The aim of this research is to know the influence of yamaha motorcycle advertisement on brand image (study on Police student of LP3I Medan). The sample of this study is all members of the population used as a sample, sampling using a saturated sample is a sample determination technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Data analysis using simple regression test with model accuracy (classical assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient of determination test (R²), partial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS 15. The result of research indicate that advertisement variable can not explain its existence to Brand image, in addition to the partial advertising variable does not affect the brand image.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of the development of tourism infrastructure to increase tourist visits on the attractions of Lake Linting Deli Serdang District. The sample of this research is 133 visitor of Lake Linting, sampling using random sampling is sample determination giving equal opportunity to every member of population to be sampled. Data analysis using Simple Regression test with model accuracy (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient of determination test (R2) and partial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS 20. The result showed that the development of tourism infrastructure able to explain its existence to Variable of tourist visit, have positive and significant influence to tourist visit. The purpose of this research is to how much facility effect to satisfaction at Hairos Water Park Medan. The sample are 99 people, using random sampling is that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sample. Data analysis using simple regression test, hypotesis testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and partial test (t test). Data processing using SPSS 20. The rulest showed that the partial facilities have no effect and not significant to visitor satisfaction at Hairos Water park.

The purpose of this research is to determine impact of the financial performance of fixed asset investment. The data analyzedby simple regression test with hypothesis test, using test the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), while processing data use SPSS. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) variable Return On Assets (ROA) able to explain the variations that occur in fixed asset investment, but it is partially noeffect and significant fixed asset investment.

This study aims to determine and prove whether the brand image and price of customer satisfaction Village Futsal Medan. Types This study is an associative questioning the relationship between two variables. This study aims to determine the interest, independence and learning resources of students' learning achievement in mathematics. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study were all students of class VII MTS Ar-Ridha Tanjung Mulia. The sample of this study uses a saturated sample, the saturated sample method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as the sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire with written techniques. The results of data analysis on the influence of interest in multiple regression, namely through the t test, the amount of 0.014 <0.05, it is known that the t count is 3.2k10. The result of independence thus, it is known that the value is 0067> 0.05 t count 1.927 <t table 2.07387. The coefficient of determination to determine the R square of independence (X2).

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of brand image and product quality on sales volume at PT. Astra International Tbk- Isuzu Medan Branch. Sample This study was 129 customers who came to perform periodic maintenance from May to June 2017, sampling using random sampling that is all get the same opportunity on every member of the population to be sampled. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test with model determination (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient determination test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), while data processing using SPSS 20, Coefficient of determination of variable of brand image and product quality able to explain its existence to sales volume variable, beside that partially brand image has no effect and not significant to sales volume while product quality have positive and significant effect to sales volume. Simultaneously the brand image and product quality are positive and insignificant to sales volume.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and brand image on interest in buying Iphone 12 in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 4,175 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, while the sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 98 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing (T Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software program.

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan bawaslu kota administrasi jakarta selatan, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan bawaslu kota administrasi jakarta selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan responden serta deskripsi variabel penelitian dalam tabel frekuensi dan presentase dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner tersebut dengan melalui prosedur analisis data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi karyawan untuk variabel kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan saat ini sudah baik. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,484. Hal ini berarti jika kepemimpinan naik 1 satuan maka akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 0,484. Korelasi dibuktikan dengan rxy sebesar 0,468 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sedang antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,90%, sementara sisanya sebesar 78,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung (4,934) > ttabel (1,990), dengan taraf 5%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bawaslu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership and performance of South Jakarta city administration bawaslu employees, as well as to find out whether there is an influence of leadership on the performance of South Jakarta city administration bawaslu employees. The research method used in this research is Associative Descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely by describing the condition of the respondent as well as a description of the research variables in the frequency table and the percentage of the results of the distribution of the questionnaire through data analysis procedures. The population in this study were 96 people and the number of samples was 96 respondents using a saturated sample. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that employee perceptions for leadership variables and current employee performance were good. The regression coefficient value of the leadership variable on employee performance is 0.484. This means that if leadership increases by 1 unit it will increase performance by 0.484. Correlation is evidenced by a proxy of 0.468, which means there is a moderate positive relationship between leadership and employee performance and a coefficient of determination of 21.90%, while the remaining 78.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount (4.934)> t table (1.990), with a level of 5%, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership variables on the performance of employees of Bawaslu South Jakarta City Administration

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence on the brand image on purchasing decisions on Pizza Lippo Karawaci Utara from Domino and to determine the effect of these two variables. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with survey techniques. The sampling technique used in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents. Data analysis using statistical methods with SPSS version 24 for windows with the methods of validity, reliability, normality, coordination coefficient, coefficient of determination, linear regression equations, and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis showed a regression equation Y = 13,951 + 0.802X, with a value of the consideration coefficient of 0.688 which means that the brand image variable with a purchasing decision has a strong relationship. Hypothesis test results obtained t value greater than t table (9.239> 1.98525) with a significant 0.000. The contribution of brand image influence on purchasing decisions amounted to 47.3% (R square = 0.473), and the remaining 52.7% is needed by other variables besides related variables, such as customer loyalty, service quality, and others. Thus it can be concluded that the brand image is positive and significant towards purchasing decisions. Abstrak Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Domino’s Pizza Lippo Karawaci Utara dan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kedua variable tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Analisis data menggunakan alat bantu statistik dengan program SPSS versi 24 for windows dengan metode analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, persamaan regresi linier, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis data menunjukan persamaan regresi Y=13,951+0,802X, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,688 yang artinya variable brand image dengan keputusan pembelian mempunyai hubungan yang kuat. Hasil analisis hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table (9,239 > 1,98525) dengan signifikan 0,000. Kontribusi pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 47,3 % (R square=0,473), dan sisanya 52,7% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar variable yang diuji, seperti loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, dan lain-lain. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian, Kuantitatif
