ABSTRAKTujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman produk Bank Syariah (familiarity) terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung di iB Hasanah PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pontianak. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif serta pendekatan rumusan masalah penelitian asosiatif dengan hubungan kausal sebagaimana yang dijelaskan oleh Sugiyono. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan karakteristik: responden di dominasi oleh perempuan sebesar 52 %, dan sebagian besar responden baru menjadi nasabah kurang dari 1 tahun (<1 tahun) sebanyak 53 %. Berdasarkan uji koefisien normalitas, uji validitas dan reliabilitas adalah masing-masing data terdistribusi dengan normal (0,717 > 0,05) dan seluruh item pernyataan kuesioner yang mewakili tiga variabel bebas: objective knowledge (X1), subjective knowledge (X2), dan experience (X3) dan satu variabel terikat keputusan nasabah menabung (Y) dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat fakotr lain sebesar 48,2 % diluar penelitian ini. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel (31,995 > 2,699 ) berarti masing–masing variabel X (familiarity) secara simultan atau bersama–sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y, sedangkan variabel yang secara parsial paling dominan memengaruhi variabel Y adalah variabel X1 (objective knowledge).Kata Kunci: familiarity,objective knowledge,subjective knowledge,experience, keputusan menabung  ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to investigate the effect of familiarity of sharia banking product on customers’ decision to deposit in IB Hasanah PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pontianak branch. Qualitative method and associative research are carried out on an-going basis with causal relationship as explained by Sugiyono. The respondents of the research consisted of 100 people characterized by the domination of women with 52%, and most of the respondents are categorized new customers less than a year (<1 year) of 53%. Based on normality coefficient test, validity and reliability test, the data are respectively distributed normal with (0,727 > 0,05), and the whole items of questionnaire which represent three independent variables: objective knowledge (X1), subjective knowledge (X2), dan experience (X3), and one dependent variable on customers’ decision to deposit (Y) are stated valid and reliable. The test result of determination (R2) showed that there are other factors out of the scope of this research. The F result test also discovered that F value of 48,2% is bigger than F table (31,995 > 2,6999) which means each X variable (familiarity) has a significant effect on Y variable simultaneously, while parsially dominant variable influences the Y variable which is X1 (objective knowledge) variable. The research was distributed by drug services granting conditions up to this moment there are still many problems. As for the problem of the research is "whether the compliance of nurses in identifying influence on accuracy in the service of dispensing". Aim of this research is to know the level of compliance officers perform identification before providing the service of medicine, knowing compliance do identification relationship and analyze correctness of granting of service remedy with precision identification in "Darmayu" general hospital Ponorogo. In this study data collected through questionnaire method against 40 people the respondents admitted in "Darmayu" general hospital using the accidental method, Ponorogo for knowing the responses of respondents to each variable. Then conducted an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the test validity and reliability, as well as test the correlation of Phi. Of research results, data the respondents obtained shows that the level of accuracy of the perwat in the service of the drug still has not been fullest is demonstrated from 40 respondents, there were 22 stating the precision. Likewise, the level of compliance of nurses in conducting identification is still lacking, from 40 respondents, 14 respondents declared not obedient in doing identification. The results of the analysis of the compliance officers do get that the identification of the effect on the precision in the service of medicine. Hypothesis testing using the test correlation of Phi showed that independent variables examined is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable. Patient safety incidents can be prevented by the presence of the nurse in conducting compliance identification as well as precision in running the SOP. Sosiaisasi and high awareness of nurses on the importance of obedience and compliance in carrying out procedures will greatly affect the success of a service to patients at home sick.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

This study aims to determine and analyze the Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously and significantly to Employee Performance. This research is qualitative research. The population and sample based on the distribution of questionnaires to employees of the Surabaya Tropical Disease Institute were taken as many as 59 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially Leadership Style, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test result is 16.703 greater than the 2.00 table simultaneously. Partially the Leadership Style obtained a significant value of 0,000 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, Career Development obtained a significant value of 0.025 (less than 0.05) significant effect on employee performance, and Job Satisfaction obtained significant value of 0.049 (less than 0.05) has a significant effect on employee performance.

This research has background the phenomena of brand competition of various companies in obtaining Top Brand Award. Customers tend to give more trust at any brands that have once achieved the Top Brand Award. Decreased top brand index indicates problems on brand equity of the Handphone Samsung. The problem in this research is “What is Brand Image and Brand Awareness effect on Brand Equity of Samsung Handphone”.  Brand image and brand awareness are assumed to have effects on brand equity and greatly importance to build strong brand equity. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effects of Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Brand Equity of Samsung Handphone.This research used 10 respondents as the samples who have purchased Samsung Handphone with purposive sample and accidental samples. Then, there was data analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively. The qualitative analysis is the interpretation of data that were obtained in the field and open answer analysis given by the respondents, while quantitative analysis includes: reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and determination coefficient analysis (X).Results of this research indicate that brand image (X1) and brand awareness (X2) are proven to significantly affect the brand equity (Y). Out of two analyzed independent variables, the brand awareness is the variables with the biggest effects on the dependent variable, which then is followed by the brand image. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Equity

Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the police officers working in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province. The method of research is descriptive and the how independent variables affect dependent ones, is reviewed. Therefore, our research is explanatory research. The number of populations employed in this research is 185 polices. The samples are taken based on random sampling method with the sample size 30% of the population. Therefore, the number of samples is 55 polices. The instrument of research is tested with validity and reliability test, and the data are tested with double linear regression. The research proves that the work motivation, competency and compensation affect simultaneously and partially to the performance of the police officers. The work motivation has the dominant effect on the performance of the police officers in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province.Keywords: work motivation, competency, compensation, performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis dampak dari motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan mereview bagaimana variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang polisi. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 30% dari populasi, yaitu 55 polisi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja polisi. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kompetensi, kompensasi, kinerja

Crackers are snack products made from tapioca starch dough or the addition of other permitted food stuffs. Crakers are widely known to have a distinctive taste and cn be accepted by everyone. The level and type needs and desires of the consumer can be different from one another, which led to the choice of opening up business opportunities became more and more bigger, election reasons and election objectives and factors to be considered in a business venture on each consumer are also different. Other that, determine which segments the market shares are located and identify consumers into segments of a particular segment as well as identify targets what is achieved and its position. In order to support the success of research to be conducted in the cracker processing industry UD. Sukma CAP MD which is where the first step of the research to be done before doing the research is a literature study to find a reference about segmentation analysis, targeting, positioning to consumer satisfaction and using descriptive analysis method, test validity, test reliability, test normality data, multiple linier regression analysis and co efficient of determination. The results showed that the test validity and reliability test on the data processed to produce valid and real data, with multiple linier regression values of vaue  Y = -0,8266 + 0,3452x1+ 0,3795x2 + 0,1333x3 + 0,0904x4 and coefficient of determination () greatest 0,4624%. This shows that 46,24% great customer loyalty. Value of determination of 0,4624% ahows that the product of independent variables is considered to have only a small simultaneous effect on the dependent variable.

This study aims to study both partially and simultaneously greater Competence and Motivation on the Performance of Tabalong Integrated Development Post Employees (POSBINDU) and the dominant variables on the Performance of Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) Tabalong Regency, The method used in this study is the method quantitative and with a total of 80 (eighty), taken with a census of 80 (eighty) people, validity and reliability test research instruments, data were collected using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence and Motivation show partial significance on the Performance of Inpatient Employees at Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) (2) Competency and Motivation are related significantly simultaneously to the Performance of Inpatient Employees in Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) and (3) Motivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on the Performance of Inpatient Employees at Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU). R Square of 0.561 which means that the total variation of the independent variables on the accepted variable is 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% is requested by other causes outside of this study.Keywords: Competence, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Purpose - The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of task complexity and experience on audit judgment with religiosity as moderator on the auditors of the Inspectorate of Semarang Regency and Salatiga City.Method - The data collection of this research was primary by using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all auditors of the Inspectorate of Semarang Regency and Salatiga City. The selection of samples in this study used the purposive sampling technique and selected 45 auditors. The data was processed using IBM Statistics SPSS version 23. The data analysis in this study included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity test), F-test, t-test, and MRA test.Result - The results showed that task complexity and experience partially had a positive and significant effect on audit judgment. The MRA test showed that religiosity did not moderate the effect of task complexity and experience on audit judgment in the auditors of the Inspectorate of Semarang Regency and Salatiga City.Implication - It is expected that auditors consider the religiosity in making audit judgment.Originality - This research is the first study that uses religiosity as a moderator in the relationship between task complexity and experience on audit judgment.

In research and healthcare it is important to measure older persons’ self-determination in order to improve their possibilities to decide for themselves in daily life. The questionnaire Impact on Participation and Autonomy (IPA) assesses self-determination, but is not constructed for older persons. The aim of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the IPA-S questionnaire for persons aged 70 years and older. The study was performed in two steps; first a validity test of the Swedish version of the questionnaire, IPA-S, followed by a reliability test-retest of an adjusted version. The validity was tested with focus groups and individual interviews on persons aged 77-88 years, and the reliability on persons aged 70-99 years. The validity test result showed that IPA-S is valid for older persons but it was too extensive and the phrasing of the items needed adjustments. The reliability test-retest on the adjusted questionnaire, IPA-Older persons (IPA-O), showed that 15 of 22 items had high agreement. IPA-O can be used to measure older persons’ self-determination in their care and rehabilitation.
