inclusion and exclusion criteria for selecting journals as literature sources. The results of 12 literatures review that orange peel had antidiabetic activity by decrease blood glucose levels in some animal trials that had received an effective dose of orange peel extract in each of the reviewed studies. Hence, it can be concluded that various type of Citrus peels has antidiabetic effect.

Dengue fever is a severe fever that is often deadly, caused by a virus, characterized by capillary permeability, hemostasis abnormalities and in severe cases, shock syndrome loss of protein. The disease is divided into several degrees. To ensure patients suffer from DENGUE disease, it is necessary to perform physical and laboratory examinations such as hematology tests. This study aims to analyze the results of physical examinations and laboratories of DBD degrees I and II at H.Sahudin Kutacane Hospital. The study used descriptive methods with a Cross Sectional approach. Accidental sampling and the number of samples obtained is 20 respondents, among others, degrees I and II are 10 respondents. The data collection tool is carried out using observation sheets including demographic data, physical examination of DBD degrees I and II, and normal standard numbers and laboratory examination units of Amanah Kutacane Clinic. The results of research conducted from a physical examination of DBD degrees I and II show signs and symptoms of DENGUD disease that appear differently because in addition to the condition of a person's body response is different, It may also be because it has been given symptomatic and supportive treatment, while the laboratory results of DBD degrees I and II are only platelets whose value is low from normal numbers (150,000-450,000/μl) of 88,500/μl and 42,300/μl respectively and these laboratory results are affected by adequate fluid and oxygen intake and nutritious food intake so as to support proper administration of action/management

The family has a health duty whose purpose is to prevent the occurrence of health problems and care for sick family members. There are five health tasks that must be done by the family dengan well. The implementation of this family health task is inseparable from the cultural factors owned by the family, such as the Minangkabau tribe who adhere to the patrilineal system. This research aims to identify the implementation of family health tasks in the Minangkabau tribe in Nogo Rejo Village of Galang Subdistrict. Research design is descriptive. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. A sample of 46 people consisted of 28 male respondents and 18 female respondents. The study was conducted from May 17 to July 12, 2021. Data collection is done using a questionnaire of family health tasks that includes demographic data and family health tasks. Then the data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis to determine the distribution of frequencies and percentages. The results showed that almost two-thirds (2/3) of respondents carried out family health duties in the Minangkabau tribe with a good category (63.04%). The conclusion of this study shows that implementing family health duties in the Minangkabau tribe belongs to the category of good (63.04%).

Family support is the help provided by the family to family members in need when facing problems whereas compliance is the extent to which the patient's behavior is in accordance with the provisions provided by the health professional. The design of this study is correlational. The goal is to find out the relationship of family support with the compliance of stroke patients in doing physiotherapy. Sampling using purposive sampling technique amounted to 22 respondents who were a family of stroke patients who did physiotherapy at RSUD Kutacane, Southeast Aceh Regency. The compliance rate of stroke patients in doing physiotherapy in the hospital is about 72.7% where families who provide support as much as 77.3%. Based on the results of the analysis with fisher's exact test obtained the value P (fisher) = 0.000. Then there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of stroke patients in doing physiotherapy. These results show that if the family provides good support, then the patient's compliance with physiotherapy will be better as well. Based on the results of this study, the family should be able to provide support to patients. It is expected that the H. Sahudin of Southeast Aceh Regency Hospital, Educational Institutions and other related institutions will develop a permanent procedure on providing health education to patients and their families, especially about the importance of family support in the recovery of the patient's health.

Breast cancer is a malignancy that comes from glandular cells, glandular channels and tissues of the breast glands. This is because women of childbearing age do not understand the importance of conscious action in early detection and the absence of early socialization in the environment. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of knowledge and attitudes about breast cancer with conscious actions in women of childbearing age in Lawe Bulan District of Southeast Aceh Regency. This research uses analytical survey research methods with cross sectional research designs. The population is all women of childbearing age in Lawe Bulan District of Southeast Aceh Regency. Sampling technique is taken simply random sampling with a sample number of 110 respondents. The study used primary data and secondary data and chi square tests were conducted. The results showed that there is a strong link between knowledge and attitudes about breast cancer and the act of being aware of breast cancer

Breast cancer is a disease that can be experienced by women all over the world and affects every aspect of human life, especially psychosocial aspects. The main psychosocial problems experienced by breast cancer clients are ineffective coping, body image and impaired sexual function. This descriptive study aims to identify psychosocial adaptations of breast cancer clients at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital. The study was conducted from January 12 to June 4, 2021. Determination of the number of samples using total sampling with the number of samples of 25 people. The research instrument used a self-created questionnaire by researchers consisting of demographic data and psychosocial adaptations of breast cancer clients. The questionnaire has been tested for reliability using KR 20 with a result of 0.7029. The results showed that most of the 24 respondents (96%) had adaptive psychosocial adaptations. This research has implications for educational institutions, nursing practices.

Causes and post partum bleeding include placental retention which reached 16%-17% in 2016. Placental retention is a condition in which the placenta is not born within 1 hour after the baby is born. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between maternal characteristics and the occurrence of placental retention in Babussalam Health Center in 2021. The research was conducted at Babussalam Health Center with a sample number of 22 people with this type of analytical survey research and cross sectional design. The results of the study can be seen with the Chi Square test with a confidence level of 95%, and a = 0.05, based on the parity it is known that X2 calculates > X2 table (14,157 > 7.815) then there is a relationship between parity and the occurrence of placental retention. Based on the age of daketahul X2 calculated > X2 table (13,093 > 5,991) then there is a relationship between the mother's age and the occurrence of placental retention. Based on the state of the uterus known X2 calculates > X2 table (10,092 > 3,841) then there is a relationship between the state of the mother's uterus and the occurrence of placental retention. Based on the sticking of the table is known X2 calculates > X2 table (9,322 > 5,991) it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So there is a relationship between placental attachment and placental retention. There is a characteristic relationship of maternity mothers with the occurrence of placental retention. It is expected to the mother to keep her pregnancy distance and if the mother's age is > 35 years and already have more children and 3 should the mother not get pregnant again because it will be very risky to the mother and fetus.

Pain complaints in patients post-surgery fractures are the most common complaints we find/get when we are doing our duty as part of a health team. Complaints of pain are related to physiological, psychological, social, cognitive, emotional and behavioral responses, so that in the treatment of pain in postoperative patients not only use drugs but must be collaborated with the provision of pain health education. This study is Quasi Experimentation with cross sectional study design. With the aim to find out and analyze the comparison of pain management capabilities provided by pain management health education with those not given in H.Sahudin Kutacane Hospital in 2021. The sample number in the study was 46. Researchers use observation sheets as guidelines for collecting needed data. Analyze the data using the chi-Square test with a result of P = 0.000 (P< 0.05). The results of this study showed a difference in ability between before and after being given health education with a value of P = 0.000. This shows that there is a difference in pain management ability between those given health education and those not given in postoperative surgery at H.Sahudin Kutacane Hospital In 2021. Based on the results of research conducted researchers are expected to nurses, especially post-operative fracture inpatient room nurses to provide health eduction to postoperative patients.
