The aim of this study is to recognize the flexible education system in primary education stages and preschools in the Arab world. Along with the justifications for acknowledging such a system، including its contributions in solving the issues of the school education system and its application methods. This study is based on both descriptive and analytical approaches to analyses the findings by identifying the justifications for acknowledging this system، together with previous studies and successful examples، and make comparison between the traditional education and the flexible education system and this study was the tool in observation and analysis the stories،pictures and videos of learning experiment for families who adopt flexible education system and apply that in two public education schools and twenty flexible education systems. This study formed from observation and analysis eight points : the objectives of the educational process، the teacher، the curriculum، student needs، teaching strategies، educational environment and its preparation،educational speed and evaluation .And determination the advantages and disadvantages to everyone from these eight points . The results of the study according to the eight points above show that the flexible education system in primary education stages and preschools is outperform the traditional education system . They also show the reasons and justifications to experiment the flexible education system and its application methods . According to the result the study confirm to apply the flexible education system in primary stages and preschools in Saudi Arabia to keep up with modern educational systems، and for its benefits to society as a whole .

We appreciate that the problem of assessment in the education system is addressed in many specialized studies. Following the analysis of the instructional-educational process and the assessment system in the physical education discipline of the secondary education, in the present study, it was started from the idea that in the success of the students of the primary education cycle, the weight of the personal performances prevails, followed and aided by other evaluation criteria. The purpose of the paper was to establish to what extent the success of the physical education discipline is based on a concrete system of the personal performance of the students.

The Georgian Education System is in the process of constant updating and modification. Critical thinking competences and usage of theoretical knowledge into practice are one of the major challenges of the modern education system. The most basic,regulatory document for general education, the national curriculum has undergone gradual changes. At the above stages what, when and how the educational process should be implemented in Georgian Public Schools has been analyzed. What challenges did the teaching-learning and educational field face? It is important to focus on the similarities and differences of the national curriculum of all three generations. At present, special attention is paid to the most recent, Structural Analysis of the Primary Education of the Third Generation 2018-2024 National Curriculum. It is also a novelty that daily subject planning has been replaced by thematic planning, each topic is processed throughout the level of primary education, the content of the learning is defined in relation to this particular topic and each stage is presented with a complexity of age-appropriate features. The theme in the new National Curriculum has functional context, which allows to provide integrated and interrelated teaching of the issues of standardized results, concepts or specific issues. ”The new school model” is an important part of the planned reform in the education system. Its purpose is to create a person-oriented educational environment, which will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for 21st century reality.

The article highlights a type of learning “Peer Teaching” as a tool for students’ motivation to study at universities. The peculiarities of using this type of collaborative learning as well as advantages and disadvantages of its implementation in the Ukrainian educational environment are revealed in the article. Peer Teaching along with formal traditional education and other approaches in informal education is defined as a strategic way of information transaction in the society in order to motivate students to self-development and self-improvement. Peer Teaching implies collaborative learning, namely a group work, without any interference of a teacher that is more common for cooperative learning. Among the principles of its realization in the educational process the following ones have been distinguished: integrity, complexity, availability, progression, equality, activity, priority of human rights and responsibility. The author recommends for more effective Peer Teaching to conduct workshops and trainings as well as other forms and teaching methods that will be more informal and will be able to create natural and comfortable environment as well as to have all the necessary equipment and trained tutors. It is offered in the article to divide Peer Teaching into learning within a group; learning at the faculty level; interdisciplinary learning both at the inter-faculty and inter-university levels. The results of the experiment have shown the necessity of the realization of Peer Teaching for the integration of the national system of education into the world educational and scientific environment as well as the implementation of the European experience of organization of the educational process at universities and for humanization and democratization of learning.

The aim of the research is to assess the learning process during a pandemic, provide feedback on this issue and promote a deeper understanding of the importance of the results of a Blended Learning Course project. This result clearly shows that effectiveness and satisfaction play an important role in involving students in this format of learning. It is obvious that the possibilities of self/ autonomous learning in BLC are significantly expanded. In general, it can be seen that the use of innovative and traditional forms of education makes it possible to obtain a much better result in the training of specialists. The experience of Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University in the implementation of blended learning shows that the integration of the traditional education system with e-learning is the most effective. The strategic plan for the development of the Pedagogical University for 2022 provides for the solution of a number of tasks that are directly related to the intensification of the use of digital technologies in the educational process.

Описана организация системы образования в Республике Индонезия. Особое внимание обращается на учебный процесс в индонезийской начальной школе. Актуальность темы обусловлена неоднозначным отношением общества к реформам российской системы образования, к роли учителя, предметному содержанию учебного процесса, в том числе в начальной школе. В соответствии со стандартами компетенции выпускников и стандартами содержания обучения Республики Индонезия, рассмотрены основные принципы обучения, на основе которых происходит развитие трех областей компетенций: отношения, знания и навыки. Проанализировано влияние базовых возрастных характеристик детей начальной школы на образовательные модели, разрабатываемые и используемые в практической деятельности учителями в Индонезии. Описаны задачи развития детей младшего школьного возраста согласно Дж. Хейвигхерсту и основанные на этих задачах направления деятельности учителей начальной школы в Республике Индонезия. The article is devoted to the description of the organization of the education system in the Republic of Indonesia. The authors pay special attention to the educational process in the Indonesian primary school. The relevance of this topic is due to the ambiguous attitude of society to the reforms of the Russian education system, to the role of teachers, to the subject content of the educational process, including in primary schools. We believe that the experience of foreign teachers will be useful in developing primary education programs. The law on education and the decree of the government of the Republic of Indonesia introduce standards of competence of graduates and standards of educational content for primary, secondary and senior secondary schools. In accordance with the standards of competence of graduates and the standards of educational content of the Republic of Indonesia, the article describes the basic principles of training, on the basis of which the development of three areas of competence takes place: relationships, knowledge and skills. Relevant competencies are formed through various activities related to the psychological, moral and social spheres of a child’s life. The authors consider the influence of basic age characteristics of primary school children on educational models developed and used in practice by teachers in Indonesia. The article describes the development tasks of children of primary school age in accordance with the concept of J. Haywighurst and the directions of activities of primary school teachers in the Republic of Indonesia, based on these tasks.

This study aims to discover accounting students’ opinions of e-learning, which was applied as an alternative to the traditional education system in Saudi universities during the Covid- 19 pandemic. This study is a cross-sectional survey that sought to collect field data on accounting students’ perceptions of e- learning in Saudi Arabia. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the accounting students expressed that they did not benefit from e-learning, either in increasing flexibility in their study of accounting courses, facilitating their study of accounting courses, improving their communication with teachers, improving their communication with other students or improving their possibilities to solve problems connected to the study of accounting courses. The majority of students have agreed that the most important disadvantages of e-learning are: lack of human contact, the technical problems and too much dependence on computers. In general, this study contributes to the body of research on the benefits of e- learning in higher education. In particular, this study is the first study to evaluate the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia to implement e-learning as a complete alternative to the traditional education system.

The unprecedented situation of the COVID-19 pandemic has generated radical transformations of the Romanian education system, forcing teachers as well as students to adapt in a short time to new social conditions and to the online learning process. The paper analyzes the sustainability of the e-learning system implemented in Romania during the pandemic, and it is based on an opinion poll based on a questionnaire developed on three levels of schooling (middle school, high school, and university), analyzed from three perspectives, teachers–students–parents, and identifying the possible psychological effects on students, resulting from the corroboration of social isolation with the online continuation of the educational process. Although before the pandemic the e-learning system was rarely used by both students and teachers, the research results indicate that students have accepted online learning, even if they find it less attractive than the traditional education system. From the teacher–student–parent perspective, e-learning is an effective sustainable learning solution in current and future conditions, but it requires good collaboration between parents and teachers, careful monitoring of children’s/students’ behavior to identify and combat possible effects determined by the changing way of learning and of social realities.

II Международный конгресс ЮНЕСКО «Образование и информатика» (1996) и «Окинавская хартия Глобального информационного общества» (2000) объявили информационные технологии стратегическим ресурсом в образовании. Революционные воздействия этих документов напрямую относились к жизни людей, их образованию и работе. И вот сейчас в 2021 году актуализировалась потребность использования информационных технологий в образовании для содействия и помощи студентам шире использовать свой потенциал и реализовывать свои устремления в эпоху пандемии COVID-19. В связи с этим для укрепления студенческого потенциала необходимо уделять особое внимание высшему образованию и одновременно расширять возможность пожизненного обучения с упором на развитие навыков использования информационных технологий через систему дистанционных образовательных технологий. Информационные технологии обучения – это совокупность электронных средств компьютера, компьютерных сетей, компьютерных телекоммуникаций, других средств связи и способов их функционирования, используемых для реализации образовательного процесса. Все эти средства должны эффективно работать не только для непосредственной информатизации учебного процесса, но и для информатизации всего комплекса процессов, характерных для системы высшего образования. Помимо расширения традиционной технической помощи для эффективного функционирования дистанционного обучения, необходимо содействовать подготовке специалистов в сфере информационных технологий и разрабатывать инновационные подходы. В статье анализируются проблема применения дистанционных образовательных технологий в системе высшего образования России. Авторы рассматривают информатизацию высшего образования с его достоинствами и недостатками с учетом собственного опыта преподавания, а также ставят вопрос о необходимости развития дистанционного обучения, повышения его эффективности и дальнейших перспективах. The revolutionary effects of these documents directly related to people's lives, their education and work. And now, in 2021, the need to use information technologies in education has become more urgent to promote and help students use their potential more widely and realize their aspirations in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this regard, in order to strengthen student potential, it is necessary to pay special attention to higher education and at the same time expand the possibility of lifelong learning with an emphasis on the development of information technology skills through a system of distance learning technologies. Information technologies of education is a set of electronic computer tools, computer networks, computer telecommunications, other means of communication and ways of their functioning used for the implementation of the educational process. All these tools should work effectively not only for the direct informatization of the educational process, but also for the informatization of the entire complex of processes characteristic of the higher education system. In addition to expanding traditional technical assistance for the effective functioning of distance learning, it is necessary to promote the training of specialists in the field of information technology and develop innovative approaches. The article analyzes the problem of the use of distance learning technologies in the higher education system of Russia. The authors consider the informatization of higher education with its advantages and disadvantages, taking into account their own teaching experience, and also raise the question of the need to develop distance learning, improve its effectiveness and future prospects.

ABSTRACTM-learning  is  presented  as  a  response  to  the  constant  technological  modifications  emerging  in  our  time,  such changes are potential candidates to improve the traditional education system.Today, there are still some current models used in the traditional education system that have become obsolete due largely to lack of renovation and engaging emerging technologies of our time. In today's worldthe student has to reach a lot of information  which  was  previously  difficult  to  access,  however,  the  challenge  is  now,  not  only  focuses  on  the  approach  to  such information, but that the student is ready to analyze it and use it properly in the present.Within this panorama, the mobile e-learning (m-learning) is a response to the constant technological changes emerging in the world, taking into account these changes renewed and enriched education resulting in better development and preparation of students obtained .To  support  this,  several  case  studies  are  analyzed  in  different  educational  levels  where  the  m-learning  is  applied  as  an effective learning strategy, it seeks to publicize the advantages and disadvantages posed by the use of such technology, and identifying the challenges that are needed to address.Furthermore, data were also collected through the application of a survey on the state of Veracruz in Mexico, in different high  schools  about  using  mobile  devices,  the  method  to  use  is  judgmental  sampling,  with  the  aim  of  finally  establish  proposals to achieve a successful implementation of m-learning.As  a  last  step,  in  order  to  measure  the  effectiveness  of  the  given  proposals,  they  are  applied  in  a  case  of  study  conducted within a secondary school, also in the state of Veracruz in Mexico.RESUMENEl aprendizaje electrónico móvil se presenta como una respuesta a los constantes cambios tecnológicos emergentes en nuestro tiempo, dichos cambios son candidatos potenciales para mejorar el Sistema Educativo Tradicional.Hoy en día, aún existen algunos modelos actuales utilizados dentro del Sistema Educativo Tradicional que se han vuelto obsoletos, debido en gran parte a la falta de actualización y de acoplamiento a las nuevas tecnologías emergentes de nuestro tiempo. En el mundo actual el alumno tiene al alcance de la mano una gran cantidad de información a la cual anteriormente era difícil acceder, sin embargo, el reto que se presenta ahora, no solo se centra en el acercamiento a dicha información, sino en que el estudiante se encuentre preparado para analizarla y utilizarla adecuadamente en el presente.Dentro de este panorama, el aprendizaje electrónico móvil (m-learning) surge como una respuesta a los constantes cambios tecnológicos emergentes en el mundo, tomando en cuenta estos cambios se obtiene una educación renovada y enriquecida que resulta en un mejor desarrollo y preparación del estudiante.Para fundamentar lo anterior, se analizan diversos casos de estudio en diferentes niveles educativos en donde se aplicó el m-learning como una estrategia efectiva de aprendizaje, con ello, se busca dar a conocer las ventajas y desventajas que representa la utilización de dicha tecnología, así como identificar los retos que son necesarios encarar.Por otra parte, también se recogerán datos a través de la aplicación de una encuesta en el estado de Veracruz, México, en diferentes secundarias acerca del uso de dispositivos móviles, el método a utilizar es el de muestreo discrecional, con el objetivo de, finalmente, establecer propuestas para alcanzar una exitosa implementación del m-learning.Como último paso, con el propósito de medir la efectividad de las propuestas dadas, se aplicarán en un caso de estudio que se realizará dentro de una escuela secundaria, también dentro del estado de Veracruz, México.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruption to activities in many fields, including education and lifestyle. Major changes have taken place in the education system, where specific activities migrated suddenly from onsite to online. As a result, this period has witnessed an increased interest in impact studies that analyse the perceptions of the actors involved in the educational process. Based on the survey data (N = 665), the perceptions of the students in Romanian universities with regard to the effects of online education during the pandemic on their wellbeing were analysed. The empirical apparatus—SEM analysis—reached the following conclusions: the students’ wellbeing was increased under the traditional education system; the economic crisis has caused concern, and a decrease in their wellbeing; their contamination fear is moderate to low, and does not influence their wellbeing; they have been discouraged in terms of their personal development during the pandemic, and their wellbeing has suffered as a result; the role of institutions is extremely important, given that the students’ ability to study online depends on the universities’ efficiency in implementing the online system.
