Different versions of psychodiagnostic tools were developed for each group. The second stage consisted in development and approbation of projects of short-term psychological help to workers. At the third stage the analysis of indicators of emotional sphere at subjects before and after participation in projects is carried out. The results of the study were processed using the usual methods of variational statistics according to the program Statistica 12.0. Initial psychodiagnostics of the studied parameters of the subjects showed signs of professional burnout. In Methodists, this was manifested by a pronounced degree of chronic fatigue index, a decrease in efficiency, a moderate degree of mental and physical fatigue, maladaptation in stress. Managers are also diagnosed with a high risk of maladjustment in stress, low values of indicators of functional state. In the course of participation in psychopath projects, the subjects of both groups showed positive dynamics of indicators of the emotional sphere. The obtained data allow to recommend these projects of health saving programs for practical use. The tested complex of psychodiagnostic tests allows to reveal signs of professional burnout and to estimate efficiency of programs of psychopathology. For the prevention of burnout syndrome and the formation of stress resistance, it is advisable to create a culture of health conservation at each workplace.

Relevance. Professional activity of specialists in many industries in modern society takes place in difficult conditions. Anesthesiologists-resuscitators are subject to significant adverse effects of physical, chemical, biological, psychophysiological and psychological nature. Therefore, the risks of stress, as well as professional burnout and mental maladjustment increase, leading to decreased effectiveness and quality of professional activities, to adverse changes in personality, deterioration of health, relationships with colleagues, patients, relatives.Intention. To identify the impact of negative labor factors on the occurrence and development of professional burnout among anesthesiologists-resuscitators.Methodology. 95 anesthesiologists-resuscitators from the Arkhangelsk region took part in the study. Research methods: questionnaires, psychological testing, mathematical and statistical processing of empirical data. Results and Discussion. 65.3 % of anesthesiologists-resuscitators demonstrated psychological components of professional burnout syndrome, namely emotional exhaustion, increased fatigue, dissatisfaction with their professional activities and their results, as well as emerging health problems and general maladjustment. 76.6 % of the surveyed consider their professional activity as extreme. According to anesthesiologists-resuscitators, the most frequent negative factors of the labor process are psychophysiological and psychological ones (high responsibility, unexpectedness, lack of time, suffering and grief of other people, high loads). Anesthesiologists-resuscitators with most frequent occurrence and negative impact of psychophysiological and psychological factors, in comparison with other factors, have higher rates of organizational stress, psychological determinants of professional burnout and maladaptation disorders. Anesthesiologists-resuscitators with most frequent occurrence and negative impact of physical, chemical and biological factors, in comparison with psychophysiological and psychological ones, have less intensive professional burnout and organizational stress. They benefit from better communication skills, behavioral regulation and normative social behavior.Conclusion. The pronounced relationships between the psychological determinants of professional burnout (emotional exhaustion, work stress, health disorders and general maladjustment) and the psychophysiological and psychological factors of the labor process of anesthesiologists-resuscitators show the constructive and diagnostic validity of the study. Most correlations were found with such factors of professional activity, as novelty and strangeness, lack of time, unexpectedness of complex professional situations, ambiguity, uncertainty of these situations, observed and perceived violation of public order, which led to severe injuries in victims, the great significance of events and understanding of personal involvement.

Relevance. Physical and psychological stressors of professional activity of military doctors can negatively affect both their personal well-being and professional reliability.Intention. To analyze the frequency of psychological signs of professional burnout and related deformations of professionally important personality traits in medical officers engaged in clinical and managerial activities.Methodology. The study was conducted in 2018-2019 at the research center of the Kirov Military Medical Academy (St. Petersburg). The object were the medical service officers (n = 203) engaged in clinical and managerial activitiesy, who arrived from the troops to apply for residency. The complex of psychodiagnostic methods included 50-point IPIP-version of “Markers of the big five” questionnaire by L. Goldberg; psychodiagnostic questionnaire “Deviance”, developed by the staff of the S. M. Kirov Military Medical Academy; “Professional burnout” questionnaire by M.A. Dmitrieva and V.M. Snetkov; “Individual typological questionnaire” by L.N. Sobchik. To identify professionally important person qualities and their subsequent assessment, the officers underwent a survey. It was found out what personal qualities of managers, subordinates and colleagues are valuable (important), or, conversely, interfere with the professional activity. The results were systematized using content analysis. Results and Discussion. The conducted psychodiagnostic examination of medical officers showed that both managerial and clinical activities in the troops can contribute to emotional fatigue, increasing indifference, deformation of contacts with the military, a negative assessment of oneself and one’s professional capabilities. Professional burnout signs were found in 9.4 and 9.3 % of clinical specialists and medical platoon commanders (chiefs of unit medical service), respectively. Statistically significant interrelations are established between professional burnout indicators and such relatively steady traits as excessive propensity to risk, search of thrills, autoand hetero-aggression, inadequate self-assessment, isolation, internal conflicts. The higher need for external control and motivation in officers with more pronounced signs of professional burnout were established.Conclusion. The relevance of professional burnout screening of military doctors and medical units commanders is substantiated. Timely detection of adverse personality deformities caused by professional burnout and the development of measures to eliminate the negative states can play a positive role in maintaining the health and professional longevity of medical professionals.

In order to identify the psychological factors of professional burnout of anesthesiologists and intensive care physicians, 61 physicians from the Arkhangelsk region were examined. Methods were used: questionnaire “Attitude to work and professional burnout” developed by V.A. Vinokur, McLean’s Organizational Stress Scale, Freiburg Personality Questionnaire (FPI), Anxiety Test developed by C.D. Spielberger and modified by Yu.A. Khanina, R. Lazarus and S. Volkman's Coping Test, methods for assessing the psychological atmosphere in the team developed by A.F. Fidler. It was established that 60,6% of anesthesiology and intensive care physicians have a high level of professional burnout. Three groups of factors affecting the emergence and development of professional burnout among physicians have been identified: individually personal (use of non-constructive coping strategies, high anxiety, emotional instability, depression, aggressiveness); socio-psychological (unfavorable socio-psychological climate in the team) and professional and organizational (lack of professional development and self-improvement, work tensions, low self-assessment of work quality, organizational stress). The article offers recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout in anesthesiology and intensive care physicians.

The article objective was to identify the level of professional burnout and its assessment with reference to a set of social and professional characteristics of social workers in Russia. The research novelty was in considering burnout as part of the social worker’s established image. The authors proceeded from the assumption that social worker occupation, which involves direct contact with people in difficult life situations, is obviously one of the most conducive to the development of an occupational burnout syndrome, and it is perceived in society this way. Low wages, combined with a significant emotional stress, act as factors contributing to the employee’s professional disorganization. Nevertheless, as it was found in the study, in the specific conditions of Russia, the general characteristics of social workers presuppose not only a desire to continue professional activity in the chosen specialty, but also a relatively low percentage of people with a high degree of occupational burnout.

The COVID-19 pandemic is having a serious psychological impact on health care workers. There is an operational restructuring of medical institutions, working conditions almost correspond to the emergency situation. Every day, medical workers receive a huge amount of new information in the form of orders and methodological recommendations. This creates an additional load in the form of continuous «information noise». The problem of professional burnout of doctors was acute even before the COVID-19 pandemic. According to numerous studies in different countries, almost half of doctors have high rates of professional burnout, which is twice as high as the same indicators in the population engaged in other areas of professional activity.

The article explores motivational and personality predictors of burnout syndrome in sports coaches. The study involved 183 sports coaches of 20–63 years old (86.9% women; M=41.34±10.56 years), with professional experience for 13.83±9.98 years. Three components of professional burnout ― Emotional exhaustion, Depersonification and Reduction of professional achievements ― were measured with the adapted Maslach professional burnout inventory (Vodopyanova, et al 2008). Motivational aspects were measured with the adapted Ryan and Connell Professional Motivation inventory (Osin et al, 2017). Personal resources ― stress resistance, authenticity and coping strategies ― were measured with the adapted Connor-Davidson Stress Resilience Scale (Nartova-Bochaver et al., 2021), the Moscow Authenticity Scale (Reznichenko et al., 2021) and the adapted Proactive Coping Questionnaire adapted (Belinskaya et al, 2018). The results showed that amotivation and external motives of professional activity are linked positively and internal motivation linked negatively to professional burnout. Furthermore, the links between the types of motivation and the components of burnout in different combinations are mediated by stress resistance, authenticity, and coping skills that prevent burnout. The strongest link of motivation and personal resources was revealed for the Reduction of professional achievements; the weakest link was in the context of Depersonification of a sports coach. Burnout was also positively linked to age and negatively to coaches' experience. The data obtained can be used to form preventive interventions that reduce the burnout of coaches and increase their professional performance, mental health and subjective well-being.
