Indonesian language learning can be related to the environment, the environment becomes one of the components that influence the learning process. This can be related to language. Language is a communication tool that humans can acquire from birth. Suardi (et al, 2019) said that the mastery of a language by a child begins with the acquisition of the first language which is often called the mother tongue. Dardjowidjojo (in Suardi et al, 2019) says that language acquisition is a language acquisition process that is carried out by children naturally when they learn their mother tongue. The acquisition of the first language is closely related to the social development of children and the formation of social identity. In line with that, Yogatama (in Suardi et al, 2019) says that learning the first language is one of the overall developments of children to become members of asociety.

The use of language cannot be separated when socializing with the surrounding environment. Likewise in learning Indonesian, the environment is very influential in the student learning process. The relationship between the environment and learning Indonesian is very close and complementary to each other. According to Dardjowidjojo (in Ramadhan et al, 2019) children will naturally recognize language as a way of communicating with those around them. The first language known and subsequently mastered by a child is called the mother tongue (native language). Furthermore, Yogatama (in Ramadhan et al, 2019) said that the acquisition of the first language is closely related to the social development of children and the formation of social identity. Learning the first language is one of the overall developments of children as members of a society.

In this paper Facebook is examined as an educational tool that can be used to facilitate the development of literacy skills. The philosophical assumptions underlying the Social Development Theory by Vygotsky and the Social Learning Theory by Bandura were used to substantiate the benefits students can gain from learning in a social environment such as Facebook. Librarians can help students to develop their literacy skills, by using the Literature Circle on facebook. Assigning readers roles such as literary luminary, synthesizer, analyzer, and evaluator and rotating these roles will allow readers to develop the various literacy skills overtime and to avoid monotony.

Based on the material of the political crisis in Venezuela in 2019, the paper studies factors behind the popularity of protest messages (tweets) on Twitter. Methodologically, the study develops the notion of SIMCA (Social Identity Model for Collective Action). The theory suggests that factors in the social environment may mobilize a person through such psychological antecedents as anger, belief in ability to achieve the desired goals (efficacy belief) and protest identification. The project participants created a database including over 5.7 million tweets, based on which three sets of the most popular messages (tweets) have been selected. The three sets were named according to psychological antecedents: a) anger, b) belief in success (including international support), and c) protest identification. The analysis of the tweets demonstrates that the belief in the success of the protest campaign has the greatest mobilizing force.

The relevance of the social environment of significant others, such as parents, teachers, coaches, and partners, has an impact on soccer players’ moral performance. The sports environment surrounding young soccer players is of paramount importance for their proper sports, personal, and social development. An analysis of players' perception is necessary to evaluate it. In this study, the objective is to understand young soccer players’ perception of the youth sports environment (parents, athletes and coaches), according to sports category. The design used in the research was cross-sectional, retrospective, descriptive, and correlational. The sample was composed of 99 young soccer players, all of them male. The instrument used was the Perception of the Youth Sports Environment (CPEDJ) questionnaire of Carratalá, Gutiérrez, Guzmán and Pablos (2011). It is noted that the higher is the sports category, the worse is players’ perception about refereeing. Also, parents are seen as less respectful, and coaches less educating. A positive relationship between educating coaches and respectful parents is identified. It seems that players perceive that when coaches act more as educators, parents are more respectful. Finally, a positive relationship between good refereeing and sports facilities is observed.
