City developments have an impact on increasing the conversion of green open spaces (GOS) to builded spaces. The reduction of GOS areas cause the increase of the air temperature in the atmosphere. One way to overcome that problems by urban forest development for micro climate improvement. The function of the urban forest will be felt if the selection of tree species fits with micro climate amelioration function. The objectives of this research were to (1) study the characteristic of urban forest which is effective for the micro climate amelioration, (2) evaluate the suitability of tree physical characters for the micro climate amelioration, and (3) determine the potention of shade trees for the micro climate amelioration. The result shows that urban forest which is effective for the micro climate amelioration have an canopy areas as much as 19927 m2 with 720 of trees. The trees at Tinjomoyo Recreational Forest, Krobokan Urban Forest, and Menteri Supeno Park have the suitability value at the range of 61–80%, while Beringin Park have the suitability value at the range of 41–60%. The value of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) shows that the very potention trees for micro climate amelioration were Albizia saman, Delonix regia, Ficus benjamina, Pterocarpus indicus, Swietenia mahagoni, and Terminalia catappa.

Air temperature in cities are increasing which can cause reduce the human comfort and productivity. Urban forest can make the environment comfortable. The objectiveof the researc hwere: (1). To Determine the effects of urban forest on air temperature and relative humidity, (2). To analyze the effects of physical characters of trees ont he micro-climate amelioration and(3). To Determine species of trees which are very effective for micro-climate amelioration.The results of the research revealed that the average of daily air temperature in the urban forest was 30.2 C with arelative humidityof 74.0%, while the daily air temperature around the urban forest was 31.8 Karakter Fisik Pohon ... (Dahlan E) o C with relative humidityof 71.1%. Tree composisitin of all study sites consist of192trees, 29 speciesand 13families. The TinjomoyoForest Tourism has the highest density of trees(406trees/ha), while the lowest in the Parks Minister Supeno (316trees/ha). Value of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of trees based on calculation of tall of trees, diameter of canopies, total leaves area and canopy forms noticed that very effective trees for micro-climate amelioration were: Angsana(Pterocarpus indicus), beringin(Ficus benjamina), flamboyan(Delonix regia) , ketapang(Terminalia catappa), mahoni (Swietenia mahogany), andtrembesi (Albizia saman).

Abstract Mataram university green open space (GOS) is one of the partial green open spaces (GOS) approaches that can be used to conserve endemic germplasm as well to fulfil the proportion and distribution of urban forests. This research aims to describe the species composition, and diversity including the authenticity of Flora Malesiana in this area. We used a census method (100% measurement) to identify the species and measured the diameter and height of all tree species with the diameter of more than 2 cm. The results showed that the 99 species belonged to 85 Genera, 39 families with a composition of 61 species (61.62%) including the flora Malesiana and 38 species (38.38%) including exotic species. Based on IVI analysis showed that Ptychosperma macarthurii dominated at the sapling level while Swietenia mahagoni dominated at the pole and tree levels. The H’ of diversity is in the medium category with the sapling level has the highest value (3.42).

The quite high community activities in urban areas have caused the Bukit Pangonan Urban Forest to become an alternative tourism spot easily accessible by urban communities. There is, however, the need for natural tourism development in regional planning and conservation towards increasing the economic value of these urban forests. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the economic value of nature tourism in Bukit Pangonan Urban Forest and its role in environmental conservation. This involved the selection of 100 respondents as samples through incidental sampling techniques. Data was collected using interviews and analyzed quantitatively with the travel cost method and descriptively. The results showed the economic value of the Bukit Pangonan Urban Forest is Rp 4,557,944,880 per year, with visitors having a surplus of Rp 119,433 per visitor per visit and spending Rp 96,630/person/visit with the highest on transportation. The role of urban forests in environmental conservation is quite significant in preventing environmental damage, and it is possible to enhance this through the addition and diversification of tree species, protection of biodiversity, selection of appropriate tree species, development of environmentally friendly tourism facilities, providing conservation education to visitors, and policy support from the government. Moreover, it is also possible for the government to use Bukit Pangonan Urban Forest as a model to develop urban forest tourism in other areas.

Key Performance Indicator is one of the performance assessment systems commonly used by companies. PT. SIL is one company that uses the KPI system for its employees. The use of a system that is still problematic in adjusting employee data with performance values and the selection of the wrong type of category results in the use of the system not running optimally. Knowing this is the management of data indicators and calling employee data automatically becomes a solution. The density of traffic on Jalan Magelang, Sleman district potentially increasing the air temperature in the surrounding area will cause an uncomfortable condition. Vegetation on the green open space has a function to reduce air temperature and simultaneously improve thermal comfort. This study aims to assess the condition of the vegetation on the typology and green open spaces, assessing thermal comfort in various types of open green spaces, as well as determine the relationship between thermal comfort and conditions of open green space around Jalan Magelang. This study uses a survey to determine the typology of green open spaces, the condition of vegetation on the green open spaces and measure thermal comfort in each of green open space. The measurement results were analyzed descriptively to determine the relationship between the conditions of vegetation on the green open space formed by the thermal comfort. The results showed that the type of green space around the Jalan Magelang, Sleman district consists of the type of urban forest, urban home gardens, sports fields, cemeteries, yard, and river banks. Vegetation on the green open space in the parameter number of tree species, tree density and diversity index varies. Thermal comfort (THI) at green open space ranged from a low of 23.79 (comfortable) to a high of 31.77 (uncomfortable). Thermal comfort conditions including comfortable criteria only occurs in the yard at Dusun Mlati Dukuh in the morning at 6:00 a.m. to 08:00 pm, while on the other conditions indicate the criteria are quite comfortable and uncomfortable.

Some Electronic Procurement Agency (LPSE) at the level of Regional Device Work Unit (SKPD) in Indonesia is still in the development stage of its life cycle, so it needs performance improvement. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is required to measure the performance. To undertake the development of the LPSE, a sociotechnical role is required. Sociotechnical is a concept of macro ergonomics that has a principle of balancing between social and technical in running a system. So this research aims to design KPI with macro Ergonomic approach. This research was conducted at LPSE District of Kampar, Riau, Indonesia. The stages of this research are the selection of Macro Ergonomic Sub-Attributes, Expert Selection with expertise based ranks of expert, weighting using Fuzzy (Analytical Hierarchy Process) AHP, determining the priority of sub macro ergonomic attribute using Pareto and design of KPI. The result of this research are 33 Sub-Attributes of Macro Ergonomic and prioritizing resulted 18 sub-attributes of Macro Ergonomic and result 21 KPI.

Fenomena yang diteliti pada UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta adalah sulitnya melihat capaian kinerja dan pengukuran kinerja. Oleh karena itu, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta kesulitan mengambil keputusan dalam manajemen kinerja, sebelum menggunakan IKU, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta menggunakan manajemen anggaran dalam penilaian dan pengukuran kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif studi lapangan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Yang diteliti adalah pengalaman pola penggunaan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) IKU atau Key Performance Indicator (KPI)  UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta tahun 2018. Setelah adanya IKU di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard (BSC). penilaian kinerja dan ukuran kinerja ini bisa sebagai acuan capaiaan kinerja untuk Perangkingan Perguruan Tinggi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintahan (LAKIP), Rencana Strategis (Renstra) dan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Kampus (RIBKA) atau Milestones dengan melihat indikator, target dan ukuran pada lapran tersebut.
