Panarung village office, pahandut sub-district is one of the sub-districts located in the city of palangkaraya. In carrying out these tasks and functions, the Panarung village office does not yet have an information system that can support public service activities. All service processes are carried out manually. This study aims to create web based information system that can be used by outward employees in Panarung Village to carry out service activities to the people in the Panarung Village area using waterfall software development methods, PHP programming languages ??and MySQL databases. Testing using blackbox testing. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this information system can be used for service activities to the community in the Panarung village

Abstract— Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam whose implementation is required for all Muslims whose wealth meets the Nisab. Nisab is a standard of property that must be Zakati. Because Zakat is the property of the people, the management must be properly channeled. Surakarta city is one of the major cities in Indonesia, there are several institutions of amil Zakat in the city of solo. However, there is no data on the distribution of Zakat in the integrated solo city, so that there are still many recipients of Zakat who receive alms from several amil Zakat. In this study, mapping of Zakat, Infaqand shadaqoh mapping was carried out with a Geographical Information System (GIS). This study aims to produce a deeper analysis of the socioeconomic life in the city of Surakarta as a basis for mapping the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, andShodaqoh. The method used to collect data with rapid appraisal. Where rapid appraisal is a method used to collect data based on socio-economic conditions in the environment, so as to produce a picture of mapping the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, andShodaqoh which is used as a reference for amil Zakat institutions in the Surakarta region to spread.

The scrum method is the most important thing in building software. The following research builds a management information system on Ma'had Huffadz Bilingual Darul Hikmah under Darus-Sa'adah Al Mardliyah Foundation. The institution, which is one of the Boarding Schools Tahfidzul Qur'an located in the city of Malang, East Java. The following research uses the Scrum framework. The implementation of the scrum method in the following research uses three sprints. The process of working on each sprint takes no more than a month. The software development in this research is web-based. Work on application programs using the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language. The results showed that the scrum method is very effective in building a boarding school management information system. Scrum is more dynamic, and the results of this scrum implementation can be seen from the system that has been developed. So that by implementing Scrum can produce a system that suits the requirements of the user.

       The city of Mataram has not yet implemented a geographical information system regarding ad management in the city of Mataram. This makes it difficult for people to find information about billboards in the city of Mataram. The purpose of this research is to build a system that can provide information about locations, reservations and help the public to find out the distribution point of billboards in the city of Mataram. This system was developed by the Codeigniter Framework and uses the PHP and HTML programming languages, and also uses the Google Map API to display billboards. In this study using the waterfall method as the life cycle of system development. We use blackboxes and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) as system testing. The results of testing the black box function in the system are running well without errors. Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, this system makes it easy for admins to enter billboard data in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agree and agree as much as 96%. The questionnaire about the performance of this system from the user's side to find out and order a billboard in the city of Mataram with the results of the questionnaire strongly agreed and agreed as much as 94%. therefore, this system is feasible to use.

The population census at the neighborhood level is usually still processed using a manual system. However, the obstacles that arise due to manual processing are quite troublesome, especially when searching for information because the majority of the population works so it is difficult to process data. This study aims to produce an information system for population census management that is faster, more effective, effective and efficient in the neighborhood. The method used in compounding and making this application is by utilizing software development methods, namely the waterfall method which includes analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are the creation of a web to make it easier for residents and heads to manage population censuses, assist in the process of inputting data, searching data, and reporting residents.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

<p>One of the applications of e-government in Indonesia is the Assessment Information system implemented in the city of Bandung since 2014 where. This e-government innovation is technology-based which makes assessment instruments for leaders and the people of Bandung to assess the performance of the sub-district and village heads. It's just that the lack of community participation makes this application not work according to its function, with qualitative research methods and using the theory of the author's vision to see the readiness of the apparatus and society in implementing this program. This research shows that the performance of the SIP application has not provided the maximum expected output. The not optimal SIP application is due to several factors. This study aims to design a web-based academic information system at STIEM Bongaya Makassar. During this academic service to students is still done manually, for example at the end of the semester students usually queue up to see grades and class schedules that use paper media that is posted on the bulletin board, so servants to students become ineffective and inefficient. With the advancement of information technology such as internet media, it can support the academic activities of a college. The Dutch East India Company was forced to move its factory in Japan from Hirado to Nagasaki by the order of the bakufu in 1641. Following that move, the Dutch were no longer allowed to freely go out into the city or to trade with city people. In order to have any contact with the people outside Deshima, they needed proper mediation of the Japanese officials. The interpreters (tolken, Oranda-tsūji, ) are well known as the intermediaries between the Japanese authorities and the Dutch residents of Deshima, but they were not the only ones who worked between the two sides. In this paper, I would like to deal with the Deshima Otona as the official responsible for the Dutch compound, and the compradoors, suppliers of the daily necessities for the Dutch factory, and to consider these officials within the context of the Nagasaki city system in order to compare this situation with that prevailing in Canton.Otona literally means “head” or “chief” and indicates a prominent member who is in charge of a certain group. In the cities of Edo-period Japan, the townspeople were controlled through their organisation in groups, which were given a considerable amount of autonomy. These groups consisted, in their turn, of members who were officially recognised by both the group organisation itself and the lord of the domain in which the city was located, because they owned a house, ran a family business, and performed some kind of public service (kuyaku, ).

Abstract— PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance is a company engaged in the services of crediting goods and borrowing funds. Currently PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance still uses a bookkeeping system for auctions using paper media. In this research using prototype software development methods and methods of collecting data on observation, interviews and literature studies, software development methods with a prototype model to design the auction system of goods. While the data collection method is used to collect the needs of the information system to be created, the data processed in the design of this system contains data on auction of goods, payments and reports. This application displays registration as an auction participant, auction item info, application user data and order and payment reports. The results of this study are a prototype of the Goods Auction Information System which is expected to help PT Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance in the process of auctioning goods Keywords: Prototype, Information System, Auction. Intisari - PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengkreditan barang dan peminjaman dana anggunan. Saat ini PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance masih menggunakan sistem pembukuan untuk pelelangan dengan menggunakan media kertas. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototipe dan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype untuk merancang sistem pelelangan barang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan kebutuhan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi yang akan dibuat, Data-data yang diolah dalam rancangan sistem ini berisikan data pelelangan barang, pembayaran dan laporan. Aplikasi ini menampilkan pendaftaran sebagai peserta lelang, info barang lelang, data pengguna aplikasi dan laporan pemesanan dan pembayaran. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah prototype dari Sistem Informasi Pelelangan barang yang diharapkan dapat membantu PT Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance dalam melakukan proses pelelangan barang Kata kunci: Prototipe, Sistem Informasi, Pelelangan.
