The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

Today one of the most important problems of the Kyrgyz economy is the involvement of business to the social issues of society and social marketing. The main goal of social marketing is to raise the company's image, because it can promote a brand by solving social problems. Also compliance with the principles of social marketing in activity provides the conditions for the creation of a positive image of a company, political party or a public figure. Despite the fact that global social marketing is growing rapidly, unfortunately, in Kyrgyzstan, it has not yet received adequate development and only some businesses take responsibility for the performance of these functions and occasionally solve social issues. Analyzing the social marketing technologies in Kyrgyzstan, it should be noted that, their use is very unpopular. This is due to the lack of effective support from the government. In our opinion, it is necessary to provide tax breaks for companies that address social issues as well as provide moral and legal support to these enterprises.

Kata kunci: SIG, Penderita Malaria, Waterfall     Abstract  By the law relating to health, namely law number 36 of 2009 states clearly that the budget for health constitutes 5% of the state budget (APBN). For this reason, the attention and concern of the government become very important to be carried out either at the national, provincial, district, sub-district, or even village level government. One sector that needs attention is the prevention sector related to malaria. But to do this, prevention requires valid and actual data. For this reason, in this research, the development of a geographic information system for malaria sufferers was carried out as a way of presenting information for countermeasures by the government. In the process of developing a geographic information system, a waterfall used as a method of development with stages of communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. The resulting geographic information system has a feature that can present supplementary malaria data with the attribute name, type of malaria, RT, address, telephone, and duration of disease and has tested. AbstractAir pollution in Malaysia is largely attributed to motor vehicles and land transportation, industrial activities and open burning. It has a hazardous effect on the public’s health and the environment. This study focuses on the spatial analysis of carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O3) concentrations trend in Klang Valley stations, specifically in Klang, Petaling Jaya, Kajang, Shah Alam and Cheras from 2000 to 2009. The study used the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) interpolation technique under the Geographic Information System (GIS). This study found that the distribution pattern of CO spatial concentrations in the Klang Valley is the highest concentration and reached 2.5 ppm, especially in Klang and Petaling Jaya stations in 2002 and 2003. However, the annual concentration of O3 recorded in Klang, Petaling Jaya, Kajang, Shah Alam, and Cheras stations from 2004 to 2009 is between 0.01 to 0.025 ppm. While air quality legislations have been introduced in Malaysia, policies and regulations being established by the government, their enforcement is still weak. Subsequently, air pollution is still a significant issue in Malaysia. Strong cooperation between the government, stakeholders and the local community is important to promote environmental sustainability and improve the community’s well-being. Keywords: Air pollution; Geographic Information System (GIS); Air Quality Policy; Malaysia

Digital technologies have contributed to the formation of a new theoretical and methodological approach to the study of society and they influenced the development of a new branch of knowledge i.e. digital sociology. The purpose of this article is to analyze the opportunity of using a geographic information system (ArcGIS) for the analysis of statistical data of the facts of protests which took place in Rostov Region over the past ten years (2009–2018). Street protests, rallies, demonstrations, strikes are the main barometer of the social and political tension of a society, an important indicator of the existence of social problems and contradictions that require solutions. The article provides an overview of existing databases, the methodology for the creation of the geographic information system “Protest activity of Rostov region” and the opportunity of its use, which generally depend on research goals and objectives. This product allows identifying the structure of social protest, its qualitative and quantitative characteristics, its dynamics in time and space with the visualization of the main trends and so on. The visualization of the centers of the social and political tension in the form of ready made electronic maps contributes to deeper understanding of political, social, economic or environmental processes that take place in the Don region at different times. The authors draw the conclusion that the GIS developed for this research provides an opportunity to identify latent threats and risks that can destabilize the social situation in Rostov region, and accordingly adjust the regional policy. The geographic information system “Protest activity of Rostov region” can be used both by researchers and experts from a wide range of scientific organizations and by authorities of various administrative levels.
