This paper presents a model for the perception of students relating the ICT integrated pedagogy into practice. The objective of this paper is to analyze the perception of students towards the practice of ICT integrated pedagogy in diverse Mathematics classes. Eighty Mathematics students who were selected randomly from the Department of Mathematics Education, TU, Kathmandu, were the participants. The opinionnaire form was used as a major tool. As the design was quantitative, data was analyzed using percentile, weighted mean, and chi-square test. The findings of the study revealed that there is a positive perception of students on the implementation, process and output of ICT integrated pedagogy. The students reflected that ICT integrated pedagogy has a positive impact to improve their achievement in mathematics. The perception of students shows there is a pedagogical shift from the conventional teaching approach to ICT integrated pedagogy. However, teachers try to use ICT integrated pedagogy in the classroom but some of them have little knowledge and misconception about the use of ICT integrated pedagogy regarding time and resource constraints to practice itin Mathematics classes.

The purpose of this article is to define which organizational practices have significant impact on returns from new products or which foster or at least influence positively innovation. Survey responders were divided to see whether they innovated or not by the survey questions which explicitly asked them if they have introduced new products in the last two years. With Chi Square test, we identified the difference in usage of certain organizational practices. After that, two multi-regression models showed the impact on launching a new product and their impact on generated returns from new products. There is a significant statistical difference in usage of these four practices between innovators and non-innovators: temporary cross-functional project teams, quality circle, ISO 9000, financial participation by employees. Regression analyses showed that for new product launch, quality circles and ISO900 have a positive impact. Since not all new product launches do not become successes when regressed to returns on new products, team performance incentives and knowledge-based systems have a significant positive impact. To our knowledge and through our literature research, we did not find works that explored the impacts of innovative organizational concepts on the final result — innovation. Most studies focused only on some organizational innovations and their impact on innovation. Here we present an overall overview of innovative organizational practices, why they are mostly used and identified those which mostly influence innovation.

Research is the heart of every higher education institution (HEI).  Universities are coming under enormous strength to boost the productivity of faculty research to meet the ASEAN integration.  The accrediting agency assures that instructions and community extensions are research-based.  This study assessed the research productivity of teachers at the University of Cebu, Philippines. Based on the gathered data, a University Research Portfolio was proposed to serve as a guide for the administrators to increase production of teachers in the context of a research project, presentation, and publications. The study used a descriptive correlational method with the aid of a researcher-made questionnaire. There were 171 college teachers who were used as respondents of the study. The accumulated data were analyzed, and interpreted using simple percentage, weighted mean, Chi-square test of independence and ANOVA.  Results showed that most of the teachers have low research productivity and that they need training in research methods and statistics. It was concluded that college teachers had limited financial assistance and cash incentives that the University offers to them. The researchers strongly recommend that the proposed University Research Portfolio be used. However, further research on its effectiveness should be carried out to confirm the preliminary findings.

English Title: Socioeconomic and environmental incidences of pastoral and agro-pastoral infrastructures implemented in Borgou, in North-East of BeninThe development of the livestock sector, which plays an important role in the fighting against rural poverty, has led to the implementation of pastoral and agro-pastoral infrastructures in Borgou, in order to improve living conditions of the populations. Thus, this article aims to evaluate the socio-economic and environmental effects of these infrastructures on the communities where they were implemented. For this purpose, the data relating to the quantity of the factors of production of the agricultural activities carried out around hydraulic infrastructures, to the volumes of the outputs and their sales prices; to the socio-demographic characteristics of the users of these infrastructures; to the conflicts between pastoralists and farmers and the degree of pressure on forest species, were collected using questionnaires, interview guides and direct observations. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, student's t-test, chi-square test,  multiple linear and binary logistic regressions. The results show that  pastoral and agro-pastoral infrastructures have a positive impact on  communities. The dams and reservoirs by their existence have led to the development of market gardening and off-season farming. Producers located near these hydraulic infrastructures earn 32,080 F CFA/ha more than their homologues installed elsewhere. Breeders accessing to these infrastructures earn 1 003 496 F CFA/year more than those without access. The frequency of conflict between farmers and breeders and the pressure on plant species for animal use decrease with the tracing of corridors and the delimitation of grazing areas. However, the sustainability of hydraulic and market infrastructure is not guaranteed due to management failure. The corridors and grazing areas‟s infrastructure are not respected either by the farmers as by the breeders. The establishment of a framework regulating the use of these infrastructures would be very important to socio-economic development of the localities where they were implemented. Keywords: Infrastructures pastoral and agropastoral, conflict, revenue, Borgou.
