This research is about marketing strategies for Bunaty's ready to drink beverage business which is derived from dragon fruit peel with strawberry popping boba innovation. Dragon fruit peels in Bunaty products contain natural antioxidants that can nourish the body. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions of the internal environment and external environmental conditions, identify marketing strategies with the 7C model to improve the efficiency of marketing functions and be able to deal with competitors outside, and analyze the application of the business model of the canvas in the Bunaty business. The analytical method used is IFAS and EFAS, SWOT analysis, marketing strategy of 7C model, and business model canvas. The results of this study are the results of the calculation of internal factors obtained a total score of 2.64, where this value indicates strength in the internal position that can overcome weaknesses. The results of the analysis of external factors in the matrix get a total score of 3.26, where this value shows the opportunities for external factors that can minimize threats. To face competition in the alternative business strategy market through a SWOT matrix that is incorporated into the marketing strategy of the 7C model and applied to the business model canvas by the company. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch is a financial services company that provides a variety of products including waqf products for insurance benefits. The fundamental challenge in optimizing waqf programs in Indonesia is that understanding of the waqf law is good and right by some people, some people do not know about waqf money / cash, lack of socialization about endowments of insurance benefits. this requires PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah needs a special strategy to attract public interest in waqf products The formulation of the problems that can be raised in this study are (1) how the waqf product marketing strategy carried out by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) how the SWOT analysis that affects marketing strategies based on internal and external factors at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah in marketing waqf products. The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the application of waqf product marketing strategies at PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch, (2) to find out the results of the SWOT analysis that affects the marketing strategy based on internal and external factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which is a research procedure that produces data from direct interviews in the form of written or oral words from the parties concerned then analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research, the waqf product marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Tangerang City Branch namely marketing strategies through agents, and marketing strategies through collaboration with institutions. The result of the SWOT analysis is the strategy adopted by the company is the strategy of concentration through vertical integration (cell 1), growth through concentration can be achieved through vertical integration by means of backward integration (taking over the supplier function) or by means of forward integration (taking over the distributor function). This is the main strategy for companies that have strong competition in high-attraction industries.

PT XYZ is one of agribusiness companies which offers horticultural products in Indonesia which are considered as eco-profit and low-pesticide-based-products. The purpose of this research is to describe and improve the business model of PT XYZ based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis then the analysis is carried out the preparation of a new business model prototype for PT XYZ. This study utilizes structured interviews assisted with questionnaire instruments as data collection procedures and both Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and identification of SWOT as research methodology. The results of the SWOT analysis on nine elements of Business Model Canvas (BMC) show that there are internal and external factors that become strengths and weaknesses for the company in carrying out its business model and also what opportunities and threats from external factors affect PT XYZ's business processes are. The SWOT identification results then used as background to formulate a new business improvement model. Improvement of PT XYZ's business model is aims to streamline production in satisfying the demand of Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) customers. In supporting expansion of PT XYZ by having effective and efficient business model, the improvements that need to be done are escalating production management, doing production forecast, creating and socializing SOPs to farmers as the main partner, enhancing offline promotion by joining events held by Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) events and dividing customer segment into three segments by sorting them based on priority which are Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) as the first market segment, modern markets as the second market segment, and traditional market as the third market segment.

This study aims to describe the decrease factor of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng, marketing strategies used to increase the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng. This study used a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Buleleng Museum, and discussed using qualitative descriptive analysis. This research subject is the manager of the Buleleng Museum. Then the object of this study is data on the number of tourists. Data on the number of tourist arrivals was obtained through interviews with related parties. Data were analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that factors causing the decline in the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng namely internal factors and external factors do not Buleleng Museum marketing strategy, which is due to funding constraints. Results of the analysis of the data showed that important to know the potential, weaknesses that should be corrected, an opportunity that must be exploited to the maximum, and a threat to be faced so that it can be known from the marketing strategy to be followed.

Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

Abstract: The Waste Bank is a waste collection concept with business management such as banking, but what is saved is the selected dry waste. The purpose of this study is to design an appropriate alternative strategy with a business model canvas approach for plastic waste recycling at BSKP. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach with data analysis techniques using SWOT analysis and the business model canvas. The results showed that the development of a business model was prioritized on 4 blocks, namely key resources, key partners, key activities and customer relationships. The development of key resource blocks is carried out by increasing the skills and understanding of human resources regarding the use of technology and information. Development of key partner blocks by creating creative programs to improve relationships with partners, especially customers. Development of block key activities by establishing relationships with customers in the use of micro-scale plastic waste. Whereas in developing customer relationships, it is necessary to improve personal and group services by creating social media channels to maintain and communicate instinctively with customers and potential customers. Abstrak: Bank Sampah merupakan konsep pengumpulan sampah dengan manajemen usaha seperti perbankan namun yang ditabung merupakan sampah kering yang sudah dipilih. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang strategi alternatif yang tepat dengan pendekatan business model canvas usaha daur ulang sampah plastik di BSKP. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan business model canvas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam pengembangan model bisnis diprioritaskan pada 4 blok yaitu key resources, key partner, key activities dan customer relationship. Pengembangan pada blok key resources dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan ketrampilan dan pemahaman SDM tentang pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi. Pengembangan pada blok key partner dengan membuat program yang kreatif dalam meningkatkan hubungan dengan mitra khususnya nasabah. Pengembangan pada blok key activities dengan cara menjalin hubungan dengan nasabah dalam pemanfaatan sampah plastik skala mikro. Sedangkan dalam pengembangan customer relationship perlu ditingkatkan dalam layanan personal maupun kelompok dengan membuat channel media sosial guna mempertahankan dan komunikasi yang instens dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Garbage Bank, Plastic Waste, SWOT, Business Model Canvas

This article provides a new perspective on sustainable marketing strategies in the context of a globalized clothing and textile (C&T) sector in Zimbabwe by linking two diverse streams of literature, namely, globalization and marketing strategy. A quantitative approach was adopted to obtain data from 127 respondents using a two-stage cluster sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) confirmed three of four hypothesized relationships, namely that integrated co-alliances, modern technology and national policy impact the sustainability of clothing and textile sector in Zimbabwe. The adoption of a standardized marketing strategy characterized by uniform application of the marketing mix elements with minor modifications will have a significant impact on the capacity of the C&T sector to withstand the adverse effects of globalization. The research extends the body of existing knowledge on marketing strategy in the context of globalization of Zimbabwe’s C&T sector, and argues empirically for a new approach to developing and implementing competitive marketing strategies. The research findings will enable companies in the C&T sector of a developing economy to craft competitive marketing strategies, which incorporate internal company capabilities and technology, and also recognize the role of national policy in the globalization discourse.

Cindy Group is a company grouped as SMEs which produces boiled fish, both traditional and hygienic. Companies to keep their survival in order to survive in a competitive market, must have a strategy to attract consumers to buy their products. One of the best strategy is to evaluate and develop appropriate marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify and analyze internal and external factors influencing Cindy Group marketing strategy, (2) to formulate Cindy Group marketing strategy, and (3) to prioritize Cindy Group marketing strategy. Based on internal and external factors, Cindy Group formulated strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats toward marketing strategy using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The total score in the IFE and EFE matrices illustrated that the firm's stable position in responding to external situations. The total IFE score of 3.3436 indicated that the strengths of Cindy Group could overcome the weaknessess very well. Total EFE score of 2.5545 indicated that Cindy Group was good enough to respond the opportunities and minimize threats. Based on QSPM analysis, the priority strategy to be applied in the marketing of fishery processed products at UMKM Cindy Group which was expanding marketing network, maintaining quality, increasing sales service and increasing cooperation with related institutions and cooperatives/other SMEs in order to get raw material access.

This research conducted in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi Nganjuk. The objectives of this research were obtain a better understandin internal as well as exsternal environmental condition, secondly trying to covering the formulate the marketing strategi. Method that used in this research was a survey method, it contains observation, interview, and documentation. The data analyzed by SWOT analysis. The result showed internal strategy factors matrix give positive value where it strengths were stronger than it weakness (S = 2,29>W = 0,71). External strategy factors’ matrix also give positive value where it opportunities values were bigger than it threats values (O = 1,84 > T = 0,70). From the result, we know that environmental condition in PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi was very good, and gave good prospect for its progress in the future. It known from total score of strength and opportunities factors (SO = 4.13). From SWOT analysis, strategy that will be taken was in the first quadrant where internal and external factors were positive. In general terms, it means that the environmental condition of PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi, relatively has bigger opportunity than its weaknesses. The decision that made by PT. Tunas Jaya Raya Abadi for marketing strategy was rapid strategy by which all opportunity could be captured as marketing consideration.

As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold. The growth of BTS which is the main infrastructure in the implementation of telecommunications is needed for service and improvement of the quality of telecommunication networks, especially in pandemic times. The goal to be achieved In order to formulate the company's strategic planning to develop its business, information is needed about what business model is currently adopted by the company, what factors affect the company's current position in the market that will give rise to alternatives to the company's strategy, and what are the alternative strategies that are priority strategies and suitable for the current condition of PT. XYZ. The analysis method used is Business Model Canvas (BMC), Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Based on the results of the study, BMC told PT XYZ, that the business model of the company can still sustain its business operations but there are some slight shortcomings that need to be improved to maximize the elements that can increase profits from the company. The results of the analysis of strategy formulation and SWOT analysis resulted in seven alternative strategies.
