The application of learning programs from home as an effort to reduce the transmission of the covid virus has brought about several phenomena in the field, including learning stimulation that is not carried out optimally, parents feel very bothered, and children are depressed and so on. All of this happened allegedly because some parents did not understand the approach to learning in early childhood. This research uses a literature study approach by utilizing various sources, both printed and online. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that; 1. To optimize the results of intelligence stimulation/learning done at home, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning in general, including children who like to play, each child is unique, and children like to imitate people in their environment. 2. Learning will take place well if parents understand and adapt the interests or tendencies of each child. 3. Every available space/spot in the home environment can be a fun place for intelligence stimulation for children if parents have sufficient understanding of the characteristics of an early child and the different interests of each child.

The management of diversity in preschool framework are today one of the main goals of early childhood education. Ιn addition to the school environment, the family also plays a key role in promoting, or not, the acceptance of diversity. The positions and attitudes of parents employed by their children affect, directly or indirectly, the pedagogical practices that teachers usually develop. The purpose of this research was to investigate the perceptions of parents with preschool children about issues of managing diversity in the context of preschool education. Also, this research aimed to determine whether and to what extent the family environment makes efforts to raise young children’s awareness across cultural diversity. The research emerged that about half of the parents, although they initially invoked a neutral attitude towards the cultural diversity encountered in the kindergarten classes, in their deepest views seem to accept the otherness only if it does not make its appearance clearly visible in the classroom.

The low development of early reading ability in early childhood can be caused by many factors, one of which is due to lack of stimulation from the family environment. The role of the family environment becomes very important, because both quantity and quality of the presence of children are spent more in the family. The family-based environmental print model is an innovation that can be used in stimulating early reading skills in children in the family. To be able to obtain optimal results in the use of this model, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning. A correct parent's understanding of the characteristics of children's learning can make the stimulation process take place pleasantly, according to the child's learning style without any element of coercion from parents to children. In addition, the active role of parents can also be done with the right portion of the sign of showing an uncaring attitude or just letting go of the extraction of children's interest in media and conditions that have been prepared using the environmental print model.Key Word: Parental Understanding, Characteristics, Learning, Early Reading, Environmental Print

Song is a regular part of the lives of the little ones, from the family environment to school, where it becomes one of the most used tools in early childhood education due to its educational potential. Therefore, it is important to analyze in detail the content of the songs listened to by the youngest. This research starts with the hypothesis that children at an increasingly premature age listen to and play songs with sexist content, which may affect their future behavior. To confirm or refute it, a mixed methodology was used, using the questionnaire as instruments applied to 116 parents from 4 educational centers in A Coruña, and interviewing 7 teachers. The results indicate that schoolchildren are mainly exposed to musical genres not appropriate to their age, both in their family environment and in the classroom to a lesser extent, concluding that they listen to and play songs with sexist content, which may affect their future behaviors.
