The article deals with the history of the development of English structural linguistics. In the proposed study, the authors rely on the possibility of using a systematic approach in teaching English. The General principles, which are basic and apply to any branch of scientific knowledge, and private, which are used in teaching English, were highlighted. It was emphasized that a systematic approach to the study of English can be applied at any age, starting with adolescence, because this stage of ontogenesis in humans formed abstract theoretical thinking. Particular attention was paid to the study of the three main components of language (vocabulary, grammar and phonetics) based on the application of the basic principles of a systematic approach. They also discussed the use of scientific results, modern hardware and software in teaching a foreign language to students of technical specialties.

Амарант ўсимлиги таркибида биологик актив моддалар борлиги, махсус ва умумий озиқ-овқат махсулотларини ишлаб чикаришда кўлланилишида, шунингдек биологик актив моддаларни ажратиб олиш учун хомашё сифатида фойдаланилиши унинг самарадорлигини белгилаб беради.В следующем научном сообщение был проведен обзор материалов по истории развития использования амаранта, химическому составу, использованию в медицине и пищевой промышленности представителей рода Amarantus [Amaranthaceae]. Наличие в амаранта ценных биологических активных веществ определяет перспективность его использования в производстве пищевых продуктов специального и общего назначения, а также в качестве сырья для получения биологических активных добавок. The following scientific report reviewed the materials on the history of the development of using amaranthus, chemical composition, using of representatives of the genus Amarantus [Amaranthaceae] in the medicine and food industry. The presence of valuable biological active substances in the amaranthus determines the prospects of its use in the production of special and general food products, as well as raw materials for the production of biological active additives.

This article discusses the history of trade relations between the Bukhara emirate and Russia in the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as products exported from Bukhara to Russia, the development of trade relations between the two countries over the years. The trade relations of the Bukhara merchants with Orenburg, Orsk, Tyumen, Astrakhan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and other cities were studied. Studies of the Russian empire in Central Asia, extensive military and political actions against the khanates, the creation of a Russian political agency in Bukhara, railway access to Bukhara and cotton cultivation in the country by the Russian government, pursuing their own interests, were discussed. development industry.

The article analyzes the modern concept of responsible design, its components and main provisions. The main components of responsible design are the systems of universal and unpleasant design, the history of the origin and development of these components, as well as their modern extended understanding. The basic principles and areas of application of universal and unpleasant design are given. Features of formation of responsible approach to design as a basis of world view of future designers as exemplified by training students specializing in "Design" and "Technology for the decorative processing of materials", both at the level of bachelors and at the level of masters are shown. A set of knowledge, skills abilities necessary for the designer to understand the concept of responsible design ensure such a design process is determined. The arising problems are considered, and the approaches to their solution on the basis of modern competence approach are offered. The authors formulated tasks and exercises that help the teacher to form the responsibility of the designer, as well as test questions and topics of tasks, up to the final state certification, allowing to check and consolidate the understanding and application of the concept of responsible design. Examples of developments made by students using the concept of responsible design are given.

Genocide, which was committed by the Armenians in the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly in the late 20th century, is considered one of the gravest crimes against humanity. Khojaly does not differ from horrific tragedies of Katyn, Lidice, Oradour-sur-Glane, Holocaust, Songmy, Rwanda and Srebrenica, which are etched on the minds of people forever. These atrocities went down in the history of wars as genocides of civilians that shook the world. On the night of 25-26 February 1992, the Armenian armed forces surrounded Khojaly with 10 tanks, 16 armored carriers, nine infantry fighting vehicles, 180 military experts and infantry units of the 366th motor rifle regiment, which was part of the 23rd division of the 4th USSR army deployed in Khankandi. Armed with state-of-the-art weapons, the Armenians razed Khojaly to the ground. Official figures prove that as a result of the genocidal act in Khojaly 613 people were killed, including 106 women, 63 children and 70 elderly. The genocide committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis in Khojaly in 1992 were investigated on the basis “Azerbaijan”, “Baku”, “Səhər”, “Khalq”, “Respublika”, “Vətən səsi”, “Odlar yurdu”, “Ədəbiyyat”, “Azərbaycan gəncləri”, “525-ci qəzet” newspapers, “Azərbaycan” journal and other press examples in the article. The article is important for the history of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani press, for the world genocide researches.

Основное содержание статьи представляет обзор применения процедуры верификация массива логико-лингвистических данных (на примере лексических единиц), полученных путем обработки методически ориентированного корпуса текстов. Кроме того, рассматриваются базовые принципы формирования методически ориентированного корпуса текстов, делается акцент на такой характеристике, как репрезентативность. Особое внимание уделяется теоретическому обоснованию важности применения корпусных технологий при организации работы иностранных студентов, которые изучают русский язык как иностранный, при изучении ими языка специальности в целях формирования коммуникативно-профессиональной компетенции. The main content of the article provides an overview of the application of the procedure for verification of an array of logical-linguistic data (for example, lexical units) obtained by processing a methodically oriented corpus of texts. In addition, the basic principles of forming a methodically oriented corpus of texts are considered, an emphasis is placed on such a characteristic as representativeness. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical justification of the importance of the use of corpus technology in organizing the work of foreign students who study Russian as a foreign language, when they study the language of a specialty in order to form communicative and professional competence.

Introduction. Currently, leading economists from different countries are paying more and more attention to the issue of ”sustainable development”, as this issue is currently relevant not only for the country's economy as a whole, but also at the enterprise level. However, because this is a multifaceted and complex category. Many questions arise around it and they remain insufficiently studied and require in-depth research. The purpose of the paper. The scientific literature contains different approaches and different interpretations of the concept of “sustainable development” each scientist interprets this concept in his research. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the historical aspects of the emergence of this concept, to summarize the existing approaches to the interpretation of the category of “sustainable development” and to provide their own understanding of this concept. Find out the main components of sustainable development at the macro and micro levels and provide their characteristics, as well as understand what factors influence the sustainable development of the enterprise. Results. This paper analyzes the history of the concept of sustainable development, notes the basic principles of sustainable development. The approaches of various scientific opinions to the definition of “sustainable development” have been studied, generalized and systematized. Using the experience of domestic and foreign scientists on the interpretation of the concept of sustainable development, defined their own vision of the essence of the concept, and defined the concept of “sustainable development of the enterprise”. The conceptual foundations of the theory of sustainable development, which see a combination of certain basic components, were analyzed. The paper describes the above components of sustainable development in terms of enterprise: economic, social, environmental. The main factors influencing the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise are identified. Conclusion. Thus, the needs of a market economy in modern conditions require more flexibility from enterprises, more policies that are «modern» and strategies of competition. This, in turn, encourages companies to seek new approaches to conducting their business. It is the trajectory of sustainable development of economic activity of the enterprise and is one of the key activities of economic entities, which will contribute to the effective results of this activity.

In the article there was illustrated the issue of the role of Khorezm in the system of East and West economic relations during ancient period. The history of Khorezm’s economic and cultural ties with the world’s nations, undoubtedly, began before the history of shopping centers. Since, it was already proved by the results of archeological investigations that the roots of such relationships belonged to the Kaltaminar culture of the Neolithic Age. We observe that in the early times, the influence of not the North, but the South, i.e. the ancient East farming centers in Khorezm increased and as a result, there appeared slow transition from mastering economy to productive economy. The traces of the earliest irrigation canals from the Bronze Age Tozaboghyop culture and the founding of southern Turkmen pottery products are a clear indication of this.
