Abstract - In addition to being a wealth of culture, national identity and become Indonesia. Batik also has a strategic role in the economic sphere. However, in its development of batik started having problems starting tergeser by printing of batik (batik Patterned Cloth) because the price is much cheaper. In addition to the lack of access to information to the young generation resulted in a decreased sense of passion and interest in the batik became one of the problems that resulted in the depletion of Human Resources regeneration craftsmen batik. middle of the slack of the E-museum visits the Museum into a solution of existing problems to open access to information, to introduce and provide education about batik in the midst of declining interest in the visit against the Museum. E Museum was built using Waterfall software development methods and Web-based. He made architecture with E batik Museum can be one of the means of delivery of information, introduce and educate the young generation to know the expectations of the younger generation of batik with more plays an active role in the preservation of batik. Panarung village office, pahandut sub-district is one of the sub-districts located in the city of palangkaraya. In carrying out these tasks and functions, the Panarung village office does not yet have an information system that can support public service activities. All service processes are carried out manually. This study aims to create web based information system that can be used by outward employees in Panarung Village to carry out service activities to the people in the Panarung Village area using waterfall software development methods, PHP programming languages ??and MySQL databases. Testing using blackbox testing. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this information system can be used for service activities to the community in the Panarung village

The industrial revolution is a reality that must be faced by every country. This condition hasan impact on increasing interdependence between country located in an area in the form ofcooperation in various fields. Industrial revolution gives an essential challenge to improvethe quality of resources human power that can establish cross-cultural interactions to beable to address every opportunity of good cooperation. One component that needs to bepossessed by human resources in the era of the industrial revolution, especially the younggeneration of Indonesia is the cross-cultural communication competence with knowledge,understanding, self-confidence and cultural identity through the experience of interactingwith individuals from different cultural backgrounds. The young generation of Indonesianeeds to build a global mindset and play an active role in building harmonious cooperationin achieving the agenda of the industrial revolution. This phenomenon is essential so thatIndonesia's human resources are not just spectators, but can determine the success of theempowered nation competitiveness. This study aims to analyse affective, cognitive andconative elements in forming cross-cultural communication competencies. This researchalso examines the influence of the dimensions of cross-cultural communication and attitudestowards global citizenship towards the intention to work together across cultures. Theresearch sample was taken using a purposive sampling method. Data were collected usingsurvey methods with questionnaire techniques. Respondents in this study were students atthree universities in Central Java.

The population census at the neighborhood level is usually still processed using a manual system. However, the obstacles that arise due to manual processing are quite troublesome, especially when searching for information because the majority of the population works so it is difficult to process data. This study aims to produce an information system for population census management that is faster, more effective, effective and efficient in the neighborhood. The method used in compounding and making this application is by utilizing software development methods, namely the waterfall method which includes analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are the creation of a web to make it easier for residents and heads to manage population censuses, assist in the process of inputting data, searching data, and reporting residents.

The utilization of smartphone technology in various aspects has now been felt, without exception reaching restaurants that want to use technology for the satisfaction of customers and the benefits of restaurants. Humans in general want everything to be easily done, as well as restaurant customers who want to order menus easily in the sense that it is not complicated and does not take a long time. It's easy to order the menu in question without having to queue and without waiting for the waiter to be busy with other customers. Restaurant customers can also take time to order orders according to their needs so they are not disturbed by the presence of a waiter who is waiting for the order. The preparation of this study uses two research methods, namely, data collection methods and software development methods, namely using the waterfall method. To overcome the problems that the authors describe, a web-based application is made to make it easier for restaurants and customers to order food. With the use of media websites that have been published can facilitate food ordering in real time.

Perubahan sebagai suatu keniscayaan tidak dapat dipungkiri juga telah merambah dunia pendidikan sebagai jawaban atas fenomena kehidupan masyarakat yang terus mengalami dinamika. Perubahan diperlukan untuk menyiapkan generasi muda dalam menyongsong Indonesia emas yang sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan siap bersaing di pasar global. Dalam pendidikan Islam, perubahan kurikulum ini memberi arah yang menguntungkan di beberapa aspek. Dimulai dari tujuan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan tiga domain pembelajaran, proses yang lebih “manusiawi” serta evaluasi sebagai akhir yang mengakomodasi seluruh potensi peserta didik. This paper is intended to review the phenomenon of changes inthe 2013 curriculum. The changes are an undeniable necessity; it also penetrated the education world as an answer to the phenomenon of a dynamics society living. Changes are needed to prepare young generation in facing great Indonesia that needs qualified and ready human resources to compete in the global market. In Islamic education, curriculum change is to give direction favorable in some aspects. It is starting from the learning objectives that integrate the three domains of learning, a process that is more ”humane” as well as a final evaluation that accommodate all potential learners.

The study of law focuses, among other aspects, on important issues relating to equality, fairness and justice in as far as free access to information and knowledgeis concerned. The launching of the Open Access to Law Movement in 1992, the promulgation of the Durham Statement on Open Access to Legal Scholarshipin 2009, and the formation of national and regional Legal Information Institutes (LIIs) should serve as an indication of how well the legal world is committed to freely publishing and distributing legal information and knowledge through the Internet to legal practitioners, legal scholars and the public at large aroundthe world. In order to establish the amount of legal scholarly content which is accessible through open access publishing innovations and initiatives, this studyanalysed the contents of websites for selected open access resources on the Internet internationally and in South Africa. The results of the study showed that there has been a steady developing trend towards the adoption of open access for legal scholarly literature internationally, while in South Africa legal scholarly literature is under the control of commercial publishers. This should be an issue for the legal scholarship which, among its focus, is to impart knowledge about the right of access to information and knowledge.

Evolution of technology has completely revolutionaries’ day to day life of common man. Technology has penetrated in our life like anything. These days everybody is using technology for their benefit’s and marketers are no an exception to it. They are using technology to reach to the customers. Days are far gone when people used to line up in stores to purchase the general product. These days, more and more individuals lean toward online shopping, which is presently a pattern of style and fashion. Nagpur, the center city of the country and world-famous for its oranges is advancing towards computerized explosion that makes high significance on the assessment of the present acknowledgment level of online shopping by the youngsters. In this way, understanding the by and a large state of customer's attitude towards web-based shopping is significant for the Nagpurians. In this study, 143 respondents took part in the survey. Respondents were selected through simple random technique. Data was analyzed using SPSS Version 22. This study found that online shopping is very common in this young generation of Nagpur. Major reason for Nagpurains to do online shopping is that it saves a lot of time. However, consumer those who do not shop online is only because of online fraud, lack of personal touch and no return policy. Nagpur consumers do prescribe online shopping as an elective path for shopping.

Islamic education is one field of Islamic studies who received a lot of attention from scientists. This is because in addition to a very strategic role in order to enhance human resources, as well as in Islamic education there are a variety of complex problems. Ibn Taymiyyah for example, he was known as a scholar, thinker and politician. The thinking in the field of education is a response to the various problems facing the Islamic society that demands split logically through education. Philosophy of education, he said, should be built on the foundation of monotheism, the belief in the oneness of God. Monotheism which is the basis of education include; rububiyah monotheism, monotheism asthma wa uluhiyah and nature. Based on the insights of faith is then Ibn Taymiyyah describes the purpose of education, students, teachers, curriculum and so on.
