The research was distributed by drug services granting conditions up to this moment there are still many problems. As for the problem of the research is "whether the compliance of nurses in identifying influence on accuracy in the service of dispensing". Aim of this research is to know the level of compliance officers perform identification before providing the service of medicine, knowing compliance do identification relationship and analyze correctness of granting of service remedy with precision identification in "Darmayu" general hospital Ponorogo. In this study data collected through questionnaire method against 40 people the respondents admitted in "Darmayu" general hospital using the accidental method, Ponorogo for knowing the responses of respondents to each variable. Then conducted an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the test validity and reliability, as well as test the correlation of Phi. Of research results, data the respondents obtained shows that the level of accuracy of the perwat in the service of the drug still has not been fullest is demonstrated from 40 respondents, there were 22 stating the precision. Likewise, the level of compliance of nurses in conducting identification is still lacking, from 40 respondents, 14 respondents declared not obedient in doing identification. The results of the analysis of the compliance officers do get that the identification of the effect on the precision in the service of medicine. Hypothesis testing using the test correlation of Phi showed that independent variables examined is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable. Patient safety incidents can be prevented by the presence of the nurse in conducting compliance identification as well as precision in running the SOP. Sosiaisasi and high awareness of nurses on the importance of obedience and compliance in carrying out procedures will greatly affect the success of a service to patients at home sick.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence leaders, satisfaction, and organizational environment both partially and together towards the loyalty of the management of the Faculty Student Organization Economics of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta 2014/2015 period. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection with using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using analysis multiple linear regression. The subjects of this research are all organizational management there are 153 students of the Faculty of Economics with engineering sampling using purposive sampling method, so the amount the sample used was 106 administrators. The results showed that: 1) Emotional intelligence of leaders no significant effect on the loyalty of the board. 2) Satisfaction no significant effect on the loyalty of the board. 3) Organizational environment positive and significant effect on the loyalty of the board shown from the results of the t test of 2.163 with a significance of 0.033. 4) Intelligence emotional leaders, satisfaction, and organizational environment together significant effect on the loyalty of the board, this is indicated from the results F test count of 12.273 with a significance of 0,000 and can be written with regression equation Y = -1,431 + 0,126𝑋1 + 0,181𝑋2 + 0,276𝑋 3. With big influence of 26.5%, while the remaining 73.5% is influenced by other independent variables are not observed.

Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is job performance at Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. The method for analysis is analysis multifly regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and F_tes so t_test. The object of this research is the Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. This office is a branch of Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area, which is the task of collect tax on earth and buildings and other taxes in the Muaro Jambi area.Analysis on the research of respondents felt a high motivation and work discipline in the performance of tasks provided by the superiors. In the statement of respondents the indicator comes and home work on time shows the hihest score, which is a score of 280 verry high categories. Multiple linear regression equations are Y = 8,266 + 0.243X1 + 0.740X2 + E. Independent variables (motivation and work discipline) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variables (performance of members). While partial motivation affects performance and variable work discipline affects of the performance. Conclusion that the motivation and discipline have significant effect on performance and have a positive relationship in Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area.

The purpose of the study was the evaluation of Russian Oswestry questionnaire (disability index) version 2.1a reliability. Evaluation was performed on the basis of prospective cohort examination of 101 patients. All patients were questioned at the time of first examination, within 2-5 days after first visit and after completion treatment. Repetition of results, internal consistency of the test, correlation with visual analog scale (VAS) and SF-36 questionnaire subscales were studied. Repetition of results made up 0.96, Cronbach's a coefficient - 0.919, correlation with VAS - 0.668. Adapted of Russian Oswestry questionnaire version 2.1a is a valid and reliable tool. It is recommended for application in practical and scientific work for the evaluation of vital activity disturbances in patients with low back pains. The study was approved by Prof. J. Fairbank, the author of Oswestry questionnaire.

This study aims to understand and analyze the effect of investment education, return perception and risk perception on investment interests in Islamic stocks. The population in this study were participants of the Islamic Capital Market School at IAIN Kudus 2020 with a sample of 50 respondents. Samples were taken using the random sampling method, and based on the Slovin formula. The questionnaire method was used for data collection in this study. The instrument trials were analyzed using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, and inferential analysis consisting of multiple linear regression test, the coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results showed that investment education and perception of return did not significantly influence investment interest in Islamic stocks. Meanwhile, risk perception has a significant effect on interest in investing in Islamic stocks. Investment education, return perception, and risk perception are only independent variables that influence the interest of sharia stock investment (only 23.6%). That means there are still many other independent variables that can affect the interest in investing in Islamic stocks.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of public procurement audit on performance of state corporations in Kenya.Methodology: The study employed a descriptive research design, targeting heads of procurement in state corporations. As a rule of thumb when the population is below 200, a study does a census. The researcher preferred this method because it allowed an in-depth study of the subject. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires. Pilot study was carried out to establish the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The instruments were designed appropriately according to the study objectives. The data collected was analyzed by use of descriptive and inferential statistics. The study used multiple regression and correlation analysis to show the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variables. The data generated was keyed in and analyzed by use of Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24 to generate information which was presented using charts, frequencies and percentages.Results and conclusion: The findings of the study concluded that preparation and planning auditing, information and publicity auditing, evaluation of received tenders auditing, award and execution of contract auditing have a positive relationship with performance of state corporations in Kenya. The independent variables reported R value of 0.876 indicating that there is perfect relationship between dependent variable and independent variables’ square value of 0.768 means that 76.8% of the corresponding variation in performance of state corporations in Kenya can be explained or predicted by (preparation and planning auditing, information and publicity auditing, evaluation of tenders auditing and award and execution of contract auditing) which indicated that the model fitted the study data. The results of regression analysis revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between dependent variable and independent variable at (β = 0.761), p=0.000 <0.05).Unique contribution to theory, policy and practice: The study recommended that public institutions should embrace public procurement audit so as to improve performance and further researches should to be carried out in other public institutions to find out if the same results can be obtained.

<p class="8AbstrakBahasaIndonesia">This study aims to determine how much influence and relationship between office layout on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Medan. The population is 20 people and uses saturated samples. Data collection using questionnaire method tested with several methods of data analysis. The results of this study proved by testing the hypothesis that is: Test Validity and Reliability, Test T, Coefficient R and Coefficient R2 and Simple Linear Regression Analysis that indicates that the influence between office layout on employee performance. Based on Simple Linear Regression Analysis obtained equation Y = 16,638 + 0,684X, and if assumed every increase of office layout for unit then will improve employee performance equal to 0,684. Based on the analysis of product moment correlation obtained both variables have a strong relationship. Based on the analysis of determination, between office layout on employee performance of 41.0% means that the office spatial has an influence on the performance of 41.0%, while the remaining is 59.0% explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on the T-Test, it is explained that partially, the regression coefficient used is significant. In conclusion, that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is a strong and significant influence between office layout on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Medan.</p>

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of nationalism and tax morale on tax awareness. As well as testing the effect of the two independent variables on taxpayer compliance through tax awareness. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaire, method in taking samples using the hair method, namely the number respondent 5 – 10 times the number of indicators. The results of the sample obtained are 180 respondents with the status of Taxpayers. The sample was tested for validity and reliability testing and tested the hypothesis through the Smarts PLS software application. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is a significant direct effect on nationalism and tax morale on tax awareness, a significant direct effect on tax awareness on taxpayer compliance, and a significant indirect effect on nationalism and tax morale attitudes on taxpayer compliance. Tax through tax awareness. From this research it can be concluded that when the Government will. To increase tax awareness, the first strategy that must be improved is tax morale, then the attitude of nationalism. And to increase taxpayer compliance through tax awareness, the first strategy that must be improved is tax morale, then nationalism.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman produk Bank Syariah (familiarity) terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di iB Hasanah PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pontianak. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta pendekatan rumusan masalah penelitian asosiatif dengan hubungan kausal sebagaimana yang dijelaskan oleh Sugiyono. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan karakteristik: responden di dominasi oleh perempuan sebesar 52 %, dan sebagian besar responden baru menjadi nasabah kurang dari 1 tahun (<1 tahun) sebanyak 53 %. Berdasarkan uji koefisien normalitas, uji validitas dan reliabilitas adalah masing-masing data terdistribusi dengan normal (0,717 > 0,05) dan seluruh item pernyataan kuesioner yang mewakili tiga variabel bebas: objective knowledge (X1), subjective knowledge (X2), dan experience (X3) dan satu variabel terikat keputusan nasabah menabung (Y) dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat fakotr lain sebesar 48,2 % diluar penelitian ini. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel (31,995 > 2,699 ) berarti masing–masing variabel X (familiarity) secara simultan atau bersama–sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y, sedangkan variabel yang secara parsial paling dominan memengaruhi variabel Y adalah variabel X1 (objective knowledge).Kata Kunci: familiarity,objective knowledge,subjective knowledge,experience, keputusan menabung  ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to investigate the effect of familiarity of sharia banking product on customers’ decision to deposit in IB Hasanah PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pontianak branch. Qualitative method and associative research are carried out on an-going basis with causal relationship as explained by Sugiyono. The respondents of the research consisted of 100 people characterized by the domination of women with 52%, and most of the respondents are categorized new customers less than a year (<1 year) of 53%. Based on normality coefficient test, validity and reliability test, the data are respectively distributed normal with (0,727 > 0,05), and the whole items of questionnaire which represent three independent variables: objective knowledge (X1), subjective knowledge (X2), dan experience (X3), and one dependent variable on customers’ decision to deposit (Y) are stated valid and reliable. The test result of determination (R2) showed that there are other factors out of the scope of this research. The F result test also discovered that F value of 48,2% is bigger than F table (31,995 > 2,6999) which means each X variable (familiarity) has a significant effect on Y variable simultaneously, while parsially dominant variable influences the Y variable which is X1 (objective knowledge) variable. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of Islamic business ethics with the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility, benevolence and the welfare of traders in the Pusat Pasar Medan. This research is a quantitative research and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method obtained directly from the respondent, namely the Pusat Pasar Medan Trader. Analyzed using statistical tools, namely SPSS Version 22. Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.
