This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion of physician decisions in prescribing in Padang. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. Prescribing decisions (Y) is a dependent variable, while the product strategy (X1) and promotions (X2) is an independent variable. The population in this study was the Specialist Pediatric Doctor in Padang whose data were taken from the IDAI Secretariat (Indonesian Pediatric Association). The sample in this study are all Doctors with Pediatric Specialties located in Padang, n September until December 2017 that is as many as 22 people. Technique of sampling using technique is total sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by taking all members of the population as respondents or samples. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of research seen that variable product strategy (X1) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,5% and promotion variables (X2) have a significant effect on prescribing decisions (Y) equal to 76,8%, meaning that product quality and promotion are equally significant to prescribing decisions. In t test it appears that if product quality is improved 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 8,00%, while promotions are upgraded 1% or one unit, then it can improve the prescribing decision of the Doctor 4,05%. In the coefficient of determination analysis shows that the magnitude of product quality relationship and promotion of the doctor's decision in prescribing is 98,3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This paper aims to determine the influence of cost efficiency by six proxies on each KSP and USP Cooperative which has been assessed by Dinas Koperasi and UMKM Surakarta in 2015 on the level of health of the cooperative based on the results of the cooperative health assessment. In total, KSP and USP Cooperative samples in this paper were 25 cooperative that have been assessed an implement RAT in 2016. This research method using a model of quantitative research. The data analysis technical use analysis of the ratio consisting of 6 ratios (BOAPB, BUSK, EP, RA, RMS, and KOP) is calculated with guidelines health assessment to generate score ratings healthy assessment cooperative on each ratios and multiple linear regression analysis with independent variable cost efficiency and the dependent variable levels of health cooperative. Based on the research it was found that the level of efficiency by 6 proxies KSP and USP Cooperative on average have sufficient predicates efficient. However, the results also found 2 of 6 proxies affect cost efficiency and 4 proxies do not affect the level of health cooperatives. Then, the results of the paper concluded that the cost efficiency 4 proxies has no the influence because the paper sample indicated divergence conducted by KSP and USP Cooperative, these statements are based on the data obtained and the analysis of the health assessment score of each ratio. Therefore, 4 proxies is not significant influence partially.

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and work facilities on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously on MNC TV Production Section. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data collected by using method is multiple linear regression analysis, double correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F and Test t).The results showed that work discipline and work facilities have a significant effect on increasing productivity of employee of MNC TV Production Division.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price, taste and promotion on consumer satisfaction at Mbak Siti's restaurant in Sosopan Village, Kotapinang District, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination and this data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. Hypothesis test results show that partially the product (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for product quality is tcount 0.009> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.993 <0.05. Hagra (X2) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for price is tcount 2.273> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.32 <0.05. Taste (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for taste is tcount 0.541> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.593 <0.05. Promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, this can be seen from the tcount value for promotion is tcount 6.794> ttable 2.05954, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The value of Ftable in the 4: 26 distribution is 2.74, so based on table 4.14 it can be seen that the Fcount value is 36.656> 2.70, and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05, this shows that simultaneously the Independent Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Dependent Variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence relationship quality that consists of trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion on customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok. Type of research is quantitative research. The sample size used was 100 customers Sikoci Savings in Bank Nagari Branch Solok. Data analysis technique used is in the form of research instrument test the validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. Research conducted generating trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion significant effect on customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok because t value trust (2,006), satisfaction (2.254), perception (2,308), communications (2,056), and social cohesion (2.030) &gt; t table 1.984. The amount of influence relationship quality variable that consists of trust, satisfaction, perception, communication, and social cohesion describes customer loyalty Savings Sikoci at Bank Nagari Branch Solok was 51.1% and 48.9% explained by other variables such as quality of service, and marketing mix, etc

This study aims to explore the decision to purchase Royal Residence Housing products in Surabaya. Exploration of Royal Residence Housing products is carried out using quantitative research methods.Data testing is done by questionnaires analyzed using statistical analysis such as validity and reliability tests and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows.The results showed that the independent variable (product), product quality, brand trust, price and promotion simultaneously had an effect on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision to produce conclusions, that is, accepted. This is evidenced by the significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05 and the value of Fcount (61.441)> Ftable (2.71). There is a significant and not significant partial effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Through the results of calculations that have been done with a significant level of results of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05.

This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. The purpose of this study to find out how the influence of pleasure shopping, shopping, brand, the intention to shop through the online shop. The research method used is explanatory research. Sampling technique used ispurposive samplingsehingga from the population are taken as many as 93 respondents. Data analysis technique used is test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, buying pleasure variable, buying impulse, brand to shopping intention through online shop obtained Y = - 0,069 + 0,277 X1 + 0,286 X2 + 0,534 X3Based on the test results simultaneously found that the variable of buying pleasure, buying impulse, brand influence simultaneously to the intention of shopping through online shop with significant value 0,000 <0,05. From the results of partial tests found shopping pleasure variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the resulting significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Shopping boost variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.001 <0.05. Brand variables affect the intention of shopping through the online shop because the significant value generated by 0.000 <0.05. While the results of determination coefficient test obtained Adjusted RSquare with 0.974. This means that the proportion of variance of independent variable to dependent variable is 97,4% the rest of 2,6% explained by other variable not discussed in this research

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2019 period. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using secondary data as research material. Secondary data used are the quarterly financial reports of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, PT Bank BRI Syariah, and PT Bank Bukopin Syariah for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test). After that to test the hypothesis (t statistical test, f statistical test, and the coefficient of determination), and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both mudharabah and musyarakah financing had an influence on profitability (ROA). Furthermore, partially mudharabah financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Then for musharaka financing partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA).

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of price perception and product quality on consumer buying interest in Sun's Optic Stores. The number of respondents examined in this study was 120 respondents, all respondents were consumers who had bought eyeglasses products at Optic Sun’s. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The questionnaire had passed the instrument test phase and was declared valid and reliable in measuring all research variables. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the analysis of research data, the results are obtained that partially the price and quality of the product have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this shows that the better the price and product quality suitability, the higher the consumer's buying interest. Furthermore, based on the results of simultaneous influences, it was found that the price and quality of the products together had a significant effect on buying interest with a contribution of 55.1%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Toko Optic Sun’s. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 responden, seluruh responden merupakan konsumen yang telah membeli produk kaca mata di Optic Sun’s. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket kuesioner. Kuesioner telah melalui tahap uji coba instrumen dna dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur seluruh variabel penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kesesuaian harga dan kualitas produk maka semakin tinggi minat beli konsumen. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji pengaruh simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan besar kontribusi sebesar 55,1%.
