This article is one of wide studies that analyze literature and cultural values and prosesion in traditional ceremony of Dhukutan at Nglurah Village Tawangmangu Regency. Those traditional ceremony become tourist attractions. This study uses qualititive method inludes collection of primary an secondary sources such as literature study, observation, structured and in-depth interviews. Traditional ceremony have been existed during the ancestor period, it is always accompanied by the presence of ubarampe that has philosophical and historical significance among them. There are five Javanese literature and culture values in Dhukutan; 1) hedonic value, 2) artistic value, 3) cultural value, 4) ethical, moral, religious value, 5) practical value. There are three steps in Dhukutan , 1) preparation, 2) core ceremony, 3) closing . All sesaji in this traditional ceremony using material of corn. The purpose of this study is to knowing Javanese Literature and Culture Value and prosesion of Dhukutan ceremony and oral regulations of Dhukutan.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban atas fokus permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan yakni mendeskripsikan nilai sastra hideonik, nilai artistik, nilai kultural, nilai etis,moral, dan agama, serta nilai praktis yang terdapat pada lirik lagu Ridwan Sau, kondisi sosial budaya kota Makassar, ditinjau dari makna lagu Ridwan Saud dan relevansi nilai sastra pada lirik lagu Ridwan Sau dengan kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini sebagai penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan struktural genetik yang mempergunakan strategi berpikir fenomenologis yang lentur dan terbuka dari pencipta lagu daerah Makassar. Adapun lirik-lirik lagu yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian ini adalah Julei Rikau, Tea Tonja, Burakne Tonja, Panngukrangi, Sarengku, Kakde Kapang Na Suruga, Harangmi, Larokong Tojengma Kapang, Naloko Nakku, I Kattemi Antu, Tea Lapanra Pinruang, dan Kere Tekneku. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik kaji dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan sejak awal peneliti mengumpulkan data, lalu mereduksi data kemudian menyajikan data, dan melakukan penelitian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Selanjutnya diadakan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan relevansi nilai sastra pada lirik lagu Ridwan Sau dengan kondisi sosial budaya masyarakat Kota Makassar. Yaitu antara nilai hideonik, nilai artistik, nilai cultural, nilai etis, dan nilai praktis dengan kondisi sosial budaya kota Makassar yang antara lain masih menganut ketat budaya Tau, budaya Sirik, budaya Pacce, budaya Panngalik, budaya Panngadakkang, dan budaya Agama (Batara). The lyrics was used by the researcher was Julei Rikau, Tea Tonja, Burakne Tonja, Panngukrangi, Sarengku, Kakde Kapang Nasuruga, Harangmi, Larokong Tojengma Kapang, Naloko Nakku, I Kattemi Antu, Tea Lapanra Pinruang, and Kere Tekneku. The technique in collected, then taking reduction and presenting the data, and concluding. The next technique was validation. The research findings described The Relevance of Literature Value Toward the Lyrics of Ridwan Sau song with the condition of Social Culture of Makassar. It was the hedonic value, art value, cultural value, ethic value, and practical value with the social culture condition of Makassar community that submitted the Tau culture, Sirik culture, Pacce culture, Panngalik culture, Panngadakkang culture, and Religious (Batara) culture. This article is one of wide studies that analyze culinary food served in cultural activities at Jepara. Those cultural activities become tourist attractions. This study uses qualitative method includes collection of primary and secondary sources such as literature study, observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Historically, cultural activities have been existed during the ancestor period, it is always accompanied by the presence of culinary that has philosophical and historical significance among them. The purpose of this study is to develop culinary culture into business units for the community by combining cultural and tourism market values that have been existed previously. The culinary varieties are expected to be able to contribute in tourism development through the establishment of new business units.

Abstract Cultural Values as Represented in the Pali of Dayak Ngaju Community. This research aims to (1) describe the cultural values as represented in the pemali belonging to the Dayak Ngaju community towards nature, (2) describe the cultural values as represented in the pemali belonging to the Dayak Ngaju community towards the human interaction, (3) describe the cultural values as represented in the pemali belonging to the Dayak Ngaju community towards the spiritual performance. This research uses (1) recording techniques, both audio and audiovisual, (2) recording, (3) in-depth interviews, (4) literature study and documentation analysis.The results of the study show that the representation of cultural values of the pemali of the Dayak Ngaju Community in relation to nature includes: (1) the prohibition of not asking for permission when going to farming; (2) prohibition to kill animals carelessly while hunting; (3) prohibition of burning forest carelessly; (4) mapas lewu 'cleaning the village'; (5) manyanggar (‘someone should excuse me from the forest rangers’ otherwise it can cause danger and take victims); (6) prohibition of making images (statues) of animals carelessly in a forest inhabited by supernatural beings. The representations of cultural values of the pemali of the Dayak Ngaju Community concerning the human interactions, including: (1) prohibitions against marrying in the wrong lineage or the same lineage; (2) prohibition to take or interfere with the rights of others; (3) prohibition of entering another's house without permission; (4) prohibition to pick up the fallen fruit without the owner's consent; and (5) prohibition to swear/curse children carelessly.The representations of cultural values of the pemali of the Dayak Ngaju Community to the spiritual performance, including (1) the obligation to provide food to village guards (Pakanan Patahu); (2) the duty to always remember the Almighty while earning a living; (3) prohibition to laugh at broomstick; (4) prohibition of picking sawang leaves in front of the sangar patahu. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan representasi nilai budaya pemali masyarakat Dayak Ngaju terhadap alam. (2) Mendeskripsikan representasi nilai budaya pemali masyarakat Dayak Ngaju terhadap interaksi sesama manusia. (3) Mendeskripsikan representasi nilai budaya pemali masyarakat Dayak Ngaju terhadap kemampuan spritual.Metode atau teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan: (1) teknik perekaman, baik audio maupun audiovisual, (2) pencatatan, (3) wawancara yang mendalam, (4) studi kepustakaan dan analisis dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan representasi nilai budaya pemali masyarakat Dayak Ngaju yang berhubungan dengan alam meliputi: (1) larangan tidak permisi jika hendak berladang; (2) tidak boleh membunuh binatang sembarangan saat berburu; (3) tidak boleh membakar hutan sembarangan; (4) mapas lewu ‘membersihkan Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra dan Pembelajarannya Vol 11, No 2, Oktober 2021 ISSN 2089-0117 (Print) Page 286 - 300 ISSN 2580-5932 (Online) Sugara,/ Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra dan Pembelajarannya 11 (2) 2021, 286 - 300 Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra dan Pembelajarannya ǀ 287 kampung’; (5) manyanggar ‘harus permisi dengan penjaga-penjaga hutan’ kalau tidak dapat menimbulkan bahaya dan memakan korban; (6) jangan membuat gambar (patung) hewan sembarangan di dalam hutan yang ada penunggunya.Representasi nilai budaya pemali Dayak Ngaju yang berhubungan dengan interaksi sesama manusia meliputi: (1) Tidak boleh menikah salah silsilah atau dalam satu garis keturunan yang sama; (2) tidak boleh mengambil atau mengganggu hak orang lain; (3) tidak boleh masuk rumah orang lain tanpa permisi; (4) tidak boleh mangambil buah yang jatuh tanpa izin pemiliknya; dan (5) tidak boleh menyumpahi/mengutuk anak sembarangan.Representasi nilai budaya pemali Dayak Ngaju yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan spritual adalah (1) tidak boleh tidak memberi makanan untuk penjaga kampung (Pakanan Patahu); (2) tidak boleh lupa dengan Sang Maha Kuasa saat mencari nafkah; (3) tidak boleh menertawakan sapundu; (4) tidak boleh memetik daun sawang di depan sangar patahu. The main of this article to be expressed are Cultural Values and the Religiosity Behind the Skills (Kepanritaan) of Pinisi Boat Making in a very well-known community of boat makers in Ara, Bira and Tanalemo Villages, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. This research uses the verstehen method (Weber in Ritzer and Goodman, 2004 and Kaelan, 2005) on Pinisi Boat Making Activities and Changes from the beginning to the era of shipping modernization. The data was collected by combining comprehensive data collection techniques (observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation: Sugiyono, 2007) and analyzed using interpretive post positivistic qualitative descriptive analysis method (with systemic complementary analysis procedures: Data Collection), Grouping, Categorization, and Discarding Insignificant Data (Data Reduction), Mapping Data on Causality between Data Categorization, and Conclusion: Miles and Huberman, 1995). The results of the research show that the professionalism in making pinisi boats is built on the basis of assessment with the underlying occult values. A cultural value that tends to be ecologically oriented in the sense of keeping the relationship harmonious with the natural ruler in a magical way. These values tend to weaken amid the development of shipping modernization and the development of the boat-making industry.

In Cililin Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency, there are several potentials that can be explored and developed as tourist attractions. One of them is the famous wajit Cililin. Wajit Cililin has been produced for a long time and it is sold in the form of its products. However, there is an interesting side that has not been utilised to be developed, namely the manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to reveal the potential of Cililin assets to be developed into tourist attractions. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection is conducted by observation and in-depth interviews. Besides that, a literature study is also conducted. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities carried out simultaneously, namely reduction of data, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results showed that the wajit Cililin manufacturing process has the potential to become a gastronomic tourist attraction and educational tourism, since it has interesting uniqueness. The attraction can only be displayed to tourists by local people who have the skill to process and produce it, hence that the development must involve the local community.Keywords: gastronomic tourism, educational tourism, community based tourism.

The market has functioned as a safety net and employment provider for some communities. Traditional market as a symbol of people's prosperity in every region. This research is conducted to know the culture in Triwindu Market as one of antique market in Surakarta City. Cultural value is expected in accordance with the local wisdom of the city of Surakarta as a city that preserves the culture and cultural values as a crutch to improve the welfare of merchants this research using descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling and unit analysis of traders antiques merchants motor parts, Heirloom traders, scales traders. Data collection using in-depth interviews. The result of the Culture which is the philosophy that developed in the merchant community and still used as one of the trading principles is "kintir ora keli" which means although following the current trade flows or developing trend but not to lose its trade identity. There is also "jeneng first new jenang" which means to be successful in trading must find a good name first in the eyes of buyers by providing the best service and quality assurance commodities, new customers will get a lot of fortune.

This research was conducted to determine the potential of ecotourism in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province so that it can be packaged into an ecotourism package that covers the whole area of Berau Regencey starting from the urban zone, the inland zone and the water zone. This Research was conducted in Berau Regency because Berau Regency has 159 tourist attractions and also its location is close to the location of the new capital. The ecotourism package packaging made in this study is based on the lack of variety of products and tour packages circulating in Berau Regency so that this research is expected to add variety as well as introduce new potentials that can be found in Berau Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. After conducting research in Berau Regency, there are 17 ecoutourism potentials which can be packaged into 4 kinds of ecoutourism packgaes, with details of theree full-day ecotourism packages and one 2-day 1 night ecoutourism packages and the ecotourism package itinerary in this study is made in the form of descriptions, tables, and graphs as well as the type of ecotourism package in this study is ready made tour. The titles of  the ecotourism packages in this study are (1) Berau Culture and City Tour, (2) Berau Mangrove and Sangalaki Island Tour, (3) Orangutan University and Merabu Forest Tour, (2) Mirror Lake and Whale Shark Tour.

West Java is the centre of Indonesian rice production, which contributes 16 per cent of the national rice production. However, these advantages have not contributed to the growing awareness of the younger generation to preserve the rice planting culture. On the basis of these problems, the purpose of this study is to explain how the cultural value of rice planting with the tourist attraction of the Cikondang Traditional Village community. The research method used is a qualitative method, through in-depth interviews and groups, with data reduction analysis and data presentation. The results showed that the rice planting procession was loaded with cultural values and had a tourist attraction. This value is reflected in the value of human nature, the nature of human relations with the surrounding environment, the essence of human position in space and time, the essence of human relations with work and charity and the nature of human relations with other humans. Meanwhile, the attraction of the tour is reflected in the uniqueness, attractiveness, rarity, authenticity, cleanliness and safety

Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai pancaran kultural yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia telah lama dikenal dalam kekayaan budaya dan peradaban yang bermartabat. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam cerita rakyat nusantara  perlu terus digali, dilestarikan, dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut, misalnya dalam cerita Sangkuriang. Cerita Sangkuriang  merupakan cerita rakyat Sunda yang sudah dikenal masyarakat luas di Indonesia. Cerita ini pernah diangkat ke dalam film layar lebar, film kartun, sinetron, drama, dan buku. Cerita rakyat Sangkuriang mengandung beberapa nilai budaya, di antaranya (1) nilai hedonisme, yaitu nilai yang memberikan kesenangan; (2) nilai artistik, yaitu nilai yang memanifestasikan suatu seni; (3) nilai kultural, yaitu nilai yang berhubungan dengan kemasyarakatan, peradaban, dan kebudayaan; (4) nilai etika, moral, dan agama; (5) nilai praktis.Abstract:Values of local wisdom as cultural reflection of Indonesia have been long known for its cultural richness and dignified civilization.  The values in Indonesian  folklore need to be ex- tracted, preserved, developed further, like Sungkariang story. The story is one of Indonesia Sundanese folklore that has been already known in Indonesia. The story has been made into films, cartoons, TV serial, plays, and books. Sangkuriang folklore has several cultural values, includ- ing, (1) the hedonism value,  the value of giving  pleasure, (2) artistic value, the value of manifest- ing  the art, (3) cultural value,  associated with social values, civilization, and culture,(4)  ethics, morals and religion value, and (5) practical value.

The purpose of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between eating activities and the behavior of coastal Javanese in Semarang City. This correlation study involves the relationship of the form of the lexicon to the concept of the lexicon and the value of Javanese philosophy. Research Location in the Central Java Coastal Region, a locus of research in the city of Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used were observation, documentation, and active participation through in-depth interviews. The analytical method used is the lexicon mapping based on the form of unit - cultural values - references. The consideration used to map the lexicon is the cultural value in Javanese tradition. The theory used is the reconstruction of the lexicon in the meaning group of eating activities. The findings of the study are the self-identity of the eating activity lexicon has a correlation with Javanese human behavior, especially in socializing with the community. The lexicon of eating activity, preserving the values of Javanese culture in contact with politeness.
