In the modern world, the question of the interaction of society and nature is one of the most acute problems among those facing humanity. Today, rapid economic development is causing a significant increase in the use and, consequently, depletion of natural resources. This necessitates the search for a new economic model that could break the link between economic growth and the depletion of natural resources. The study substantiates the theoretical aspects of eco-tourism as an important component of the strategy of sustainable development of tourism in Ukraine. The priority directions of sustainable development of tourism in the context of modernization of economic activity of Ukraine are outlined. The main directions of greening of the tourist sphere are considered. The main functions and principles of eco-tourism are formed and the relevance of the research and the need to develop prospects for the development of eco-tourism in Ukraine are substantiated. The concept of circular economy is a new economic model that manages the development of ecotourism, which allows to resolve the growing contradiction between the need to meet the growing needs of tourists and the limited number of natural, social, economic resources of host destinations in a deteriorating environment.

The choice of mining development strategies is based on the main indicators of mining and geological conditions that characterize mineral deposits. The purpose of the research is to argue the application of the improved Bayes criterion when choosing rational mining development strategies by taking into account the complex mining and geological conditions. The methodology of decision-making in terms of managing geotechnical systems depends on whether or not the probabilities of the conditions and dynamics of the parameters of rocks and soils are known during the development of mineral deposits, as well as the construction of infrastructure facilities. If the probabilities are unknown, then there is the problem of making decisions in the conditions of uncertainty of the initial data to assess the efficiency of the mining enterprises. And if the probabilities are known, then we are dealing with the task of making decisions in conditions of risk and assess the safety of mining operations. The improvement of the Bayes criterion enables us to determine, with an acceptable range of changes in efficiency, a strategy which provides more likely an increase in economic efficiency compared to a strategy selected using the traditional Bayes criterion.

Since 2005, expenditures on research, development and technological work (R & D) have been allocated in the structure of investments in non-financial assets. The absence of methodological developments on a comprehensive analysis of indicators of environmental and economic efficiency does not allow us to clearly determine the real costs of creating a system of rational nature use and environmental protection. In order to, at least approximately estimate the necessary level of investment in the restoration of the environment, it is necessary to conduct a study of the relationship between investment and environmental activities through the interrelationship between the concepts of "investment" and "capital investments".

The article deals with the main aspects of the stages of development and construction of an optimization of the economic and mathematical model of agricultural enterprises' resources for identifying reserves of resource potential, its rational use and increase of the economic efficiency of economic activity. Some economic indicators of functioning and development of agricultural enterprises that can be taken into account when compiling an optimization model are analysed. The basic stages of construction of the economic and mathematical model and their characteristic features are revealed. Applied testing of mathematical calculations has been carried out for the agricultural enterprise LLC UM-Vatutino, which wants to optimize the structure of its production in order to ensure maximum overall profitability. The developed economic and mathematical model provides the main activities of the UM-Vatutino LLC. They are the cultivation of grain and forage crops, cows of various productivity. Such a model can be used to analyse and identify the reserves of resource potential of enterprises of any form of ownership, at different periods of time, as well as to identify features of strategies for improving the economic efficiency of economic activity of the enterprise itself and its individual units. In addition, the constructed model can be modified both structurally and substantively. The analysis results are processed by means of one of the office programs of Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets. Data analysis has been performed with the use of the "Solver" tool in spreadsheets. It allows finding an optimization solution with a large number of variables. As a result, it has been confirmed that the application of economic and mathematical methods is very effective in assessing not only the resource potential of agricultural enterprises, but also optimizing the volumes of sales of products, feeds, raw materials for another. The process of modelling in the activities of agricultural enterprises gives the opportunity to make managerial decisions at various stages of the operation and development of the enterprise.

The modern system of accounting and management accounting includes a set of methods for analysing and evaluating the analysis of the financial condition of an enterprise. A comprehensive analysis of economic activity is a system of special knowledge related to the study of economic processes that develop under the influence of objective economic laws and factors of an objective order. Comprehensive analysis is of great importance in strengthening the financial condition, increasing the liquidity of assets, their solvency, searching for reserves for economic growth, efficiency in the use of resources, and in general business processes. The transformation of accounting, which is being carried out as part of the restructuring of the economy to market track, has once again brought to life such an important element of analytical work as financial analysis. The effectiveness of enterprise management is largely determined by the degree of its organization and the quality of information support. Analysis of financial statements in the framework of a comprehensive analysis of economic activity consists in the application of analytical tools and methods to the indicators of financial documents in order to identify significant relationships and characteristics necessary for making any decision. It serves to transform data so numerous and varied in our computer age into necessary and always scarce information. The business analysis process is described differently depending on the task at hand. It can be used as a preliminary screening tool when choosing a direction for investment or possible options for a merger of enterprises. It can also act as a forecasting tool for future financial conditions and results. Comprehensive analysis is also applicable to identify problems in the management of production activities. It can serve to assess the performance of the company’s management. And most importantly, financial analysis allows you to rely less on guesses, premonitions and intuition, to reduce the inevitable uncertainty that is present in any decision-making process. Financial analysis does not eliminate the need for business sense but provides a solid and systematic foundation for its rational application. Reporting analysis in the process of a comprehensive analysis of the economic activity of an enterprise is a process that aims to assess the current and past financial condition and results of the enterprise, while the primary goal is to determine estimates and predictions regarding the future conditions and activities of the enterprise.

Bali Strait has potential abundance of pelagic fishery resources such as Indonesian oil sardine (lemuru), frigate mackerel (tongkol), scad mackerel (layang), short-bodied mackerel (kembung) and others which can be caught mostly using purse seine. Fishery resources are combined and also known asmultispecies; therefore this research aimed to analyze the model of bio-economic multispecies exploitation of pelagic fishery resources in Bali Strait. The analytical methods that used in this research were estimated dynamic model of Walters and Hilborn (1976) and analysis of bio-economic model. The results showed that actual production of exploitation of pelagic fishery resources in Bali Strait, was lower than the rate of sustainable production especially Indonesian oil sardine and short-bodied mackerel. Production and fishing effort were below the actual optimal value. The management of pelagic fishery resources in Bali Strait did not show a good level of economic efficiency. Thus the exploitation of pelagic fishery resources in Bali Strait using purse seine could still be increased.

Key words: bio-economic, multispecies, optimal

This defined the following tasks: 1) to investigate the regulations of international economic activity of the enterprise; 2) to analyse the efficiency of foreign economic activity in terms of economic efficiency of imports; 3) to develop an approach to the administration of the efficiency of international economic activity of the enterprise. Results. The article examines the system of regulations on international economic activity of enterprises and its administration. The essence of the concept of "efficiency of international economic activity" and the classification of efficiency indicators are highlighted. Factors influencing the income and expenditure of international economic activity for its effectiveness are considered. The analysis of administration of efficiency of international economic activity of subjects of economic activity by means of an indicator of efficiency of import is carried out. The efficiency of one import operation is calculated on an example. It is proposed to consider the effective administration of import activities carried out by the company, if each 1 UAH costs more than 1 UAH income. Conclusions. The paper identifies the stages at which both internal and external administration of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Stages for administration of efficiency by international economic activity of the enterprises are offered. According to the results of research, the need to create a regulatory framework for the administration of the effectiveness of international economic activity of enterprises is substantiated.
