Lean technologies are widely used in various industries. Currently, the development of quality management of higher education is facing new challenges, the key of which is to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness for potential students, employers and research customers. In the context of the «struggle» for financing, it is necessary to find internal reserves for development, which is the main result of reducing losses. The application of lean manufacturing methods in education is possible taking into account the adaptation of tools and their consistent implementation, taking into account scientific and practical experience. Activities to optimize the educational process should be carried out taking into account the views of interested parties, such as: teachers, students and employers. The article discusses the application of the principles of lean method and 5S in higher education. The main difficulties in implementation are reflected.

Статья посвящена организации учебного процесса в высшей школе. Авторы, в частности, считают, что лекционные и практические занятия должны начинаться и заканчиваться разминкой, подразумевающей выполнение коротких упражнений. С помощью специально проведенного исследования в работе анализируются структурные особенности учебных разминок, уточняются их отличия от бизнес-разминок, применяемых в ходе тренингов, а также рассматривается с содержательной и организационной точек зрения специфика применения разминок в высшей школе. Выводы сделаны с учетом мнения преподавателей и студентов, уже имеющих опыт участия в разминках. Научная новизна публикации заключается в расширении представлений о возможностях, которые открываются при использовании разминок в учебном процессе. В статье проведена их классификация по различным критериям: виду активности, массовости, желаемому результату, формату проведения. Кроме того, автор обобщил собственный практический опыт использования инструментов бизнес-тренингов, накопленный в ходе подготовки бакалавров и магистрантов, привел примеры наиболее популярных упражнений в каждой группе матрицы разминок. Особое внимание уделено разминкам, сопровождающим вебинары, что продолжает оставаться чрезвычайно актуальным в свете современного перехода на смешанный формат обучения в профессиональном образовании. Статья предназначена для преподавателей и студентов высших и средних профессиональных образовательных организаций. The article focuses on the organization of the educational process in higher education. The author, in particular, believes that lectures and practical classes should begin and end with a warm-up, which implies doing short exercises. With the help of specially conducted research, the paper analyzes the structural features of training warm-ups, clarifies their differences from business warm-ups used during training, and also considers the specifics of using warm-ups in higher education from a substantive and organizational point of view. The conclusions are made considering the opinions of teachers and students who already have experience of doing warm-ups. The scientific novelty of the publication lies in bringing better understanding of the opportunities that open up with using warm-ups in the educational process. The article classifies them according to various criteria: the type of activity, mass character, the desired result, the format of the event. In addition, the author summarized his own practical experience of using business training tools during the preparation of bachelors and undergraduates gave examples of the most popular exercises in each group of the warm-up matrix. Special attention is paid to the warm-ups accompanying webinars, which continues to be extremely relevant in the light of the modern transition to a mixed format of training in vocational education. The article is intended for teachers and students of higher and secondary professional educational organizations.

The article analyses the incentives of the Russian higher education institutions to provide quality education which develop as a result of the competition and signals from labor market. The mechanism of a quality assurance of training of specialists in higher education institution is the quality management system. The experience of formation of a quality management system is presented. The structure and interrelation of components of quality of education is considered. Criteria and indicators of quality of educational process, which can be applied in estimation of quality in the educational organization, are offered. Besides, backbone components of quality — satisfaction of consumers with educational services are considered.

In the article, based on the analysis of theoretical literature and own practical experience, the concept of resource- oriented learning in the high school is described. The author concept reflects the concept, purpose, essence, task, principles, perspective tasks and the main directions of development of resource-oriented teaching of students in institutions of higher education. The concept includes three interconnected concepts that contribute to the implementation of the leading idea of research: methodological, theoretical and technological.It is grounded that the implementation of the concept of RHE in higher education will ensure: a qualitatively new level of organization of the educational process in the ZOO; high level of formation of independent cognitive activity among students; a high level of professional competence of graduates for the successful realization of professional activity in a living environment in the information society; a clear orientation of students for independent acquisition of knowledge and ability to build knowledge; a clear orientation of students for education throughout their lives; increasing the effectiveness of RHO provided the use of facilities, methods, forms and pedagogical technologies RON; formation of a joint open educational environment of the ZOO; cooperation with various ZOO, educational institutions, libraries and dissemination of pedagogical experience of RON; development of network cooperation ZOO.

Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. Within the framework of the corresponding logic and based on practical experience, the place is determined for special technical educational and social facilities, special formats for organizing and teaching methodological support of the educational process, as well as psychological and social rehabilitation support for students with disabilities, etc. in the system of inherent attributes of the university adapted basic professional educational program.

This paper aims at researching new opportunities for improving education quality management systems at higher education institutions. Methods of analyzing data procured from documents and expert estimates were used in the research. The paper analyzes main disadvantages of the existing education quality management systems at higher education institutions and indicates the cause thereof. Issues of education quality improvement are explored, based on increasing the volume of feedback information in colleges’ electronic information and educational environment. The authors have developed tools for improving the volume and quality of feedback information received within the educational process; they provide a description of these tools. Quality map of the current educational process determines the criteria for evaluating the academic process based on feedback indicators, while monitoring of the current academic process helps procure these. Based on these tools, the model of an improved quality management system is provided, which applies the strategy of management by deviations, mechanisms of quick management and mid-term planning of developing the college’s educational system. Conditions ensuring successful implementation of the new mechanisms of education quality management system at a higher education institution are analyzed. Overall, the paper demonstrates new opportunities for developing the education quality management systems at a higher education institution based on applying feedbackbased monitoring of the current academic process.

The article is devoted to the research of the problem of quality management of training of future specialists of physical culture and sports in specialized institutions of higher education according to the newest requirements of the new ukrainian school. However, the problem is the need to train a sufficient number of qualified trainers to implement the strategy of professional development of teachers of the New Ukrainian School. The article outlines the conceptual provisions of the Concept of the «New Ukrainian School» and their implementation in the educational space, the latest reform for decades, namely the three phases of implementation of the Concept of NUS. Therefore, in our opinion, higher education institutions now need to modernize the system of education of future professionals, especially for specialists in physical culture and sports, because it depends on them the health of the younger generation. Also, it was characterized that the system of training future specialists in physical culture and sports should be two groups of objects of management. The first is the institutions and certain individuals that ensure its functioning. And the second, which includes the ultimate object of the governing influence of the system – individuals. We have identified six cycles of the educational process, which in our opinion reflect the modern structure of the educational space of higher education of future specialists in physical culture and sports, integrated into the Concept of «New ukrainian school».

Quarantine restrictions have increased the relevance of distance learning, and the level of information and communication technology development has made it possible for the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to switch to online mode, this being the optimal solution amid the pandemic. The object of this paper is to analyse the practical aspects of distance learning under quarantine and to identify the key factors affecting its efficiency. The assessment of the distant technologies use during the educational process and its efficiency was carried out by means of anonymous online questionnaire survey of the students from 4 higher education institutions: University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, National Transport University, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and Separated structural subdivision of the Kyiv College of Municipal Economy of The V.I. Vernadsky Taurida National University. The research has revealed the level of technical provision for distance learning; the level and practical experience of using distance technologies by the participants of the educational process was determined; the behavioural factors (students’ attendance and teachers’ adherence to the class schedule and thematic outlines) were examined; motivational factors of students’ learning online were analysed; the most significant benefits of distance learning were examined; the higher education students’ attitude to the blended and distance forms of learning was determined. It has been substantiated that distance learning organisation in the institution based on a single shared platform is a prerequisite for ensuring a highly effective online learning process. The practical value of the paper lies in the application of the survey results to enhance and increase the distance learning efficiency at the higher education institution level

AbstractThe article deals with analysis of future social workers’ training in the context of forming students’ professional legal competency in higher education institutions of European Union (EU), the USA and Ukraine. Based on the study of scientific and reference sources the peculiarities of the educational process in the most popular higher education institutions, particularly, in EU, offering Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work have been defined: in France there is no distinct differentiation between social workers and social pedagogues; these professions successfully combine functions of education and assistance; future social workers are trained in centers and universities that follow instructions of French National Academy for Youth Protection and Juvenile Justice; at German universities social work curricula are based on threefold study load of future specialists: world societies and social development, social problems and human rights violation, international rights in social work; are interdisciplinary and can be realized in cooperation with other European universities; at British universities teachers have great practical experience in social work; student body is cosmopolitan, i.e. a mixture of mature and young students from different ethnic groups and nationalities; curricula also provide for a large volume of practical learning in working conditions corresponding to national requirements; in Spain future specialists are trained for three appropriate segments of labour market, namely, law, social work expert and Master in Social Work (such specializations as social mediation, leisure time activities, professional adaptation).

Актуальность статьи заключается в необходимости разрешения противоречия между объективной потребностью в разработке адаптивной системы управления качеством образовательного процесса в педагогической деятельности преподавателя высшей школы и недостаточным вниманием исследователей к изучению феномена «адаптивное управление качеством образовательного процесса в высшей школе». Цель статьи заключается в том, чтобы выявить современные подходы исследователей к определению понятия «адаптивное управление качеством образовательного процесса в высшей школе» и выделить его основные характеристики. Авторами раскрыты научные представления современных исследователей о содержании понятий «адаптивность», «адаптивное управление», «управление качеством образования». На основе их анализа выделены основные признаки адаптивного управления качеством образовательного процесса в педагогической деятельности преподавателя высшей школы: гибкость и опережающий характер, мотивирующее управление, обратная связь как основа организации видимого образовательного процесса. Статья предназначена для научных работников и специалистов в области управления качеством образования. Будет полезна преподавателям и руководителям высшей школы. The relevance of the article is in the need to resolve the contradiction between the objective need to develop an adaptive quality management system of the educational process in the pedagogical activity of a higher school teacher and the insufficient attention of researchers to the study of the phenomenon of "adaptive quality management of the educational process in higher education." The purpose of the article is to identify the modern approaches of the researchers to the definition of the concept of "adaptive quality management of the educational process in higher education", and to highlight its main characteristics. The authors reveal the scientific ideas of modern researchers about the content of the concepts "adaptability", "adaptive management", "quality management of education". On the basis of their analysis, the main features of adaptive management of the quality of the educational process in the pedagogical activity of a teacher of higher education are highlighted: flexibility and advanced character, motivating control, feedback as the basis for organizing the visible educational process. The article reveals some unresolved issues concerning the processes of planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating university education in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to clarify what oppositions are currently being maintained, and what needs to be done to address problematic situations. Among the oppositions identified by the author, there are oppositions between the standardization and unification of education, which are opposed by the autonomy of universities and the individualization of the learning process; between thread-group organization of educational process, characteristic of the traditional system of higher education, and building of individual educational trajectory; between pedagogue-centered and student-centered paradigms of higher education; between the traditional system of education (teaching) and electronic learning (e-learning), between the old system of assessing students based on the exams in specific disciplines, and the need to determine the level of formation of competences; between academic and scientific models ofpostgraduate school.The following research methods were implemented: a theoretical method (analysis of scientific literature, legislative and normative documents, teaching materials, internal local acts relating to the organization of the educational activities of the University), interpretation (comprehensive and systematic study of the object of study, comparing different objects of study among themselves, summarizing their theoretical and practical experience, etc.). In the study, based on the identified oppositions in the organization of the educational process at the University - standardization and unification of education, the conclusions were made about the need for thorough and comprehensive analysis of the existing management system of higher education and suggestions for its improvement and bringing into line not only with the requirements of legislative and normative documents regulating activity of the Russian universities, but also taking into account the interests of all the stakeholders interested in the learning outcomes and the preparation of competitive specialists.
