The Evaluation of Students Score Processing Information System Program (SISFO PNS) in SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak

In the year of 2012 SISFO PNS, already introduced at SMK Negeri 8 Pontianak, the problem that the writer found were: teachers only open the program at the time of student report will giving to students that made the program will be busy because too many users access it, there is some teacher did not complete the process of filling session but straight to the final score, the programmer is always slow maintenance. From that problem, the writer was aimed at evaluating the implementation of SISFO PNS. The model of evaluation used in this research was CIPP (context, input, process, product). This model was developed by Daniel L. Stufflebeam and friends. The technique of data collection is used observation, interview and documentation. The method of data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research were (1) the evaluation percentage toward context showed that the good result with average of 85.58% (2) the evaluation percentage toward input indicated that the good result with average 73.26% (3) the evaluation percentage toward the process showed that the good result with but it needs to improve with average 67.43% (4) the evaluation percentage toward the product showed that the good result with 79.79%.Keywords: CIPP, Program Evaluation, Students’ Score Analyzing

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu análisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan hasil evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi cabang olahraga bola voli pantai di Provinsi NTB masih kurang baik dan di DIY sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi di NTB, dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input masih kurang baik. Dari segi process masih sangat kurang. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih oleh atlet-atlet NTB. Sedangkan di DIY, evaluasi program pembinaan prestasi dari segi contexs sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi input sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari segi process sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. Dari segi product secara garis besar prestasi yang diraih sudah baik, dapat dilihat dari hasil dokumentasi prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraih atlet-atlet DIY.Kata Kunci: evaluasi program, pembinaan prestasi, dan bola voli pantai An Evaluation of Development Program of Beach Volleyball AbstractThis study was aimed to evaluate the implementation of sport development program of beach volleyball in the province of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) by using the CIPP evaluation model (Contexs, Input, Process, Product). This study was an evaluation. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results show that the overall results of the evaluation of the achievements of sports coaching program of beach volleyball in the province of NTB are still not good and in DIY are good. At the evaluation of the coaching program achievement in the province of NTB, in terms of contexs, it has been running well. In terms of the input, it is still not good. In terms of process, it is still very poor. In terms of product in general, the achievement has been good, it can be seen from the accomplishment documentation that has ever been achieved by athletes of NTB. In DIY, the evaluation of the coaching program achievements in terms of contexs has been running well. In terms of input, it has been running well. In terms of process it is already under way with very good. The Tahfidz Online program is the flagship program of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation. This study aims to describe and evaluate the implementation of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation's Tahfidz Online program. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document analysis. The CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam et al. was used as an evaluation reference. This study finds out that: In terms of the input component, it shows that musyrifah, curriculum, and infrastructure have met the criteria. However, there are notes on the input of students not meeting the criteria of intention because God also does not understand the knowledge of recitation and Arabic. In terms of the media process components and materials, they do not meet the criteria of interest and are arranged in a sequence that makes it easy for students, while the method and time have met the criteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program peningkatan kualifikasi guru, khususnya yang dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Agama terhadap guru madrasah, dan untuk me-nilai apakah program yang berjalan telah memberikan dampak yang diharapkan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif evaluatif menggunakan model evaluasi konteks, input, proses dan produk (context, input, process, product, CIPP), dan difokuskan pada evaluasi proses dan produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan di provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Responden pe-nelitian ini adalah guru madrasah yang menjadi peserta program kualifikasi angkatan pertama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik angket dan wawancara, sedang analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program peningkatan kuali-fikasi guru madrasah sebagian besar telah berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Namun, bila dilihat satu per satu, khusus pada proses pelaksanaannya masih ada beberapa hal yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh guru dengan diterapkannya program ini terlihat pada peningkatan kompetensi mengajar, peningkatan karir, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan, tapi dampaknya pada kemungkinan penerapan materi perkuliahan yang diperoleh masih belum optimal. The study was conducted by using descriptive evaluative method. The research was conducted in South Sumatra province. The respondents were all madrasah teachers who became the first group participants in that program. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, data analysis techniques used are of quantitative analysis. The results showed that the program for improving teacher qualifications had been running largely as planned. However, when viewed one by one, specifically on the implementation process there are still many things that are not completely as planned. Moderate impact felt by the teachers can be seen at improving teaching compe-tencies, improving careers, as well as improving the welfare, but still less on the possibility of applying materials obtained from lecturing.Keywords: madrasah teachers, the program for improving teacher qualifications

ABSTRACT An analysis of the work performed by the various teams involved in shoreline cleanup operations has been applied to the design of an approach for the integration of data collected by the SCAT process with electronic maps produced by geographical information system (GIS) technology. This has led to the implementation of a PC-based system that incorporates a database of SCAT information, a knowledge base on oil behavior and shoreline cleanup, and a GIS. The system provides support to data collection using the SCAT approach for field teams and to map-based data analysis for planners and managers. In the course of this work, a set of the maps that are considered the most useful for summarizing information about shoreline conditions was designed and evaluated. This evaluation initially involved consultation with individuals experienced in shoreline cleanup. The applicability of the map representation for decision making was further tested during spill drills. SCAT surveys generate a large volume of data that need to be captured and integrated. There is a risk that this large amount of information might overwhelm decision makers involved in the management of shoreline cleanup operations. The paper describes the various modifications that were made to the SHORECLEAN software package to provide some solutions to these problems. These include providing specialized SCAT data entry forms, automating the links between a SCAT database and a GIS, and producing map representations that provide clear, useful, and nonmisleading information for decision makers.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of archive learning based on the Kurikulum 2013 conducted by XII students in Office Administration at the SMK Negeri 1 Tepus. This is a evaluative study in which the methods used are Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). Data collection is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman consists of data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusions / verification). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of archive learning is considered, starting with preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) so that they can be implemented in the classroom starting from Opening Activities, Core Activities, and Closing Activities. However, in real practice, these activities are considered to be less in line with the implementation of the Kurikulum 2013 because there have been many obstacles felt by teachers, students, and school infrastructure.

The purpose of this research is to find out and information systems that are running at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, and to create an application for customer data management, payment, and meter installation to simplify and speed up the data collection process. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, it can be concluded that with this customer information system in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, information becomes precise and accurate, especially in the service section, and to obtain information These customers become easier, this information system is able to solve problems that often occur in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, namely it is difficult to control and supervise customer data and account payments which can avoid delays in making reports every year and for a certain period, and the creation of a system program information in order to obtain quality information.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan program sistem poin di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : (1) penetapan dan persiapan program sistem poin dilakukan melalui perumusan tata tertib sekolah dengan hasil buku panduan tata tertib sekolah meliputi bentuk pelanggaran, poin pelanggaran, sanksi pelanggaran dan catatan pelanggaran. (2) pelaksanaan program sistem poin berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan sekolah untuk mendisiplinkan siswa, walaupun masih ada siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran.evaluasi program sistem poin dilakukan dengan menindaklanjuti dan memperbaharui isi dari buku panduan tata tertib sekolah setiap tahunnya untuk mengurangi tingkat pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah. (4) faktor pendukung program sistem poin yaitu adanya buku panduan tata tertib sekolah sebagai acuan guru maupun siswa untuk bersikap disiplin. Faktor penghambat program sistem poin yaitu kurangnya kesadaran warga sekolah untuk selalu bersikap disiplin tanpa adanya perintah. Kata kunci: sistem poin, tata tertib sekolah   AbstractThis study aims to describe the application of the point system program at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Data validity test used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the determination and preparation of the point system program is carried out by formulating school rules with the results of the school discipline by form of violation, violation points, violation sanctions and violation records. (2) the implementation of the point system program runs according to the school's goal of disciplining students, even though there are still students who commit violations. (3) evaluation of the point system program is carried out by following up and updating the contents of the school code of conduct each year to reduce the level of violations of school rules. (4) The supporting factor for the point system program is the existence of a school discipline guidebook as a reference for teachers and students to be disciplined. The inhibiting factor for the point system program is the lack of awareness of the school community to always be disciplined without any orders. Keywords: point system, school rules.

This study aims to analyze the needs associated with technological innovation to improve employee performance at the Center for Community Training Development of the Ministry of Villages, PDT, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. The research approach used is qualitative research, adopting a needs analysis model developed by Witkins and Altschul. The study used data collection techniques and tools through questionnaires, interview guidelines, and supporting documents. This research collaborates with the head of the division at level one, a staff member from the administration division, and the data management and information system program. Various recommendations for solutions that can be applied instructional are applying the application of technological innovation, analyzing the application of technological innovation, evaluating technological innovation, developing technological innovation models.

This study aimed to describe the context, input, process, product industry work practices program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau. This research is CIPP evaluation model. The methodology used is the method of combination (Mixed Methods) design verification sequence (Sequential Explanatory). The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau. The informants are the principal, chairman prakerin, tutor, mentor and student industry. The technique of collecting data through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on data analysis found that the level of achievement prakerin program from the aspects of respondents Teacher Advisor to the variable context prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 83.77% in both categories. Input variables prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau for 82,23% in both categories. Variable process prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 79.40% with enough.Variabel product category prakerin program at SMK Negeri 1 Lintau amounted to 80.75%.

The purpose of this study is to describe the Implementation of Population Administration Information System in the Management of Identity Card Services (KTP) at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Kendari City. Data collection is done by in-depth interview techniques, observations, and document studies, while data analysis techniques are done qualitatively and quantitatively. The informant selection technique uses one of the techniques in sampling or determining the informant with consideration or certain criteria (purposive) in the Research Methodology. The results of the study indicate the factors that influence the implementation of policies that contain communication, resources and dispositions run effectively. This can be seen from good communication, technological guidance for resources and a loyal attitude towards a policy. In a no-no situation, the population administration information system is good enough. However, in the context of population registration, it has not run optimally due to inadequate facilities. While in the context of civil registration can also be seen from the work of employees always based on existing rules. Then in the context of information management, it must also be good enough to improve information and also must provide more adequate facilities.
