This study focuses attention on the application of the principle of accountability in the management of the Village Fund. The purpose of this study was to determine the accountability of the management of the Village Fund in Bincau Muara Village in the Martapura District, Banjar Regency. The approach used in this study refers to a descriptive approach using a value for money data analysis tool that is by measuring the economic level, efficiency, and effectiveness. Data collection methods used in this study are documentation and verification of documents to related parties. The results showed that the accountability of Village Fund management from 2015 to 2018 in Bincau Muara Village, Martapura District, Banjar District was based on evaluating value for money in economic valuation aspects, namely, in 2016, it was recorded to be very economical while in 2015, 2017 and 2018 it was recorded to be quite economical. Then based on the aspect of efficient assessment the results obtained are that 2016 recorded quite efficient while in 2015-2017 and 2018 recorded very efficient. Furthermore, in the aspect of effectiveness assessment, the results obtained are that in 2015 recorded ineffective which then decreased in 2016 to become ineffective and in 2017 increased to be quite effective which then declined again in 2018 to become less effective. 2017 and 2018 are quite economical.

This research intends to determine the performance of irrigation physical activiies of Badung Regency in 2018 based on: 1) economy ratio, 2) efficiency ratio, and (3)effectiveness ratio. This research is a descriptive by analyzing progress report of Irrigation project in Badung Regency in 2018. Data collection method is documentation and Data analysis tool is value for money concept. The results of the research concludes that the performance of Public Work Office on irrigation physical activity in Badung Regency in 2018 has been: 1) economically with economy ratio averagely under 100%; 2) efficiently conducted with efficiency averagely under 100%; 3) effectively conducted with effectivenessration of 100% in average.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the Islamic culture of "Definitely Okay" on the performance of Bank BRISyariah employees at the Banyuwangi branch office, with a quantitative descriptive approach. With the determination of census samples totaling 28 employees. Data collection techniques with observation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaire techniques or questionnaires and documentation techniques. While the research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Test instruments used are validity and reliability, data transformation using excel programs, while the data analysis tool used is multiple regression, the results of the study show that the Islamic culture of "Definitely Okay" has a positive effect on Employee Performance.

This research aims to determine the accounting treatment in increasing accountability and transparency of budget management with the concept of Value for Money in Gelang Village. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses data collection methods through interview, documentation, and observation. Types and sources of data using primary data and secobdary data. The technique of determining the informants in this study uses a purposive sampling technique, which means that the technique is intented to select informants according to the object under study. The results of the study indicate that the management of APBDes in Gelang Village has carried out a system of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability according to the rules. The application of the concept of Value for Money in budget management has been implemented through the 3E (Economy, Efficiency, and Effectiveness) well in Gelang Village. It can also be said to be transparent, because the village government has realized the APBDes funds by placing the APBDes realization report in front of the village office and holding a village meeting to discuss the APBDes program development plan

     UD. Warna Sari is agroindustry of various kinds of food, namely jackfruit lunkhead, soursop lunkhead, pineapple dodol, sticky rice lunkhead, banana chips, sweet potato chips, and others. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of jackfruit dodol at UD. Warna Sari in Suranadi Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency. This research is a descriptive study. The data analysis tool used in this study is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) has a value of -1.692 while the External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) is 0.04 so that it forms a cartesian coordinate point in Quadrant III (Turn Around Strategy). The Village

Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and data sourced from primary data by using Paired Sample t-Test as a data analysis tool. This study shows that BUMDes Karya Dermawan provides welfare to the beneficiary communities through businesses that have been established including Cooperatives; Alsintan; and Workshop, which is directly able to change or succeed in providing an increase in welfare for the beneficiary community after the establishment of BUMDes as evidenced by the results of the Paried Sample t-Test analysis. With this evidence of success, for all elements should give intensive attention; so that the development of BUMDes Karya Dermawan exists even more as a driver of community welfare. And also, integratedly invites and becomes a valuable lesson for existing villages to establish BUMDes or villages that already have BUMDes, but have not succeeded in providing a common thread for the welfare of their citizens.

The purpose of this research is to find out the Financial Management Performance of the Village Government, especially in Subun Bestobe Village. The research method used is to use quantitative research method with ratio analysis technique using Value For Money (VFM) method, which uses measurement indicators (economical, efficiency, and effectiveness). From the results of the research through the analysis of the performance ratio of the village government in terms of village financial management using the Value For Money method, shows that the ratio of economic level for the last 5 years is in the category of >100%, thus meeting the economic standards of Value For Money. The efficiency rate over the last 5 years is at the standard of >40%, this ratio exceeds the standard ratio provision at its efficiency level. In the case of related financial management to the efficiency ratio of village financial management performance falls into the category of not meeting the standard of efficiency Value For Money. Meanwhile, in the calculation of effectiveness ratio for the last 5 years the performance of village financial management by the Village Government of Subun Bestobe has met the standards so as to show that the Subun Bestobe Village Government has been effective in the management of village finances to the villagers in Subun Bestobe village. In terms of the effectiveness of financial management can increase if the community in the village is satisfied with the performance of good financial management, especially in village development. So that in the future the village can be a superior village, independent and competitive.

This study aims to determine the management of village financial which contained in revenue and expenditure budget villages in Jambidan Village for 2014 until 2016 fiscal year with a value for money approach, which is by measuring the economic ratio, efficiency, and effectiveness. With this approach, government of Jambidan Village can know the financial performance that can be used as benchmark in implementing better policy. The method which is used in this analysis is descriptive quantitative research method. The variables that are used including economical, efficient, and effective. While the data were collected by using documentation method which analyzed economic ratio, efficiency ratio, and effectiveness ratio. The results showed that in overall, the Jambidan’s village government is able to manage financial of village in 2014 until 2016 fiscal year period well by using value for money approach.

This study aims to measure and analyze the financial performance of the Tembokrejo Village Office, Gumukmas District, Jember Regency in 2017 to 2020 using the value for money method. Value for money is a concept of managing public sector organizations based on three main elements, namely economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This research design uses a qualitative descriptive that describes or factual painting of facts and actual conditions on the performance of the village government. In this study, the population and sample taken were the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget 2017–2020. The sampling technique used the census method. Data obtained by means of observation, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that the financial performance of the Tembokrejo Village Office, Gumukmas District, Jember Regency 2017–2020 in the 2017 economic measurement was not economical, 2018 was economically balanced, 2019 was not economical, and 2020 was economical. In the 2017–2020 efficiency measurement, it is stated that the efficiency is balanced every year. In measuring the effectiveness of 2017 effective, 2018 effectively balanced, 2019 effective, and 2020 effective.

<p class="Abstrak">PaTik Bali merupakan aplikasi <em>keyboard </em>virtual berbasis <em>mobile</em>. <em>Keyboard</em> PaTik berfungsi menulis aksara Bali. PaTik memiliki fitur <em>autocorrection</em> sesuai dengan <em>pasang pageh</em> aksara bali. Pada google playstore, jumlah perangkat terinstall lebih dari 89.000 perangkat <em>mobile</em>. Dalam penelitian ini ingin diketahui tingkat kenyamanan pengguna dari segi User Experience. Maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi pengalaman pengguna PaTik Bali. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode <em>User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)</em>. Kelengkapan aspek, yaitu <em>attractiveness</em>, <em>pragmatic </em>quality dan <em>hedonic quality</em> menjadi keunggulan <em>User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)</em>. Selain itu, sudah disedikan <em>Data Analysist Tool</em> dalam format excel untuk memudahkan pengukuran <em>User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)</em>. Evaluasi dilakukan pada suatu populasi yang berjumlah 34 data. Evaluasi <em>User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)</em> memiliki penilaian yang baik. Daya tarik memiliki nilai rata-rata 1.8, kejelasan memiliki nilai 1.7, Efisiensi memiliki nilai 1.6, Ketepatan memiliki nilai 1.7, Stimulasi memiliki nilai 2, dan Kebaruan memiliki nilai 1.3. Hasil analisa untuk kualitas pragmatic dan hedonis pun memiliki penilaian yang baik masing-masing memiliki nilai rata-rata 1.72 dan 1.73. Dan analisa benchmark juga memberikan nilai 1.73 yang dikatakan baik. Analisa dengan menggunakan UEQ menunjukkan <em>user experience</em> dari pengguna PaTik Bali dapat dikatakan baik dengan nilai rata-rata diatas 1.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>PaTik Bali is a mobile-based virtual keyboard application. PaTik keyboard functions to write Balinese script. PaTik has an autocorrection feature in accordance with the Balinese script. On the Google Play Store, the number of devices installed is more than 89,000 mobile. In this study, we want to know the level of user comfort in terms of User Experience. So in this study an evaluation of the experience of PaTik Bali users was conducted. The evaluation was carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Completeness of aspects, namely attractiveness, pragmatic quality and hedonic quality are the advantages of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). In addition, Data Analysis Tool has been provided in Excel format to facilitate the measurement of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The evaluation was carried out on a population of 34 data. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) evaluation has a good rating. Attraction has an average value of 1.8, clarity has a value of 1.7, Efficiency has a value of 1.6, Accuracy has a value of 1.7, Stimulation has a value of 2, and Novelty has a value of 1.3. The analysis results for pragmatic and hedonic quality also have good ratings, each having an average value of 1.72 and 1.73. And benchmark analysis also gives a value of 1.73 which is said to be good. Analysis using UEQ shows that the user experience of PaTik Bali users can be said to be good with an average value above 1.<strong></strong></em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.
