ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan bawaslu kota administrasi jakarta selatan, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan bawaslu kota administrasi jakarta selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan responden serta deskripsi variabel penelitian dalam tabel frekuensi dan presentase dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner tersebut dengan melalui prosedur analisis data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi karyawan untuk variabel kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan saat ini sudah baik. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,484. Hal ini berarti jika kepemimpinan naik 1 satuan maka akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 0,484. Korelasi dibuktikan dengan rxy sebesar 0,468 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sedang antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 21,90%, sementara sisanya sebesar 78,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung (4,934) > ttabel (1,990), dengan taraf 5%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bawaslu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership and performance of South Jakarta city administration bawaslu employees, as well as to find out whether there is an influence of leadership on the performance of South Jakarta city administration bawaslu employees. The research method used in this research is Associative Descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely by describing the condition of the respondent as well as a description of the research variables in the frequency table and the percentage of the results of the distribution of the questionnaire through data analysis procedures. The population in this study were 96 people and the number of samples was 96 respondents using a saturated sample. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that employee perceptions for leadership variables and current employee performance were good. The regression coefficient value of the leadership variable on employee performance is 0.484. This means that if leadership increases by 1 unit it will increase performance by 0.484. Correlation is evidenced by a proxy of 0.468, which means there is a moderate positive relationship between leadership and employee performance and a coefficient of determination of 21.90%, while the remaining 78.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount (4.934)> t table (1.990), with a level of 5%, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership variables on the performance of employees of Bawaslu South Jakarta City Administration

This study aims to obtain information about extrinsic motivation and work experience and its effect on employee performance in the Serang Baru District Office. This study uses a saturated sample so that the population is the same as the sample of 80 employees, at the Serang Baru District Office. The method used is validation test, reliability test, then classical assumption test, which includes normality test and multicollinearity, as well as heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, multiple linear equations, F test, coefficient of determination, and t test. The data of this research used observation methods and questionnaires distributed to 80 samples which were addressed to employees of the Serang Baru District Office. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded: 1) Extrinsic motivation does not affect employee performance because employees are willing to work more than expected regardless of extrinsic motivation or not. 2) Employee performance is strongly influenced by work experience. The more experience, they get while working, the more knowledge they will get. 3) Employee performance will be better with the support of experienced employees so as to increase the level of output produced.             Keywords: Employee Performance, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Experience

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

This research aims to determine the effect of Work Conflict and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart), Tigaraksa, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sample with a sample of 72 respondents. The data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.583X1. The value of tcount -7.513 <ttable 1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between work conflict on employee performance. Job stress partially has no significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of -0.526X2. The value of tcount -7,015 <ttable1.994, which means that there is no significant influence between job stress on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount 28.505> Ftable 2.740 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R or the coefficient of determination of 45.2%.   Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) Wilayah Tigaraksa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Konflik kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,583X1. Nilai thitung -7,513 < ttabel 1,994 yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi -0,526X2. Nilai thitung-7,015 < ttabel 1,994yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan Konflik kerja dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung28,505 > Ftabel 2,740 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai R atau Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 45,2%. Simpulan penelitian ini, secara parsial variabel stress kerja maupun konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja, secara simultan atau bersama-sama stress dan konflik kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at Alfa and Omega Company either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance partially Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of kaizen culture and rewards in increasing employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) sukabumi. The variables in this study are kaizen and reward culture as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable. Thissstudy usespprimary data in the form of questionnaire answers and secondaryydata through documents. The data analysissmethod used isddescriptive and associative analysis. The research method used in this study is explanatoryyresearch with a quantitativeaapproach. This type of researchhmethod uses a type of non-probability sampling included in the saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients.The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) of 0.251 can be interpreted that the role of kaizen culture and rewards in improving employee performance amounted to 25.1%. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.532, it shows that there is a moderate relationship between kaizen culture and reward with employee performance. Human resources play an important role in company management. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 95 respondents. The analysis tool uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that there is a positive and partially significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. Prima Lestari with a contribution of 32.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> ttable or (6,710> 1,986). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 42%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8.214> 1.986). There is a positive and significant effect between leadership and work motivation on employee performance with an influence contribution of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (43.020) 2,700), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This research is aimed to test the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that is explain the causalistic relationship between variables, then test instrument data, and data analysis by using linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F). The results showed that the motivation, work discipline and employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center can be said good. Motivation and work discipline give a significant effect to the increase of employees performance simultaneously that is equal to 58,1%. Conclusion collectively there is influence of motivation and work discipline variable to employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center
