PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of drugs and vitamins for livestock, each period the number of requests for goods always changes. Problems faced by PT. XYZ, which is expired goods because in a certain period the amount of stock is piling up due to the small amount of demand that causes the company to lose. The purpose of this study is to forecast the inventory process in order to minimize the company's losses against the estimates made so far. In order to minimize these problems, the authors model the forecasting information system for procurement of goods using VB.Net and MYSQL and combine the Moving Average method. The method used is the data collection and processing, and continued with the data analysis process, to model the system requirements of the writer using UML. The final result of this study is that the value of accuracy reaches 88% so that the inventory forecasting system using the moving average method can help managers in making decisions to determine the process of inventory in the future

The AWD Mranggen store is a store that is engaged in the sale of bags, belts, shoes with sales developments increasing from year to year, with fairly tight business competition, the AWD Mranggen store must be able to calculate the estimated number of items to be purchased based on previous sales data, the prediction is very influential on the decision to determine the number of items to be provided by the AWD Mranggen Store for the next sales period data. Inventory of goods that are not right cause some losses in terms of time and also costs, it is necessary to have a forecasting system. Forecasting is a technique to identify a model that can be used to predict conditions in the future. By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.

ABSTRACT An analysis of the work performed by the various teams involved in shoreline cleanup operations has been applied to the design of an approach for the integration of data collected by the SCAT process with electronic maps produced by geographical information system (GIS) technology. This has led to the implementation of a PC-based system that incorporates a database of SCAT information, a knowledge base on oil behavior and shoreline cleanup, and a GIS. The system provides support to data collection using the SCAT approach for field teams and to map-based data analysis for planners and managers. In the course of this work, a set of the maps that are considered the most useful for summarizing information about shoreline conditions was designed and evaluated. This evaluation initially involved consultation with individuals experienced in shoreline cleanup. The applicability of the map representation for decision making was further tested during spill drills. SCAT surveys generate a large volume of data that need to be captured and integrated. There is a risk that this large amount of information might overwhelm decision makers involved in the management of shoreline cleanup operations. The paper describes the various modifications that were made to the SHORECLEAN software package to provide some solutions to these problems. These include providing specialized SCAT data entry forms, automating the links between a SCAT database and a GIS, and producing map representations that provide clear, useful, and nonmisleading information for decision makers.

The accounting information system for contracts and wages is very important for a company which can assist in making decisions and archieving the implementation of payroll and wages for employees. The goal is to be able to find out how the implementation of the accounting system for payroll and wages at PT. X. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. This study aims to identify and analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system at PT. X. The results of this analysis indicate the payroll and wages accounting information system at PT. X which is still not supportive, as well as the lack of supervision on the attendance list of employees, this shows the weakness that accours in the company PT. X.

Abstract— PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance is a company engaged in the services of crediting goods and borrowing funds. Currently PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance still uses a bookkeeping system for auctions using paper media. In this research using prototype software development methods and methods of collecting data on observation, interviews and literature studies, software development methods with a prototype model to design the auction system of goods. While the data collection method is used to collect the needs of the information system to be created, the data processed in the design of this system contains data on auction of goods, payments and reports. This application displays registration as an auction participant, auction item info, application user data and order and payment reports. The results of this study are a prototype of the Goods Auction Information System which is expected to help PT Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance in the process of auctioning goods Keywords: Prototype, Information System, Auction. Intisari - PT. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototipe dan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype untuk merancang sistem pelelangan barang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan kebutuhan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi yang akan dibuat, Data-data yang diolah dalam rancangan sistem ini berisikan data pelelangan barang, pembayaran dan laporan. Aplikasi ini menampilkan pendaftaran sebagai peserta lelang, info barang lelang, data pengguna aplikasi dan laporan pemesanan dan pembayaran. Climate changes may pose challenges to water management. Simulation and projection of climate-runoff processes through hydrological models are essential means to assess the impact of global climate change on runoff variations. This study focuses on the upper Taohe River Basin which is an important water sources for arid and semi-arid regions in Northwest China. In order to assess the impacts of environmental changes, outputs from a regional climate model and the SWAT hydrological model were used to analyze the future climate change scenarios to water resources quantitatively. The examined climate changes scenarios results showed that average annual temperature from 2020 to 2099 in this area exhibits a consistent warming trend with different warming rates, at rates of 0.10°C/10a, 0.20°C /10a and 0.54°C /10a under RCP2.6, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5(Representative Concentration Pathways, RCPs), The value of precipitation experiences different trends under different emission scenarios. Under the RCP2.6, average precipitation would decrease at a rate of 3.69 mm/10a, while under the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, it would increase at rates of 4.97 mm/10a and 12.28 mm/10a, respectively. The calibration and validation results in three in-site observations (Luqu, Xiabagou and Minxian) in the upper Taohe River Basin showed that SWAT hydrological model is able to produce an acceptable simulation of runoff at monthly time-step. In response to future climate changes, projected runoff change would present different decreasing trends. Under RCP2.6, annual average runoff would experience a progress of fluctuating trend, with a rate of-0.6×108m3 by 5-year moving average method; Under the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, annual average runoff would show steadily increasing trends, with rates of 0.23×108m3 and 0.16×108m3 by 5-year moving average method. The total runoff in the future would prone to drought and flood disasters. Overall, this research results would provide a scientific reference for reginal water resources management on the long term.

Tentunya hal tersebut akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan proses terhadap data sehingga tidak efisien kemungkinan lainnya yang dapat terjadi yaitu data yang dicatat pada lembaran kertas tersebut kotor, rusak, maupun hilang. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut maka di bangun sebuah sistem informasi pendataan barang masuk dan keluar untuk dapat mempermudah dalam proses pendataan surat masuk dan keluarKata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, barang masuk dan barang keluar. Abstract— PT. The collection of data that everyone has on earth has a fully agreed upon value of knowledge. Analysis of a collection of data that can accommodate a long processing time, for this we need an algorithm that can provide a comparison of the acceleration of the analysis process. One process of data analysis is clustering, which is a process of grouping large amounts of data so that it is easy to understand. One of the algorithms in the clustering process is CURE (Clustering Using Representative) where CURE random sample-based data bases partition the data using representative points called representative points. Sample-based process will provide better processing time acceleration because it will only be done on the data collection, not the whole data. This representative point determines the processing time of the testing carried out in the input. Values, representative values, and shrinkage values will provide a faster settlement process for the values inputted according to the correct conditions.

In the year of 2012 SISFO PNS, already introduced at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak, the problem that the writer found were: teachers only open the program at the time of student report will giving to students that made the program will be busy because too many users access it, there is some teacher did not complete the process of filling session but straight to the final score, the programmer is always slow maintenance. From that problem, the writer was aimed at evaluating the implementation of SISFO PNS. The model of evaluation used in this research was CIPP (context, input, process, product). This model was developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam and friends. The technique of data collection is used observation, interview and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research were (1) the evaluation percentage toward context showed that the good result with average of 85.58% (2) the evaluation percentage toward input indicated that the good result with average 73.26% (3) the evaluation percentage toward the process showed that the good result with but it needs to improve with average 67.43% (4) the evaluation percentage toward the product showed that the good result with 79.79%.Keywords: CIPP, Program Evaluation, Students’ Score Analyzing
