West Java is the centre of Indonesian rice production, which contributes 16 per cent of the national rice production. However, these advantages have not contributed to the growing awareness of the younger generation to preserve the rice planting culture. On the basis of these problems, the purpose of this study is to explain how the cultural value of rice planting with the tourist attraction of the Cikondang Traditional Village community. The research method used is a qualitative method, through in-depth interviews and groups, with data reduction analysis and data presentation. The results showed that the rice planting procession was loaded with cultural values and had a tourist attraction. This value is reflected in the value of human nature, the nature of human relations with the surrounding environment, the essence of human position in space and time, the essence of human relations with work and charity and the nature of human relations with other humans. Meanwhile, the attraction of the tour is reflected in the uniqueness, attractiveness, rarity, authenticity, cleanliness and safety

This article will discuss cultural values in the poetry of Cianjur poets. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data sources are two anthologies of poetry, namely "Selalu Ada Rindu" a collaborative work of the poets of Cianjur and "Jejak" by Edwar Maulana. From the analysis, results of research are obtained, those are, there are 10 cultural values relating to the nature of human life: weir of evil, tawadhu, sympathy, khusyu, pray, tawakal, tasyakur, arraja'a, wisdom, and preventing persecution. Human work has 7 cultural values, namely business, provision, preventing persecution, creating, adding knowledge/insight, courage and ideals. Human position in space and time has 8 cultural values, namely sympathy, peace, arraj'a, love of nature, tasyakur, love, solemnness, effort and provision. Human relations with natural surroundings has 7 cultural values namely loving nature, sympathy/feeling what others feel, ideals, peace, perseverance, and exploiting nature. Then human relations with each other have 11 cultural values namely courage, love, prayer, provision, ideals, creating, endeavoring, respecting, tasyakur, khusyu, and utilizing nature.Keywords: cultural value, poetry, poet, Cianjur

The market has functioned as a safety net and employment provider for some communities. Traditional market as a symbol of people's prosperity in every region. This research is conducted to know the culture in Triwindu Market as one of antique market in Surakarta City. Cultural value is expected in accordance with the local wisdom of the city of Surakarta as a city that preserves the culture and cultural values as a crutch to improve the welfare of merchants this research using descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling and unit analysis of traders antiques merchants motor parts, Heirloom traders, scales traders. Data collection using in-depth interviews. The result of the Culture which is the philosophy that developed in the merchant community and still used as one of the trading principles is "kintir ora keli" which means although following the current trade flows or developing trend but not to lose its trade identity. There is also "jeneng first new jenang" which means to be successful in trading must find a good name first in the eyes of buyers by providing the best service and quality assurance commodities, new customers will get a lot of fortune.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

This study aims to describe the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. Cultural value is very important to be studied in order to preserve the cultural heritage of the people of Aceh so that it can be known by the younger generation and re-cultivated in life in the present. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is how the cultural values ​​contained in the Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The data source in this research is Hikayat Banta Amat Volume I and II by T. A. Sakti. The selected data is each quotation that has a relation to cultural values ​​in the saga. The approach and method used in this research is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method by describing the facts which are then followed by analysis. The cultural values ​​analyzed in Banta Amat sects are grouped according to five categories, namely (1) cultural values ​​in human relations with God, (2) cultural values ​​in human relations with nature, (3) cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans, (4) cultural values ​​in human relations with society, and (5) cultural values ​​in human relations with oneself. The results showed there were 37 quotations related to cultural values ​​that exist in the Banta Amat saga, namely: (1) Cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God there are 6 values ​​in 24 quotes; a) Give thanks to God 3 quotes, b) Give to Allah the Prophet 1 quote, c) Pray and ask God 9 quotes, d) surrender to God 8 quotes, e) Fear God 1 quote, and f) Obey to worship God 2 quotes, (2) Cultural values ​​in human relations with nature are found in 2 quotations about utilizing the forest, (3) Cultural values ​​in human relations with other humans there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotations; a) respect for others 2 quotes, b) say greetings 1 quote, and c) answer greetings 1 quote, (4) Cultural values ​​in human relations with the community there are 3 quotes namely about mutual care, and (5) Cultural values ​​in relationships humans with themselves there are 3 values ​​in 4 quotes; a) Never give up 2 quotes, b) responsibility 1 quote, and c) hard work 1 quote. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the cultural values ​​in the human relationship with God are more numerous than the other values. This illustrates that the people of Aceh are religious and devout people who worship God. Suggestions from researchers that the people of Aceh continue to preserve cultural values ​​such as the Banta Amat saga in daily life. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Nilai budaya sangat penting untuk dikaji guna melestarikan warisan budaya masyarakat Aceh agar dapat diketahui oleh generasi muda dan kembali dibudidayakan dalam kehidupan pada masa sekarang. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II Karya T. A. Sakti. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Hikayat Banta Amat Jilid I dan II karya T. A. Sakti. Data yang dipilih adalah setiap kutipan yang ada kaitannya dengan nilai budaya dalam hikayat. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskritif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang kemudian disusul dengan analisis. Nilai budaya yang dianalisis dalam hikayat Banta Amat dikelompokkan berdasarkan lima kategori, yaitu (1) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (2) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, (3) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (4) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat, dan (5) nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 37 kutipan yang terkait dengan nilai budaya yang ada dalam hikayat Banta Amat, yaitu: (1) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan terdapat 6 nilai pada 24 kutipan; a) Bersyukur kepada Allah 3 kutipan, b) Berselawat kepada Nabi Allah 1 kutipan, c) Berdoa dan memohon kepada Allah 9 kutipan, d) menyerahkan diri kepada Allah 8 kutipan, e) Takut kepada Allah 1 kutipan, dan f) Taat beribadah kepada Allah 2 kutipan, (2) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam terdapat pada 2 kutipan tentang memanfaatkan hutan, (3) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) menghormati orang lain 2 kutipan, b) mengucapkan salam 1 kutipan, dan c) menjawab salam 1 kutipan, (4) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan masyarakat terdapat 3 kutipan yaitu tentang rasa saling peduli, dan (5) Nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri terdapat 3 nilai pada 4 kutipan; a) Pantang menyerah 2 kutipan, b) tanggung jawab 1 kutipan, dan c) kerja keras 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa nilai budaya dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan lebih banyak dari nilai yang lainnya. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Aceh adalah masyarakat yang religius dan taat beribadah kepada Allah. Saran dari peneliti agar masyarakat Aceh terus melestarikan nilai budaya seperti pada hikayat Banta Amat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Hikayat, Nilai Budaya

This research aims to determine the potential of tourism based on supporting and inhibiting factors of rural tourism development in Desa Kemetul and analyzing the strategy of community-based tourism in Desa Kemetul. The research was conducted in Desa Kemetul Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Semarang. This study uses qualitative method which the data obtained through depth interviews with Kepala Desa Kemetul, Chairman of POKDARWIS Sekar Kanthil, Local Communities, and Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, and then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis. The study concluded that Desa Kemetul has a lot of tourism potential to become tourist attraction. Desa Kemetul needs to consider strengthening flagship product, the strategy of sustainable development of a tourist attraction, and strategies for institutional development and human resources.

This research aims (1). To find out how to analyze the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (2). To find out students' interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang, (3). To find out the Implement of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack, (4). To find out the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Attack. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data obtained from direct observation and in-depth interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Subjects determined in this study were principals, PAI teachers, BTQ teachers and 40 students. The data analysis used were: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the integrated iqra method in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat in this good category is obtained from the results of the analysis reaching the percentage: 75%. The development of the Integrated Iqra Method can increase interest in learning to read and write the Qur'an in students of SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang is in the very good category, reaching a lift of 81% seen from the results of respondents' answers always and the results of interviews with writers and teachers that it is true that in learning to read and write the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat, my students are very enthusiastic in learning to read and write the Qur'an. an because I use the integrated iqra method. implementation of the Integrated Iqra Method of learning to read and write the Qur'an at SD Negeri Rancailat, Bakung Village, Kec. Cikande Kab. Serang as a whole based on the results of student answers, teachers in teaching reading and writing the Qur'an at SDN Rancailat can be categorized as good. This is evidenced by the results of their ability to read and write the Qur'an using the Iqra method, they are very enthusiastic in following each stage, both Iqra volumes 1 to 6 plus writing Arabic letters or the Qur'an and memorizing Juz 'Amma/Juz 30.

ABSTRACT Traditional markets with their special characteristics and cultural values are still cinsidered dirty and unorganized places. This view is also found in Ngentak Traditional Market, Dayu Village, Kab. Blitar. This 50 years old market has many problems include patchy roofs that make the heat of the sun go inside and when it rains, making the market floor muddy, and it makes market feel so dirty. The absence of a zoning system makes buyers confused when shopping, the narrow circulation of space reduces the convenience of activities in the market. The market office on the 2nd (second) floor also has a problem with unstandard staircase, making user feel uncomfortable. The purpose of this redesign is to redesign traditional markets according to the interior design and market building standards, but also applying designs that still retain the characteristics, cultural value of traditional markets and the surrounding environment. The redesign used glass box design method with structured and systematic parameters based on facts. The results is redesign of the Ngentak Market with contemporary themes and local ethnic concepts typical of Blitar Regency that give new designs and arrangements to traditional markets, so that can overcome the problems that exist today to change the outlook on traditional markets to be positive. Key words : Traditional Market, Zoning, Contemporary, Local Ethnic.   ABSTRAK Pasar tradisional dengan ciri khas dan nilai kultural yang ada di dalamnya masih dipandang sebagai tempat yang kotor, kumuh dan tidak tertata. Pandangan tersebut juga dijumpai di Pasar Tradisional Ngentak, Desa Dayu, Kabupaten Blitar. Permasalahan pasar yang sudah berumur lebih dari 50 tahun ini diantaranya terlihat atap tambal sulam dengan bahan seadanya membuat panas terik matahari masuk ke dalam dan saat hujan air bocor menjadikan lantai pasar becek, serta menambah nuansa pasar menjadi kotor dan kumuh. Tidak adanya sistem zonasi pedagang membuat bingung pembeli saat berbelanja, sirkulasi ruang gerak yang sempit mengurangi kenyamanan beraktivitas di dalam pasar. Kantor pasar yang berada di lantai 2 (dua) juga mempunyai permasalahan ruang yaitu akses tangga sempit yang tidak sesuai standar membuat pengguna ruang merasa tidak nyaman. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah meredesain pasar tradisional sesuai standar ilmu desain interior dan standar bangunan pasar, selain itu juga dengan mengaplikasikan desain yang tetap mempertahankan ciri khas, nilai kultural pasar tradisional dan lingkungan sekitar. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu metode desain glass box dengan parameter terstruktur dan sistematis berdasarkan fakta yang ada. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah perancangan redesain Pasar Ngentak dengan tema kontemporer dan konsep etnik lokal khas Kabupaten Blitar yang memberi desain dan tatanan baru pada pasar tradisional, sehingga bisa mengatasi permasalahan ruang yang ada sekaligus mengubah pandangan tentang pasar tradisional menjadi positif. More than the cultural values contained in the management of natural resources in Maluku will always include the principles and traditions of sasi and adat because they are an intrinsic part of a culture which for centuries has proven to be adaptive and resistant to external disturbances. The purpose of this study was to determine the orientation of the cultural value of sasi in Maluku. The method used is qualitative research, where observation, interviews and documentation are used to collect data from informants. The results showed that talking about cultural values in sasi would be related to the concept of the nature of human life, the work of human life, human position and space and time, the nature of man and nature as well as the relationship between humans and humans and other people. Where the culture of sasi illustrates what humans must do, It is hoped that sasi culture will remain a part of the Saparua indigenous people so that people will continue to choose the values of sasi cultural orientation so that social life and ecological life will continue to be sustainable from the control of sasi cultural values.

The main of this article to be expressed are Cultural Values and the Religiosity Behind the Skills (Kepanritaan) of Pinisi Boat Making in a very well-known community of boat makers in Ara, Bira and Tanalemo Villages, Bontobahari District, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi. This research uses the verstehen method (Weber in Ritzer and Goodman, 2004 and Kaelan, 2005) on Pinisi Boat Making Activities and Changes from the beginning to the era of shipping modernization. The data was collected by combining comprehensive data collection techniques (observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation: Sugiyono, 2007) and analyzed using interpretive post positivistic qualitative descriptive analysis method (with systemic complementary analysis procedures: Data Collection), Grouping, Categorization, and Discarding Insignificant Data (Data Reduction), Mapping Data on Causality between Data Categorization, and Conclusion: Miles and Huberman, 1995). The results of the research show that the professionalism in making pinisi boats is built on the basis of assessment with the underlying occult values. A cultural value that tends to be ecologically oriented in the sense of keeping the relationship harmonious with the natural ruler in a magical way. These values tend to weaken amid the development of shipping modernization and the development of the boat-making industry.
