ERP systems are integrated information systems that can be applied in both business and non-business organizations. For business organizations it covers the entire functional enterprise that includes accounting and finance, production, sales, purchasing, personnel and other functions. These functions are separated by software modules and interconnected with the integrated data center. Implementation of ERP systems does not always provide satisfaction for end-users. This paper examines the quality of information systems and service that impact on end-user satisfaction, specifically banking companies located in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Data analysis results reveal that the information systems and service quality partially affect end-users’ satisfaction with ERP systems and thus these findings, remind the designers of ERP systems to improve the quality  information systems and the availability of user friendly service.

Electronic Government (e-Government) has been implemented in Indonesia at both the central and regional levels, where Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is integrated with public services in order to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency. Surakarta has succeeded in creating an application that operates online which can be used to access population administration services, namely Dukcapil application (Dukcapil dalam genggaman in Indonesian term). This application is designed to make it easier for some people of Surakarta who are still experiencing problems if they have to directly access population administration services, whether constrained in terms of time, energy, and cost. As part of population administration services and population information systems, user satisfaction is important for Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman because it is related to the quality of the services provided and the success of implementing the application. User satisfaction can be influenced by several factors. Therefore, this study will examine the factors that influence user satisfaction of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. These factors were adapted from a model for measuring the level of user satisfaction with information systems, namely End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which measures satisfaction based on content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. This study aims to determine the effect of these factors on user satisfaction of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. The questionnaire was distributed to users of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman and successfully obtained a sample of 107 users. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. It was found that content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness have a significant effect on user satisfaction of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. Meanwhile, the format does not have a effect on user satisfaction of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. Based on these findings, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Surakarta is recommended to develop Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman by focusing on the factors that affect user satisfaction of the application.

Evaluation of information system performance is needed to get an overview of the ease of end-users in utilizing a new technology. This study aims to evaluate the performance of information systems in a state-owned company (PT PLN Madya Langsa) based on an end-user perspective that is separated into two categories: employees and managers. The level of employee satisfaction (primary user) is measured using EUCS (aspect of: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction). The manager's satisfaction level (secondary user) is measured by using IT BSC (aspect of: company contribution, user, operational excellence, and future orientation). The evaluation on the primary user showed that it was low at 25.6%, moderate at 56.64% and high at 18%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information systems is 72.9% of the results expected by users. Meanwhile, evaluation on the secondary user obtained the following results: low at 10.5%, moderate 84.2% and high at 5.3%. The percentage of user satisfaction with the information system was 92.8% of the results that is expected by users. This study also discusses why there are differences in the percentage of primary user satisfaction compare to the secondary user and provides suggestions how to improve the level of satisfaction of the end users in the future.

End-user satisfaction has always been an important component of Information Systems (IS) success. This is also true for online applications, including online shopping systems, where in addition to being a customer, the shoppers play the role of end-users. Shoppers may not come back to or make a purchase on a Web site if they have an unsatisfactory experience. In this research, we focus on this aspect of online shopping by examining shoppers’ experiences as end-users.

Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

Application of Information Systems becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage, thus becoming the highest priorities. Assessment Information System is a system studied its impact on user satisfaction in the neighborhood of Al-Huda School. In this study tested the effect of the quality of information systems against user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and McLean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) effect either jointly against user satisfaction (Y) Information System Assessment. T significant value to the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05) is 0.000. In addition, the results of this test also showed the value of t is greater than t table (2.871> 1.686) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. So the probability value 0.00 <0.005 and t value greater than t table (2.973> 1.686), so it can be decided that H1 is accepted. This means that the quality of information has positive influence on user satisfaction, the results of the study also concluded that the quality of the information system has a dominant influence on user satisfaction.

Quality of information system is reviewed by many as critically important for most if not all organizations to review their return on their investment in information system (IS) technology. Currently, there are numerous works of literature addressing factors or techniques for measuring system quality – business benefits, user satisfaction, or usage among others. This paper is evaluating the quality of information systems- self-services (Mawared) at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) using the Dillon and McLean Model. Intrinsically, information systems (IS) vary depending on the industry they are applied, for example, in this research, the IS under review as an educational-based information system. This paper aims to explore the relationships of information system quality and its main outcomes which are expected or were proposed for the IS. Subsequently, this paper focuses on the self-service information system, its quality. The research uses questionnaires for its research methodology that are distributed out to the faculty members in College of Business Administration at PSAU. The findings of this study indicate to a positive and high degrees of satisfaction among the faculty members towards Mawared as a self-service quality information system for the academic year 2020-2021.
