Technologization and informatization of society create new ideas about the process of higher education and its results, which cannot be achieved in traditional education. The introduction of new technologies, the creation of information and educational environment, the involvement of active learning methods, design and distance technologies open new prospects for improving the efficiency of the educational process. At the same time, the shortcomings in using new technologies, especially distance learning, reduce the productivity of learning due to the unusualness and the need to adapt both sides of the educational process. Real communication, emotional contact, use of material objects and devices are an integral part of effective mixed education. These shortcomings can be overcome and the productivity of the educational process can be increased through the introduction of blended learning, which allows combining the advantages of traditional (full-time) and distance education, rational use of study time, increase student prepairing through the optimal ratio of online and classroom activities. Mixed learning systems have already been implemented in the West, the results of existing research confirm the high efficiency of this model of education, which opens a new space for both students and teachers, bringing the effectiveness of higher education to a new level. However, such a result is possible only if the whole list of technical and pedagogical requirements to which this article is devoted is satisfied. The article examines the basic requirements for the effective functioning of mixed learning in higher education. The components of pedagogical competence of the teacher, which are necessary for the implementation of the system of mixed learning, are identified and the potential ways of their development are given. The advantages and disadvantages of mixed learning in the current state are listed.

In 2020, due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the education system underwent significant changes, which were of an urgent nature, which could not but affect the lifestyle, as well as the health of students. The results of a study on the hygienic assessment of the peculiarities of the daily budget of time of Vladivostok students in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic are presented. By the method of questioning, the study of the mode of educational activity, sleep, physical activity, nutrition was carried out in 634 students of 1–4 courses at the age of 18–24 years. It was found that the respondents' favorite e-learning tool was a smartphone, and for 5.84 ± 0.93% of the respondents, it was the only subject of communication. It was determined that distance learners significantly more often exceeded the hygienic recommendations for the duration of continuous work with a computer / laptop, in comparison with students in traditional education (39.39 ± 2.21% versus 28.47 ± 3.76% χ2 = 5, 69, p = 0.018), and also significantly more often exceeded the time schedule for night sleep at 7–8 hours (15.92 ± 1.65% versus 6.94 ± 2.12%, χ2 = 7.49, p = 0.007) ... It was determined that among students who were online there were significantly fewer people eating once (9.8 ± 1.34% versus 24.31 ± 3.57%, χ2 = 20.59, p < 0.001) and shortly before sleep (52.24 ± 2.26% versus 64.58 ± 3.99%, χ2 = 6.85, p = 0.009). It was found that distance learners significantly more often walked than those who attended full-time classes (56.73 ± 2.24% versus 29.86 ± 3.81%, χ2 = 8.32, p = 0.004). So, distance education made it possible not to interrupt the educational process, however, the method of education was accompanied by a change in the usual regimes and the redistribution of time costs.

DL), which has resulted in an unprecedented experiment in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine that requires scientific analysis. The aim of the work was to identify the possible potential directions of DL development in institutions of higher education as a result of marketing research of satisfaction/dissatisfaction of students with DL. The survey method was used in the study. The results of marketing research (an online survey of students) (Kharkiv, 2020, n = 316) allowed the authors to identify the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of students with DL. Students considered the most important factors of satisfaction with DL as follows: development of competencies, self-organization, discipline, self-motivation, responsibility, taking an active position as participants of the educational process, comfort. Students expect that lectures secure improvement of teacher-student communication process; flexibility of educational approaches; use of interactive tools and constant change of activities to maintain the attention, interest, concentration of students on studying process. The latter will maximize students’ involvement in activities during training; improvement of digital competencies. The students` expectations are: flexibility of the DL platforms compared to full-time in-person education; creation of the “map” of the educational process in a distance mode. It is noted that the results of marketing research (the online survey) demonstrated the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of students with DL. This information was considered as the arguments for identifying the possible potential directions of DL development in higher education institutions.

Abstract Measuring customer satisfaction is a very important aspect of marketing strategy. For the organizational's survival in the long run it is indisputable to have the ability to retain the customers. Retaining customers is more profitable than attracting new ones because it is easier to sell a product or service to a someone who has already used it, rather than someone to whom is product or service completely unknown. In order to measure customer satisfaction primary datas were collected using a test method on a sample of students, by a questionnaire in a physical form, analyzing the basic elements of educational process. Also, by researching relevant national and international professional and scientific literature the test method was described, and all of its models. Finally, in the conclusion, the basic thoughts about the paper are revealed through the presentation of practical advantages and disadvantages of marketing concept of satisfaction, and reviewing recent trends in communication with students.

High competition in the educational service market and the necessity to provide advanced level of quality in training of specialists require introducing into traditional educational form a new format based on information technologies and interactive methods of educational process by research and educational staff of higher education institution. The specific of MOODLE using for distance learning during the quarantine COVID-19 is considered and its advantages and disadvantages for training management and administration specialists are discussed in the article. The questionnaire which was carried out by authors among students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the Centralukrainian National Technical University in terms of their attitude about LMS MOODLE use for distance training during spring semester of 2019–2020 academic year students shows the next results: Most of the students had a positive attitude to distance learning – 48,3 %, negative – 34,5 %, neutral – 17,2 %. From students prospective the main advantages were the opportunity to study and work at the same time (32.4 %) to plan more flexible study schedule (29.7 %). Existence of such negative situation as wish to cheat while performing tests and tasks in MOODLE. Difficulties for lecturers to control stand-alone basis tests and tasks performance by students. The main problem was the independent study of lectures and practical tasks by students without teachers’ support. To improve the effectiveness of training asynchronous Moodle or Google Classroom platforms and learning sessions in Zoom, Meet, Skype, etc should be combined. This approach allows visualizing educational material with presentations and simplifying training materials by students, as well as expanding opportunities for students with special educational needs to obtain professions in management and administration.

The use of ICT in education has changed substantially over the last two decades. The development of new technologies has enabled us, the users, to mature and gain experience. The introduction of ICT in the educational process at the same time means a change of the teachers' role. The teacher appears in the role of a mentor who directs the activities of the learner. There has been a change in the teacher preparation to teach. He should provide both the content as well as technical support and to create a suitable learning environment. The way of teaching in the natural science and engineering education is specific due to the need of transfer knowledge into the practice. The nature of work in this kind of education requires more experimental work, based on individual learning process. There are many different implementation options of laboratory exercises that advantageously incorporate ICT into the nature of their work. The most popular in engineering education are two different types of laboratories: Simulation (virtual) and Remote controlled (online) labs, defined by Balamuralithara and Woods (2009). A remote controlled laboratory for conducting remote experiments at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was developed. Development of the remote lab was carried out as an exploratory work of the group of students and professors. The lab was developed in the following three phases: development of the construction with corresponding technical documentation, development of the control system and development of the system for remote control of a lift. The successful student project is evident through the applicability of the developed laboratory that serves as a great tool for studying and offers all the benefits of ICT. Key words: experimental work, higher education, learning environment, pedagogy 1:1.

Introduction. The modern development of information and communication technologiesand the current epidemiological situation have led to the widespread use of distance educational technologies. The article presents the results of a statistical analysis of the data obtained during the hygienic assessment of the characteristics of the lifestyle and activity of students in the period of active introduction of forms and methods of distance education.Material and methods. An online survey of 498 students in 2019 during the period of traditional education and 1587 students in April 2020 during the implementation of the educational process in the distance format was conducted. The coordinator of the work was the Department of Hygiene of the Pediatric Faculty of the N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, Moscow.Results. The obtained data allows talking about the negative impact of electronic devices on the lifestyle of students. A significant increase in the time of the use of gadgets (almost twice) and their number (2-4) when transferring the educational process to a remote format is proved. In general, the use of stationary and mobile electronic devices in more than 50% of respondents amounted to five hours or more. A decrease in the quality characteristics of the lifestyle of students in higher education during the transition to distant education has been established, while more than a third of them do not realize this. As risk factors, a decrease in motor activity, visual impairment, neuropsychic stress, poor nutrition, etc. In the absence of direct contact with university teachers, the opportunities for creating healthy lifestyle skills within the university are reduced and the importance of teachers as an authoritarian influence and a personal example for students is reduced.Conclusion. Informatization and the introduction of distance learning technologies in the higher education system require comprehensive studies of the advantages and disadvantages of such a learning format. The forced mass introduction of distance learning technologies in the educational process has exposed many problems that have not yet been given sufficient attention and, in the future, they can become the basis for promising research in the field of educational hygiene. The results obtained suggest that modern students do not pay enough attention to their lifestyle in the period of the distant education.
