AbstrakTulisan ini mendeskripsikan sistem kepercayaan asli komunitas adat Kajang yang dikenal dengan istilah Patuntung yang bersumber dari kepercayaan leluhur bercirikan animisme dan dinamisme. Pada awalnya sistem kepercayaan Patuntung adalah sebuah agama adat, berasal dari kata tuntungi berarti sumber kebenaran. Kepercayaan Patuntung pada dasarnya memiliki keyakinan dan pandangan tentang Tuhan (Turi’e A’ra’na), alam dan manusia. Dalam praktiknya, ajaran Patuntung yang mengkiblatkan diri pada Pasang ri Kajang yaitu pesan-pesan, firman, wasiat, amanat dari Sang Pencipta. Seluruh interaksi dalam kehidupan komunitas adat Kajang mengharuskan pola hidup yang sederhana (tallasa kamase-masea), menghindari sikap berlebih-lebihan, memperlakukan makhluk-makhluk di sekelilingnya dengan bersahaja, dan apa adanya. Isi Pasang ri Kajang merupakan himpunan dari sejumlah sistem kehidupan, meliputi sistem kepercayaan, sistem ritus dan sejumlah norma sosial, yang sarat dengan pesan-pesan moral yang luhur dan ajaran-ajaran kebijaksanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan sistem kepercayaan komunitas adat Kajang yang tertuang dalam Pasang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tanah Towa, Kabupaten Bulukumba, Provinsi Sulawesi-Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik pengamatan dan wawancara kepada beberapa tokoh masyarakat dan warga komunitas adat. AbstractThis paper describes the belief system of indigenous peoples of Kajang known as Patuntung which is derived from ancestral beliefs characterized by animism and dynamism. At first Patuntung belief system is an indigenous religion, derived from the word tuntungi which means source of truth. Belief system of Patuntung basically has a belief and view of God (Turi'e A'ra'na), mother nature and humankind. In practice the teachings of Patuntung direct itself to Pasang ri Kajang namely messages and words from the Creator. The whole interaction in the lives of indigenous community of Kajang requires a simple lifestyle (tallasa kamase-masea), avoiding exaggerated attitude, and being gentle to every creature around him. The contents of Pasang ri Kajang are a set of living systems, including the system of beliefs, rites and a system of social norms, which are laden with messages of morality and wisdom teachings. The purpose of this study is to reveal the belief systems of indigenous community of Kajang that is contained in the Pasang. This research was conducted in the village of Tanah Towa, Bulukumba, the Province of South Sulawesi. The author conducted a qualitative-descriptive method. Data were collected through observation and interview to several community leaders and the members of the community as well.

<p>Indigenous peoples of Kajang is an indigenous community that inhabit Kajang subsdistrict in Bulukumba<br />regency in South Sulawesi province. They adopt a belief system that called Jenne'Talluka'and Sambajang<br />Tattappu. Jenne talluka means ablution water that never canceled, while sambajang tattappu means<br />always remembering the God almighty one<br />Kajang Indigenous peoples, especially those inhabited inside kajang (inside Embayya) still embrace and<br />keep up the belief system as mention above until now. Almost all of them do not carry out and shari'aand<br />the pillars of the Islam: uttering syahadat (confession) words, establishing prayer five times and<br />the Sunnah, fasting in Ramadan month, contribute to zakat, and fulfilling hajj worship.<br />I use the Anthropology of Religion approach to study the belief system of such Kajang community.<br />Through this approach, I will be focusing on a system of worship and religious behavior of Kajang indig-<br />enous peoples.</p>

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Triple Bottom Line in the application of management accounting in the mining industry in Donggala Regency. This research method uses Qualitative Descriptive Method with respondents as many as 30 people who are communities around the location of the company, community leaders, and local government. The analytical tool used in this study is Phenomenology Analysis and data collection techniques carried out by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation to respondents directly.Based on the result of this research shows that company is PT. Balikpapan Ready Mix is not apply yet the concept of Triple Bottom Line in implementation of environment managementaccounting in the company.

The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

Penglipuran Traditional Village is a traditional landscape that places the element of nature as the basic concept of its design and has a local wisdom form of sustainable architecture. The village is located in Bali, at a distance of 45 km from Denpasar and 5 km from Bangli. This research is done by qualitative descriptive method and with case study approach. The purpose of this research is to find out the local wisdom of sustainable architecture applied in Penglipuran Village, as a foundation to study Balinese traditional architecture. Penglipuran village as a settlement has a spatial pattern which is divided into 3 (three) spatial divisions based on Tri Mandala concept consisting of: 1) Main Mandala (Pura); 2) Madya Mandala (Residence); 3) Nista Mandala (Tomb). Traditional House Penglipuran Bali is a form of cultural mindset of ancestors Penglipuran people of a region with a good and uphold the ancestral customs and strive to maintain the order well, neatly organized conceptual and sustainable nature and the environment.

This study aims to determine the Gondang Sabangunan performance in accompanying Sigale-gale at the Huta Bolon Museum for packaging tourism performances, impact and government support. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The speakers in this study were employees of the Huta Bolon Simanindo Museum, 5 music players, 10 dancers, Simanindo community leaders, and tourists. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the development of cultural tourism through the Gondang Sabangunan performance that accompanied Sigale-gale which is a cultural attraction to attract tourists at the Huta Bolon Simanindo Museum. The tortordi performance of the Huta Bolon Simanindo Museum was held on an open stage in the old village of Huta Bolon. Performances are not sacred but still follow the customary rules of the nigondang such as the number of types of gondang, the rules for requesting the type of gondang, the rules for movement in tortor, clothes and equipment. Another packaging of the show form is the short and dense duration, full of variations, an imitation of the original form. Tourists can enjoy the potential of Batak Toba culture, such as music, dances, historical objects, and the nuances of the Toba Batak village.

This study was written with the aim of knowing and describing how the Model Approach and Negotiation Strategy of Community Leaders in Resolving Land Dispute Conflicts in Marafenfen Village, Aru Islands, Maluku Province Community leaders are parties who have advantages over the general public and play an important role in making decisions. Land dispute conflicts that occurred in the village of Marafenfen are social conflicts that often occur considering the people who do not really understand the rights to the land they want to own. This article is an article that uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that seeks to describe or describe the object under study based on the facts in the field. then the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis, The results of the research obtained by the author can be concluded that in resolving land disputes, community leaders use Competitive Approach Model but some community leaders do not understand the Negotiation processes so they still have not found an agreement.

Pig hunting tradition (maddengeng) is one of cultures in Ponre District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. It is done because pigs are declared as big pest that can cause agricultural and environmental damage. This study aims to describe the important role of Islamic Education on pig hunting tradition  done by people of Ponre. This study used intrinsic and extrinsic approach. It employed qualitative descriptive method by describing the Islamic values from the observed culture. The data were collected by using some techniques including observation, interview, and documentation. In the case of data analysis, the gathered data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result shows that pig hunting tradition of Ponre people is divided into two activities, namely local pig hunting and massive pig hunting. Local pig hunting is usually done to identify the core of pest location by using simple utilities. Conversely, massive pig hunting is done by involving many people massively and using more complete utilities as well as systematic steps. In fact, in its realization, there are some deviations done by Ponre people which against the Islamic law, such as doing some rituals that contain the elements of animism and dynamism before doing the process of pig hunting. Therefore, Islamic Education has an important role in straightening those deviate concepts by changing those rituals with praying together to Allah before doing pig hunting, and giving some understanding about how to properly clean things touched with pigs according to Islamic law.

Pluralism is a view of life in understanding, acknowledging and accepting the existence of pluralism and diversity in a community group. The people of Donggo, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara have different religious beliefs, in which there are different cultures and customs. There are three religions that developed in Palama Village 2, Nggerukopa hamlet, Donggo District, namely Islam, Catholicism and Protestantism. With a variety of religious beliefs, of course, each individual community has different desires, and this can lead to conflict between individuals in the community, for this reason it is necessary to understand pluralism which refers to the meaning of tolerance in order to live in harmony, to unite the diversity of a nation. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how is the form of religious harmony in the Donggo custom community? The formulation of the problem raised. The purpose of this study is to find out the pluralism of the Donggo custom people in maintaining religious harmony. Researchers obtain data in this study is from observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study it was found that the forms of harmony of the Donggo custom people in maintaining religious harmony were cua kaco'i angi (mutual respect), doho kaboro weki (sitting together), inga dasa uma (helping to build a house), batu rawi rasa (participating in events) and tio kasama weki rasa ra dana (guarding with the village). Thus, the researcher concludes that the Donggo custom people in Nggerukopa really care for their religious harmony in any form to continue to live in harmony with each other.

This study aims to determine the application of Permendagri No. 113/2014 About Village Financial Management About Village Financial Management on Village Financial Management in Bojongasih Village, Parakansalak District, Sukabumi Regency which includes planning, administration, implementation, reporting, accountability, as well as coaching, and overseeing village financial management. The qualitative-descriptive method is used to describe and interpret data on village financial management found in the field and then a conclusion is drawn. Data collection was carried out with documentation and interview studies. Then the data analysis technique is how to reduce, present and verify the data. The results of this study are, in general, financial management of Bojongasih Village, Parakansalak District, Sukabumi Regency, which is not yet fully in accordance with Permendagri Number 113/2014. Some of the obstacles faced by Village Planning include not timely submitting a Raperdes about the Village’s Budget. In the implementation of financial management contrary to Permendagri and not in accordance with Permendagri. Then, monthly reports are not submitted to the Village Head. As well as coaching and supervision from local governments that are less than optimal.

Village Fund Allocation Management System in Tinggimae Village, Baromobong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine how the village fund allocation management system is in Tinggimae village, Barombong Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research data used is qualitative data using a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection methods are used with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study was conducted for three months from December 2017 to February 2018. The results of the study showed no significant effect of education on the performance of teachers at Majene 2 High School and there was a significant influence on work discipline on the performance of Majene 2 High School teachers.
