The article highlights the distinctive features of agritourist, presents the main definitions and basic models of agro tourism development in world practice, shows the geography of the spread of agro-tourism in the world. It was concluded that agro-tourism can become one of the promising areas of development of the rural economy, a factor in the revival and socio-economic development of rural territories of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Today people all over the world live in a multilingual environment. Our country did not stay away from this global process. One of the priorities of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the possession of three languages ​​by the people of Kazakhstan. Since independence, we have focused on establishment of political, social, economic and cultural ties with many countries of the world. The importance of language for the effectiveness of these relations and the development of the unity of the country and people is growing day by day. Multilingualism is one of the most important needs of today, allowing the younger generation fly freely in the educational space, explore the secrets of world science and show your ability. Therefore, the role, prestige and scale of the three languages ​​in the implementation of the trilingual policy in the country require close attention. Otherwise, there may be confusion in the positioning of each language. This is confirmed by the fact that criticisms are already being introduced into the implementation of this language policy. Multilingualism has emerged in accordance with modern requirements for teaching and working in English.

The article is devoted to the study of strategic guidelines for diversification of production and modernization of the economy of a resort town on the example of the urban district of Yevpatoria of the Republic of Crimea. The competitive advantages, distinctive features of the draft Strategy for the socio-economic development of the urban district of Yevpatoria of the Republic of Crimea, including strategic guidelines for the modernization and diversification of the city's economy, necessary for its further development as a resort city, are formulated. The research methodological framework is based on the theoretical principles of strategic management, regional and municipal economy. This study is based on a comprehensive analysis of the draft strategy for the socio-economic development of the urban district of Yevpatoria of the Republic of Crimea by using a combination of methods: logical, dialectical, and also causal ones. The article is of interest to researchers, practitioners, including state and municipal officials dealing with the formation (development and updating), as well as the implementation and control over the implementation of strategies for the socio-economic development of territories and other stakeholders.

One of the global challenges facing the humanity in the 21st century is to improve the sustainable socio-economic development of countries. Thus, significant results have been achieved in Azerbaijan's socio-economic development over the past decade. The main reason for this is the implementation of large economic projects to ensure continued development in Azerbaijan. Innovative development of the economy is associated with the solution of the problem of promotion of innovation, the formation and development of innovative entrepreneurship, fundamental tax reforms and elimination of staff shortages in this area. The most important thing here is that the future state of the Republic of Azerbaijan will find the key government program "Strategic roadmap for key sectors of the national economy". The socio-economic successes of Azerbaijan in recent years have also been reflected in the reports of reputable international rating agencies. Azerbaijan has been included in the top 20 reformist countries in the World Bank's Doing Business rating. In total, it ranks 34th out of 190 countries. The country is ranked ninth according to the Business Establishment Index. In this report, Azerbaijan entered the top five in the world in terms of starting a business by simplifying business registration and was ranked as one of the best practice countries.[17] President Ilham Aliyev said at a conference on the results of the first year of implementation of the “State Program on socio-economic development of the regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2023”. to raise the level of competitive states. Therefore, given the challenges of the modern world, rapid development in the region will continue. Taking into account all these pressing scientific issues, the article has become a research problem in the field of industry, agriculture, entrepreneurship and innovation in terms of effective implementation of the strategic roadmap and the importance of sustainable socio-economic development of Azerbaijan in general. The article deals with the issue that is relevant for many countries - transport and logistics infrastructure, since logistics, as the most effective, market-oriented way of planning, forming and developing commodity and related flows with the lowest costs in the entire logistics chain, has firmly gained its position in the world market. The authors also highlight the main factors of economic growth, which is the formation of integrated transport and logistics systems that cover individual areas of business, entire regions and countries. One of the effective ways of socio-economic development, both for individual regions of our country and the Republic of Kazakhstan as a whole, is the formation of transport and logistics infrastructure, which determined the relevance of the article taking into account the specifics of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The forestry complex plays an important role in the rural economy of the municipalities of the Komi Republic. However, due to the nature of the distribution of forest resources and types of forestry activities, its effectiveness and impact on the socio-economic development of territories is different. This provision actualizes the development of a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the forest complex in rural areas of the Komi Republic and proposals for directions and mechanisms for its improvement. The purpose of the research is to develop ways to improve the efficiency of the forest complex of rural areas of the Komi Republic. The object of the research is the methodology for assessing the efficiency of the forest complex in rural areas of the Komi Republic, as well as the directions for its improvement. The hypothesis of the research is to measure the effectiveness of the functioning of the forest complex of the region based on the structural-territorial differentiation of territories. The methods used of the research. The methodological features of the study are: structuring the efficiency of the forest complex on the production, socio-economic, spatial and bioeconomic; use of a set of indicators characterizing these aspects of efficiency; aggregation of indicators into group and final efficiency ratings by districts; analysis of the factors that determined the spatial differentiation of the efficiency of the forest complex. The statement of basic materials. As a result of a study on a structured set of indicators, a picture of the structural and territorial differentiation of the efficiency of timber industry activity was obtained, formed by the distribution of relevant indicators characterizing the influence of various factors using a rating score. The modern limitations of the development of the forest complex of municipalities of the republic with a rural economy are highlighted. The оriginality and practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of conducting a typology of rural areas according to the level of efficiency of the forest complex, as well as proposing directions and mechanisms for its improvement, applicable to each group of districts. Conclusions of the research. An integrated assessment of the efficiency of the forest complex of rural areas has allowed to identify areas with high, medium and low levels of efficiency, as well as a separate group of areas with “non-forest” specialization or with a weak forest industry. Prospects for the further use of the results obtained can be adjusted by the strategy of socio-economic development of territories, as well as new approaches to the location of productive forces in the North.

Tourism is one of the most important branches of society in many countries of the world. Today its development has taken an important impetus for the development of many societies which really accept tourism as a very important economic activity. Many places have changed the physiognomy of the landscape, giving importance to the development of this activity. It can rightly be said that many countries have received the epithet of developed countries because of the tourist destinations they have. In this way, the Republic of Kosovo, even though it is a young state, has at its disposal important potential values which really represent a tourist attraction. Although they are still in the process of developing and improving tourism which will be in function of the successful tourist offer. In order to develop successful tourism offers, potential values must be made available which will be used as a tourist attraction which is available for tourism development. And with this the overall economic development which affects the overall development of the country. The Republic of Kosovo has potential values which are useful for the development of the tourism product. This is best reflected around Rugova, respectively in Boge where we have a large frequency of different nationalities of tourists.
