This article or article aims to develop students' talent into the world of Vlogs, not to be careless and have a negative impact, and to train the mindsets of adolescents to continue to develop according to the changes and developments of the times without ignoring the moral role in them. To approach this problem the theoretical reference from the Communication Technology book by Nurudin was used. Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques using: Reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that the role of Vlogs is in great demand by students in Indonesia, especially SMK TIK Darussalam. So that the development of their mindset develops when they have to think of what Vlog videos are good for public publication. By seeing Vlogs produced by others, students are able to hone the development of their thought patterns so that they can understand Vlog videos that are positive or negative for publication. That way what they do has a positive value for themselves, the school and the community

This research is located in Pakraman Karang Sari, Village Office Suana, Nusa Penida in tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri which aims to determine the function of local communities in the management of the attraction in the development and planning as a community-based tourism destination.         Data collection techniques in this study, by observation, in-depth interviews with 6 informant, and documentation study by taking a picture in the attractions of Goa Giri Putri. The data have been analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques are broadly communicating, and systematic explanation of the data obtained in the field with the aim of obtaining a clear picture and objektif.  The result of this research is the role of local communities in the management of a tourist attraction Pura Goa Giri Putri is as pengemong / pengempon who have the responsibility to maintain and grow attractions Goa Giri Putri directly or indirectly such as participating maintain cleanliness, keeping tourist attraction Goa Giri Putri, keeping pemedek or tourists who visit and support the implementation of the current pujawali ceremony  / ceremony at Pura Goa Giri Putri with managers and other stakeholders.   Keywords: Participation, Local Communities, Management, Tourist Attraction, Community Based Tourism

A person's personality develops due to the influence of innate personality and the environment, in Javanese local languages affect the development of personality and ethics in behavior. The purpose of this paper is to describe the role of regional languages in the development of personality and behavior of Javanese tribal people. The research method used is a case study, by utilizing data obtained through qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that good personality traits can be formed through the use of good regional languages. The benefits of research are as the basis of a corroborating theory for character education through Javanese language.

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of the community in managing household waste in Pakpak Bharat Regency and to identify and analyze constraints in household waste management in Pakpak Bharat District. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used through interviews and observation. Data Analysis Techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the role of the community in Pakpak Bharat District in waste management is still less important. The community still lacks a role in reducing household waste sources, and has less role in handling waste in their respective environments. The obstacle factor in waste management is the lack of public awareness to reduce the source of waste by avoiding products with a lot of waste to reduce the volume of waste, not trying to choose products that can be refilled, not using shopping in place of packaging from sellers, not trying to choose packaging that can recycled, and less actively composting organic waste.

This research is motivated by the important roles of the Kedonganan people to gather in a fishing group community to develop of tourism activityin Kedonganan Beach. Fishermen Group in Kedonganan Beach is required to become a tourism actors with many demands of tourists that visiting to Kedongananvillage of FishermenGroup.The purpose of this research to find out the forms of involvement or the roles by fishermen group in supporting the tourism activity ini Kedonganan village. The type of data in this study usedescriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use in this research are interviews, study documentsorliterature.Techniques of informan determining use dept interviews with determining the key informan. The key informant which is selected in this study is Putra Bali’s Fishermen Group in Kedonganan village. The data analysis techniques are uingData Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The research concludes that fishermen group hasan important role in tourism activity in Kedongananvillage, there arein economic, social, cultural, environmental, and political. But there are problemsof the role of the fishermen in the field of the environment, because it is less in keeping it clean, the plastic waste and used garbage incinerator make badsights and the sand starts to dirty.The fishing groups should form a section in them organizational structure that works specifically to maintain the cleanliness of the beach area. They should alsoadd some attractions, which besides being a tourist guide who wants to see the beauty beneath the sea, the fishing activity such as knitting nets can also be used as an educational tour on marine fisheries. Fishers are faced with various kinds of problems. In this case, Koperasi is expected to be something that can easily adjust its role to the needs of the fishing and coastal communities. This study aims to analyze the role of Koperasi in improving the economy of fishing communities in Sumenep Regency. This study uses qualitative data that emphasizes the meaning with qualitative data analysis techniques consisting of reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Koperasi has a significant role in improving the welfare of the community, especially members of the Koperasi so that it will ultimately have an impact on improving the economy in Padangdangan Village, Pasongsongan District. The real role of Koperasi in Padangdangan Village, Pasongsongan District is to build community awareness in Koperasi, as a provider of working capital needs through savings and loan activities, as a means of supporting fishing activities in the form of fishing gear and thermo king tools, as a facilitator in establishing partnerships and Koperasi with parties outside, as well as a medium to increase fishermen's income.

Management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut still lacking even impressed neglected, therefore we need a change in the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut to play a more in increasing its contribution to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in Increasing Revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. This study was a qualitative research. Informants in this study consists of the management and managers Rungkut Pasar Baru, New Rungkut market traders and parking attendants in Rungkut Pasar Baru. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the management role of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in increasing contributions to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya is on the management booths of the existing market. Their booths empty marketplace utilized leased to the merchant market which are located adjacent to the PD Pasar Surya Rungkut Pasar Baru as a warehouse for the number of booths that there is more than the number of traders in Pasar Surya PD Pasar Baru Rungkut. This fact has provided additional income and budget for PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut so as to contribute also on enhancements to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. Suggestions can be submitted related to the study are PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru supposed to promote and encourage street vendors (PKL) or to traders who do not have a location to sell fixed in the District Rungkut to rent booths PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru in conduct trading activities.Keywords: Role Management, Local Revenue (PAD), Regional Companies Market

Objective - This paper explores the role of the Indonesian Central Bank as the Lender of the Last Resort. Methodology/Technique - This research uses normative juridical research and secondary data. Findings - The results indicate that the Bank of Indonesian, in coordination with the Financial Services Authority, still has the authority to grant short-term loans for banks with liquidity issues. Nevertheless, the Bank of Indonesia does not have authority to provide emergency finance facilities where the funding is granted at the government's expense. AbstractDila Pangeto Dance is a work created by Indra Jaya in 2016. This research will emphasize the choreography which includes Indra Jaya as the creator, the idea of creation about the world and education, the process of creation that there is exploration, improvisation, and composition, as well as the formation of dance motion Dila Pangeto. To discuss the above problems using the foundation of Theory: Choreography using Seymour theory, the form of servings using the theory of Suzanne K. Langer, and formation of motion using the theory of Doris Humphrey. This dance research uses a descriptive method of analytic with qualitative data types through the data collection stage i.e. observation, interviews, library studies, as well as data analysis stage. The results of the study were the choreography Dila Pangeto which discusses the creators, ideas of creation, and the process of creation and the form of dance in which there is a serving structure divided into five parts, and the dance elements of Dila Pangeto include two female dancers, a parallel floor pattern, and zigzag, the stage space that has been provided by the organizing committee, dressing and clothing using West Sumbawa costumes, Dila and shawl properties, West Sumbawa Music and the addition of violin instruments, as well as Motion derived from the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao or Pencak Silat. The formation of Dila Pangeto Dance uses the motion of West Sumbawa Dance and Gentao. The formation of the dance movements of Dila Pangeto in the movement patterns such as Ngengke ‘, Palangan Telas, Nyempung, Bagerik, plump besai ‘, Bolang sweep ‘, Juluk Betak, Pio Ngibar, remove Pengkenang, Betak Jala, Sempanang, Telnyak ninting, Pusuk nyer, puntal yarn, Nesek , ninting Seleng, ente Dila, swivel dila, Jonyong, Basalunte ‘, Tanak, Ngijik, and Bajempit contains more designs using a unidirectional line design, the dynamics of gentle motion, functional rhythm or rhythm, mechanisms, and emotional The motivation of the life of West Sumbawa. This research aims to analyze and describe the design of online learning modules integrated macromedia flash that is feasible, practical and effective to be used in the lessons of traditional bun arrangement. This research includes a type of development research with the target is students of grade XI SMK Private PAB  Medan. The research data was collected through validation sheets, student response questionnaires as well as tests. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data analysis and t-test. The results obtained: (1)  macromedia flash integrated online learning module developed with 4-D model(define,  design,  develop  and  disseminate),module designed in PDF format with sizeA4 (21 × 29.7 cm) and integrated macromedia flash that can be accessed and downloaded by students online through Google Classroom application; (2) the integrated online learning module  macromedia flash developed has been declared valid and practically used in the learning of traditional bun arrangement; and (3)  The resulting macromedia flash integrated online learning module is also stated to be effective in the learning of traditional bun arrangement and proven from the results of hypothesis testing with t-count  >  t-table value of 3,761  >  2.00 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05.
