This study aims to analyze the achievement of each indicator that measures the ability of students' mathematical understanding on the subjects of elementary linear algebra. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that seeks to describe the the ability of students' mathematical understanding analysis. The subjects of the study were students of level 2 mathematics education with 2 clasess consisting of 33 students. Data collection methods used includethe ability of  students' mathematical test in elementary linear algebra which includes material of linear equation system, matrix and determinat. Based on the result of the research, it is concluded that the level of the ability of students' mathematical understanding elementary linear algebra is as follows: There are 6 students who got score below 50, there are 5 students who got score between 51 and 60, there are 9 students got score between 61 and 70, there are 5 students got score between 71 and 80, there are 6 students got score between 81 and 90 and there are 2 students got score 91 and up. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketercapaian setiap indikator yang mengukur kemampuan pemahaman matematis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linier Elementer. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualititatif yang berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan analisis kemampuan pemahaman matematis mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika tingkat 2 sebanyak 2 kelas yang berjumlah 33 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linier Elementer yang meliputi materi sistem persamaan linear,  matriks dan determinan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan mahasiswa matematika pada mata kuliah Aljabar Linier Elementer adalah sebagai berikut: Terdapat 6 mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah 50, terdapat 5 mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai antara 51 dan 60, terdapat 9 mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai antara 61 dan 70, terdapat 5 mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai antara 71 dan 80, terdapat 6  mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai antara 81 dan 90 dan terdapat 2 mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai 91 ke atas. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis, Aljabar Linier Elementer.

This study aimeds to determine the mathematical ability of vocational students in solving the HOT type three-variable linear equation system problems. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection methods were written tests and interviews. The subjects of this study were nine students of class XI Pharmacy, SMK St. Agustinus Kefamenanu, Province Nusa Tenggara Timur. Two students with low mathematical ability, two students with moderate mathematical ability, and twostudents with high mathematical ability were selected to be interviewed. The research suggest that, students with high mathematical ability and students with moderate mathematical ability are able to work on questions at the analyzing and, evaluating stage, but have not yet reached the creating stage. Students are still working on problems using the method given by the teacher. Students with low mathematical ability are only able to work on problems at the analyzing stage.

The study aims to identify kinds of high school students’ misrepresent in doing their tasks and to provide the appropriate scaffolding as a solution to help the students. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The research subject consists of three junior high school students who have different abilities in Mathematics. They were selected out of 92 students. This research studied the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and students’ technical mistakes in working on the problems based on the stages of Kastolan mistakes and the scaffoldings given. Furthermore, the data were collected by using the way of testing, interviewing and documenting techniques. The research data were guarantee validated with the triangulation method. The result of the research showed that there were some errors done by the students in doing the tasks. They were the conceptual errors, procedural mistakes, and technical errors. The scaffoldings given to help the students do the tasks for Level 1 (environmental provisions), Level 2 (explaining, reviewing dan restructuring), and Level 3 (developing conceptual thinking).

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to compare the ability of male and female students to solve mathematical problems in a two-variable linear equation system. The subjects of this study were 19th grade students A VII from Mamuju Middle School as many as 19 people, then 6 students were taken, consisting of 3 men and 3 women. The results showed that students with high ability categories; (1) able to understand problems; (2) able to complete planning; (3) able to solve problems; (4) can use existing information to re-examine the answers obtained. Whereas in problem solving abilities for students with moderate categories, he is able to stage (1) be able to understand the problem, (2) be able to plan solutions and, (3) be able to solve problems still in stage (4) less able to reexamine the problem solving ability of answers to students with disadvantaged categories. (1) less able to understand problems; (2) inadequate settlement planning; (3) less able to solve problems; (4) unable to use the information available to re-examine the answers obtained. Indicates that the average score of learning outcomes is 75.26. Judging from the number of students who have not finished learning, it can be concluded that the obstacle experienced by students is the lack of students' understanding of the problem given, so that they are not able to solve the problem properly. Men read and understand the problems given at a glance and women understand the problem carefully and analyze whatever information is given correctly.

This study aims to determine the process of implementation the <em>parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attarasa’s </em>tradition in the Konjo community adult process, how is the existance of the <em>parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attarasa’s </em>tradition in the modern area, and how is the islamic perspective on the procession of tradition. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Researcher as a key instrument. Data collection methods are observation, deep interview and documentation. <em>Parunrungi baju </em>and <em>attrarasa’s </em>tradition is a traditional ceremony held by Konjo community in eastern Bulukumba, when  a child enters adulthood. The traditional still exists carried out by the community of Konjo until now, as a way to appreciate the ancestrals heritage. According to the islamic perpective on the procession of the traditional ceremonies, such as the presentation of offerings and flattening of teeth <em>(attarasa)</em> is considered contradictory to the existing rules in islam.<br /><p align="center"> </p>

This study aimed to describe the errors that student made in completing the Two Variable Linear Equation System based on Watson's criteria. This was a descriptive qualitative study involving 29 students consisted of of 12 high-skilled students, 5 medium-skilled students, and 12 low-skilled students in 8th grade at SMP PGRI 6 Malang. The data were obtained from the types of errors that student made using the Two Variable Linear Equation System question tests and the results of the interviews based on the Watson's criteria indicators. The question sets used in this study had been verified by mathematics education lecturers and mathematics teachers. The results of this study were: a) high-skilled students were 'less thorough' at work; (2) medium-skilled students were ‘using data incorrectly at the early stages'; while (3) low-skilled students ‘did not give answers' because they did not understand the concepts of the learning materials. The three types of errors frequently made by students were errors in determining the operation to be used (mhk), errors in determining the stages of solving the question problems (mtl), and errors in drawing conclusions from the final results (kh).

This study aims to examine the improvement of student’s creative thinking ability of Class VIII on the material of two-variable linear equation system through open ended approach. This type of research is classroom action research. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. This research was conducted on grade VIII-C student of SMP Darul Falah in the academic year 2017/2018 with 36 student. The instrument used in a student’s mathematical creative thinking test, cycle I and II test (after giving of action), and an observation sheet for teachers and students to conditions of action implementation. The result of this study indicate that the aspect of matehematical thinking creative ability of students has increased because of the problems tested in each test, the more students who score above the KKM. Based on the work indicator, it is concluded that the mathematical creative thinking ability of grade VIII-C students of SMP Darul Falah on two-variable linear equation system can be improved through open ended approach.

Village Fund Allocation Management System in Tinggimae Village, Baromobong District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine how the village fund allocation management system is in Tinggimae village, Barombong Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of research data used is qualitative data using a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection methods are used with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This study was conducted for three months from December 2017 to February 2018. The results of the study showed no significant effect of education on the performance of teachers at Majene 2 High School and there was a significant influence on work discipline on the performance of Majene 2 High School teachers.

This study aims to determine the ability of mathematical understanding of class VII students on the material wake flat. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study consisted of 5 students selected at random. The data collected in the form of written test results as much as 5 points about the ability of students' mathematical understanding. The test results were analyzed according to the students' mathematical comprehension indicator. Data analysis is done to analyze the extent of students' mathematical understanding ability. Based on the result of research that students mathematical understanding ability still not enough in each indicator. From this research can be concluded that students mathematical understanding ability in VII grade in finished the matter of getting up flat is still low

<em>Research objectives were to (1) Know the exploration of learning resources based on local wisdom; (2) To find out that local wisdom can be used as a learning resource in Viscosity material; (3) How to grow the entrepreneurial spirit with learning resources based on local wisdom. Qualitative descriptive research method with inductive and deductive analysis techniques. Data collection methods used documentation and participatory observation. The results showed that: (1) The form of exploration of learning resources based on local wisdom in the Wonosobo area was carried out with processed food products, namely COKSACAR. COKSACAR is a processed product of Carica fruit combined with chocolate. (2) The process of making COKSACAR as a learning resource for viscosity, namely the basic concepts and factors that affect viscosity in the form of the chocolate dough viscosity, fluid substances, the temperature in chocolate processing, and additives in the chocolate dough. (3) Learning resources based on local wisdom using COKSACAR can grow the entrepreneurial spirit, including (a) Motivation through the promotion of COKSACAR products. (b) Able to cultivate self-confidence, result-oriented, risk-taking, leadership, future-oriented, and able to find original and creative and innovative ideas. Learning resources that utilize the local potential of COKSACAR can foster a spirit of learning and train students' entrepreneurial spirit</em>
