The objectives of this research to measure the effectiveness and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of basic training agricultural extension experts organized by the Secretariat Bakorluh Bengkulu Province. This  research  was conducted in March through June 2015 and used slovin methods. The study population was defined as many as 36 people of 40 people from the extension of existing civil servants. Data analysis was done by using  tobit models. The results showed that : 1) some characteristics of extension that is age and work experience significantly influence the effectiveness of training 2) several factors including the method of training, facilities and trainers significantly influence the effectiveness of training. 3) The level of effectiveness basic education and training of agricultural extension experts by secretariat of Bakorluh Bengkulu province in middle category or sufficiently effective;.

This study aims to find out and analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Work Experience and Work Discipline on Financial Management Performance at Halu Oleo University. Respondents in this study were all employees who served as financial managers at Halu Oleo University. The total respondents were 106 people. Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed through SPSS version 23.0 for Windows software.The results of this study indicate that education and training have t (t-sig) of 0,000 which means that education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has t (t-sig) of 0.118 which means that work experience has no effect and is not significant on performance financial managers, work discipline has t (t-sig) of 0.031 which means that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The conclusions in this study are education and training, work experience and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Education and training have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers, work experience has no effect and is not significant on the performance of financial managers and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers in

RESUMO O Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) objetiva incentivar a formação de docentes para a educação básica pública, contribuindo para a valorização do magistério. A presente pesquisa visa avaliar a repercussão do referido programa na qualificação e formação de professores para a educação básica da rede pública, a partir da opinião de alunos do PIBID da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Para tanto, três objetivos foram delineados: analisar as repercussões do PIBID na qualificação docente; identificar a influência que o programa exerceu na escolha profissional do egresso; e identificar a percepção do egresso sobre a escola pública durante a experiência como bolsista. Enviou-se questionário para o endereço eletrônico de 584 egressos do PIBID, obtendo-se retorno de 14,4% (n = 84). A partir dos resultados, concluiu-se que o PIBID contribui consideravelmente para a qualificação da formação docente, além de despertar e reforçar o interesse pela docência. Palavras-chave: Ensino Superior, Avaliação Educacional, Formação de Professores. Evaluation of Institutional Program in Initiation in Teaching Scholarship (PIBID): a case study at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC)ABSTRACT The Institutional Program in Initiation in Teaching Scholarship (PIBID) aims to encourage the training of teachers for basic public education, contributing to the enhancement the magisterium. The present study aims, in view of PIBID graduates of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), evaluate the impact of the program in the qualification and training of teachers for basic education. For this, three objectives were pursued: analyze the PIBID implications for the teaching qualification; analyze the influence that the program has had on professional egress choice; and analyze the perception of graduates of the public school during the scholarship experience. A questionnaire was sent to the email address of 584 PIBID graduates obtaining a return of 14.4% (n = 84). From the data analysis, it was concluded that the PIBID contributes significantly to the qualification of teacher education and arouses or reinforces the interest in teaching in public basic education. Key words: Higher Education, Educational Assessment, Teacher Training.

<p><em>Based on researchers' observations of the phenomena that occur in students at SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan sub-district, the ability to dribble is relatively low. This problem is thought to be caused by several factors, one of which is the inadequate training method provided by the trainer. This study aims to explain the effect of play and training sequences on dribbling skills at SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan District. This research method is a quasi-experimental method. This research will be conducted in December 2018. The research site is in the field of SDN 44 Taratak, Koto XI Tarusan sub-district. The study population numbered 20 people. The sampling technique was taken with a total sampling to obtain a sample of 20 athletes. The dribbling test data is taken with the dribbling test. The data analysis technique is the t test formula. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) there is playing a significant effect on the ability to dribble. Increased dribbling ability is 7.73, from an average score of 34.00 in the pre test to 26.63 in the post test. (2) The training sequence has a significant influence on the ability to shake the ball. The influence exerted was 8.09 from 34.05 when the achievement was 25.96 during the post test. (3) With tcount (0.675)&gt; ttable (2.222), this means that the research hypothesis is not accepted. Thus it can be concluded that there is no difference in the influence of the playing sequence and the training sequence on the ability to dribble. </em></p>

Technology and covid-19 pandemic has become the main trigger for implementation of distance learning in Basic Training Civil Servants at BSSN. E-learning has many differences compared to the conventional methods that were applied previously. We hoped e-learning activities running well so they can achieve the learning objectives. This study seeks to reveal an overview of the effectiveness of e-learning Basic Training Civil Servants. The method used in this research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and literature study methods. Interviews were conducted with managers, administrators, teachers and training participants. Based on the research, the results is e-learning Basic Training Civil Servants run effectively. This can be seen from the data that shows that learning has succeeded in achieving the set instructional goals, is able to provide an attractive learning experience, is able to actively involve participants, and the facilities that support the teaching and learning process are fulfilled properly. In addition, it was also found that synchronous model was more attractive to participants than asynchronous. Participants feel that synchronous model can help them focus more and increase motivation when learning. To improve the implementation of online learning in the future, it is suggested to increase synchronous method and delivery  material through gamification application to make leraning more interesting

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kinerja penyuluhan pertanian pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi, untuk mengetahui prestasi kerja penyuluh pertanian dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi  program Penyuluhan  di Kabupaten Indragiri  Hulu.Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 22orang penyuluh pertanian, yang merupakan penyuluh Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan penyuluh pertanian THL-TBPP Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Provinsi Riau.Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis secara matematik dengan analisis Skala Likert’s Summatied Ratting (SLR) dan analisisNilai Prestasi Kerja (NPK).Hasil penelitian dari analisis menunjukan bahwamanajemen kinerja penyuluhpertanian memiliki skor 91,02 dengan kategori baik,pada variabel  X1 perencanaan persiapan penyuluhan pertanian mendapat skor 107,75 dengan kategori sangat baik (SB), Variabel kemampuan pelaksanaan penyuluhan pertanian memiliki skor sebesar 86,80 dengan kategori baik (B) sedangkan pada variabel  Evaluasi dan Pelaporan adalah memiliki skor 78,50 dengan katagori baik (B). Adapun nilai prestasi kerja penyuluh pertanian memiliki skor 82,72 dengan kategori baik.Kata Kunci : Kinerja; Manajemen; Nilai Prestasi Kerja; Penyuluhan.ABSTRACT                This study aims to determine the performance management of agricultural extension services at the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Indragiri Hulu Regency in planning, implementing and evaluating, to determine the work performance of agricultural extension workers in planning, implementing and evaluating Extension programs in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The subjects of this study were 22 agricultural extension workers, who were extension workers of the THL-TBPP Civil Servants and extension workers in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province.                The method of data analysis uses mathematical analysis with analysis of Likert's Summatied Ratting Scale (SLR) and analysis of Work Achievement Value (NPK). The results of the analysis show that the performance of agricultural extension officers has a score of 91.02 with a good category, in the X1 variable the planning of agricultural extension preparation scores 107.75 with a very good category (SB), the variable ability to implement agricultural extension has a score of 86.80 with a good category (B) while the Evaluation and Reporting variable is a score of 78.50 with a good category (B). The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

This study is conducted to: 1) test and analyze the influence of educational level on financial report quality; 2) test and analyze the influence of work experience on financial report quality; 3) test and analyze the influence of accounting information system on financial report quality. This type of research i.e. research with quantitative data sources in this study is the primary data. Population in this study is all employees employed in district financial department in Surakarta with the sample amounted of 30 employees, where all population was taken as sample. The technique in this study use the question form. The data analysis in a linear regression multiple series program spss for windows version 17.0. From data analysis known that the variabel work experience (H2) and accounting information system comprehension (H3) have influence on financial report quality, and the educational level (H1) variable has no influence on financial report quality, with in the regression coefficient values show that showed a negative value i.e. t count-0.985 and significant value of 0.334

Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. Keywords: Training at Workplace, Classroom Action Research, Teacher's Understanding

In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

This chapter looks briefly at the way judges are recruited in France and how and to what degree this is reflected in their way of reasoning and style of argument. It outlines the requirements for admission to the profession of being a judge in France and the methods adopted for training them. This outline is confined to professional judges, but it should be noted that, in France, commercial and employment cases are adjudicated at the first instance by lay judges. Further, judges in the administrative courts are not included in the teaching and training processes provided for by the École Nationale de la Magistrature (ENM). Administrative judges are recruited from the pool of high-ranking civil servants, many of them trained at the prestigious ENA (École Nationale d'Administration).
