Professional educators and education personnel are two professions that are interrelated in an education system, even though both have different scopes. This can be seen from the understanding of the teaching and educational staff contained in article 39 of Law no. 20 of 2003 paragraphs (1) and (2)By improving manufacturing systemsadministration curriculum.the quality of graduates in accordance with the expectations of parents, community and users of graduates. Administration is not only in financial matters but also in order in bookkeeping. not only done in a certain time, but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by regular, directed and planned school administration services.

Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

This research aims to determine the role of the head of Madrasah in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, and to help improve the competency of teachers in the learning activities with a real, measurable, controlled, directional program to achieve learning objectives. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) supervision of the head of the district of the state of the principal of the school 4 Kulon Progo includes education, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; 2) The role of quality improvement is done by increasing the professionalism of teachers by giving opportunities to teachers; 3) Factors affecting the implementation of the head of the Madrasah include: the planning, implementation and follow-up that is carried out continuously to the teachers and education personnel.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. Guidance or development of education personnel is an effort to empower, advance and improve the work productivity of every teaching staff that is available at all levels of organizational management and education levels. The aim of this coaching activity is the growth of the ability of each educational staff which includes the growth of his knowledge, insight into his thinking, attitude towards his work and skills in carrying out his daily duties so that work productivity can be increased. Evaluation is needed to know the level of an object being evaluated. The teacher must understand what is happening in his work environment. At school the teacher is in school administration activities. Therefore, all school personnel including teachers must be involved.

This study compares participant perceptions of and performance in individual and collaborative activities using an emergent online learning tool with a variety of sophisticated features, including the ability to move dynamically between individual and collaborative participation. Study findings indicate that when engaging in online learning activities, participating in collaborative activities leads to more favorable attitudes toward the experience as well as higher levels of perceived learning than engaging in individual activities. Further, the average quality of responses on collaborative activities is higher than average responses on individual activities. Implications for future use of online, distributed learning tools are discussed along with implications for related future research.

Macro approach in the national education is both organization empowering and education process. Education excuting organization has coverage and autonomous that it can accommodate society need in every situation. The education process is carried out openly to inlarge inputs from society. the education process is carried out by instilling a sense of excellence to face global challenges, while at the same time trying to make educational institutions the center of civilization. all that requires educational innovation that focuses on curriculum renewal, teaching materials, evaluation systems, building repairs and construction, etc. Teachers as education personnel have a central role in administering an education system. By becoming a teacher, someone expects to be able to obtain adequate compensation for the necessities of life. In motivation theory, the provision of appropriate rewards and punishments, can affect the performance and quality of work.

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

<p>This study aims to encourage teachers to open up the flow of his thoughts and give an overview for teacher to constantly think very reflective of what has done, doing, and will do in the classroom. The research was conducted three times meeting in SDN Pangarangan I Sumenep , SDN Kolor II Sumenep , and SDN Pandian I Sumenep. The methods used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data was obtained as follows : (1) the process of development of teachers in designing lesson plans elementary mathematics is done through a phase of defining, designing, and development; (2) the quality of teachers in developing learning tools is increasing , the quality of teachers in managing learning activities is increasing, and the quality of teachers in materialize learning is increasing while the results of a student's response to learning that has done get  good response then obstacles/barriers during the learning process only was found in trials meeting 1 for SDN Kolor II is located on teachers and SDN Pandian I is located on the teachers and students are not found obstacles/barriers during the learning process at SDN Pangarangan I; (3) the results of the application of reflective teaching is considered successful because of increased quality at every meeting held.The results of this research as a scientific contribution in the field of education on improving the quality of Primary teacher in teaching mathematics through the application of reflective teaching that  both innovative and easy to apply in teaching.</p><p>Keywords: Teacher Quality, Reflective Teaching .</p>

Improving the quality of learning in schools is very dependent on several factors. Very important factors include the application of school culture towards improving quality. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school residents without feeling compelled. One of the culture of schools that must be maintained is the problem of discipline, including the discipline of the teachers in attending class in the teaching and learning process. In this School Action Research (PTS), an attempt was made in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SDI Wolowona 1, Ende Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turns out that in the second cycle, teacher discipline in class attendance at the teaching and learning process increased and met the indicators set by 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher discipline in class attendance at teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.

he period of the Covid-19 pandemic demands changes to the learning system. Changes in the learning system cause learning activities and monitoring patterns carried out by supervisors to be adjusted to learning during a pandemic. The objectives of this study are 1) to prove whether sustainable academic supervision can improve teacher discipline and teacher quality in managing learning during a pandemic; 2) knowing the right steps in carrying out ongoing academic supervision for learning during the pandemic, and 3) measuring the increase in discipline, learning quality, and quality of teacher learning tools in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic qualitatively. This type of research is school action research. The duration of this research was from April 2020 to May 2020. The subjects of this study were class teachers at the 009 Kuala Terusan public elementary school, Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau. The instrument used was the teacher's weekly activity schedule form and the learning device suitability sheet for learning during the pandemic. The results obtained are 1) supervision using the teacher's weekly activity form can improve teacher discipline; 2) supervision during a pandemic, apart from going through observation, also needs to be done by using in-depth discussion techniques with the teacher concerned; and 3) improving the quality of discipline, learning, and learning tools to increase each cycle. So, periodic checks, observations and in-depth discussions are one of the solutions in carrying out supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic.
