The article deals with the results of the study on burnout syndrome among teachers with various work experiences in university. The aim of the study is the review of burnout psychological patterns among teachers with various work experiences in university. The main hypothesis of the study is based on the assumption that the teachers whose work experience in departmental universities is more than 10 years are more vulnerable to the burnout syndrome development. In order to attain the envisaged goals and to test the hypothesis there were used empirical methods: differential diagnosis of decreased functioning by A. Leonova and S. Velichkovskaya, diagnosis of professional burnout by K. Maslach and S. Jackson adapted by N.E. Vodop’yanova, technique for diagnosing the burnout syndrome level by V.V. Boiko. Group comparison of teachers with various work experiences in university has shown that long term professional activity leads to burnout syndrome development: the most part of examined teachers are characterized by high level of burnout syndrome which structure is observed in high intensity of resistance and exhaustion phases and such syndromes as inadequate emotional discrete response; resignation or depersonalization, emotional and moral disorientation; psychosomatic and vegetative disorders.

Abstract. There are presented materials concerning psychological features of professional "burnout" syndrome in teachers of correctional schools working with children with intellectual disabilities, as well as the results of the conducted psychorehabilitation measures. Were examined 55 special educational needs teachers, aged 30 - 40 years with work experience from 6 to 12 years with the formed syndrome of professional «burnout». All examined were given a course of psychocorrection. To assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures, the MBI test technique before and after psychocorrection was used. A high level of professional "burnout" has been revealed with a predominance in its structure of emotional exhaustion and reduction of professional achievements. The results of the retest indicate the effectiveness of psychocorrectional interventions.

The article features the professional burnout syndrome in teachers. Teaching is one of the most stressful social activities. The authors pointed out personal traits that may determine the development of the professional burnout syndrome in school teachers. They identified, justified, and experimentally verified the relationship between burnout and personality parameters. Together with age, work experience, marital and parental status, these personal traits can serve as burnout predictors. The article gives a general description of the emotional burnout phenomenon in teachers, which includes negative psychological experiences caused by the regular high emotional content or cognitive complexity. The paper also introduces factors of development of emotional burnout. The authors identified the burnout predictors based on the results of an empirical study. They determined strong empathy and internality as provoking factors that triggered emotional stress. As a rule, the stress was associated with teacher's attitude to his or her role in interpersonal relationships. The authors proposed some methods for the prevention of burnout syndrome in teachers.

In the context of the increasing level of requirements, new re-forms and standards in the modern educational system, teachers experience a significant emotional burden. The professional activity of a university lecturer is accompanied by increased moral responsibility and, consequently, is characterized by a high level of emotional, and in the future, professional burnout. Some socio-psychological and professional features, as well as risk factors for professional burnout of higher school teachers, are noted. The results of the study of the diagnosis of professional burnout of medical university lecturers are presented. It is noted that in specialists who are lecturers and doctors at the same time, professional burnout is more pronounced than in lecturers who are engaged only in pedagogical activities. The factors that mostly cause the process of burnout of teachers are identified: work experience, age, dissatisfaction with work, stress resistance. The recommendations on the implementation of the skills of self-regulation of the emotional state, aimed at preventing the syndrome of professional burnout, are given.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the current condition and development prospects for the Russian LNG sector. Taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the Russian state, the author chose the realistic paradigm (neoclassical realism), which is useful in the context of showing the relationship between internal structures and external activity of the state. The author argues that Russian expansion in the LNG sector is the result of the lobbying capacity of Novatek – the largest private gas producer in Russia. Although the state budget incurs significant costs related to the implementation of Novatek projects, in particular due to fiscal preferences, it also achieves the possibility of achieving the objectives in external and internal energy policy. Novatek’s expansion increases Russia’s share in external energy markets; at the same time LNG expansion, it is used for internal purposes. Novatek’s dominant position in the LNG sector is confirmed by both already implemented projects and plans for further expansion. The factors favoring Russian expansion are constant state support for Novatek projects, high level of internationalization of implemented projects and favorable forecasts on energy markets. The strong competition between currently dominant LNG producers and the risk of internal competition between Russian exporters are among the key long-term challenges.

The syndrome of emotional (professional) burnout is the state of emotional, mental exhaustion, physical exhaustion, which arises as a result of chronic stress at work. It is a result of the interaction of objective stressful environmental impacts and subjective sociopsychological characteristics of an employee. The structure, stages and indicators of burnout syndrome are theoretically analysed. The study of factors contributing to professional burnout was carried out on the staff of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) in Ukraine. It was found that about a quarter of the sample has a high integral index of burnout, which is more often manifested through depersonalization and reduction of professional and personal achievements, but emotional exhaustion is less common in our subjects. The analysis of the relationship between the indicators of emotional professional burnout and some socio-psychological indicators of the subjects in our sample showed that the most important for preventing of burnout occurrence are impulsiveness, practicality and internal intrinsic motivation. Positive correlations with burnout rates (can contribute to its emergence) are the duration of service in missions and such coping strategies as search for social support, cautious, manipulative, antisocial and aggressive actions.

One of the most important problems facing Greece is the long-term and high-level unemployment rate. The Economic Adjustment Programmes (EAPs) focused on the supply side of the economy, aiming at the adjustment of prices and wages, draw on the classical economic model, as it is widely accepted that internal devaluation policies keep inflation low. This article attempts to examine whether the Keynesian theory and the Phillips Curve, which shows the relationship between unemployment and inflation, apply in the case of the Greek economy. We use descriptive statistics, ordinary least squares (OLS) and VAR Analysis to examine the relationship between the variables. According to the results, there is a negative correlation between unemployment and inflation in Greece, thus confirming the Phillips Curve hypothesis. Finally, results show that unemployment is less dependent on inflation compared with the past, and there are numerous other decisive factors affecting unemployment.

The article gives the definition and characteristics of the syndrome of professional burnout. The data of a sociological survey of nurses of the department to identify the syndrome of professional burnout in nurses and determine its phase are presented. A direct correlation was revealed between the length of service and the phase of the syndrome; work experience, phase of the syndrome and the formation of a tendency to bad habits. The necessity of prevention of professional burnout syndrome at its first symptoms in nurses has been determined

Islamic education is a major subject in the National Education system and it is an important subject contained in the education curriculum system. Therefore, this study is conducted to unravel the level of understanding and skills of Religious teachers on teaching Jawi subjects, identify significant differences between the understanding and skills of Religious teachers based on gender, age, level of education and work experience and the relationship between understanding and skills among teachers Religion. This study was conducted with a survey study method based on a questionnaire of 140 respondents consisting of all religious teachers in one area zone 6 Kuala Lumpur. The results of the descriptive study show that the mean of understanding and skills of Religious teachers are at a high level. The results of the inference analysis show that there is no significant difference between the understanding and skills of Religious teachers on the teaching of Jawi subjects based on gender, age, and work experience. While there is a positive relationship between understanding and skills among Religious teachers. Therefore, the results of this study prove that Religious teachers have a good understanding and skills in teaching Jawi subjects and at the same time become a catalyst for a quality educator. Justeru kajian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan bagi merungkai tahap kefahaman dan kemahiran guru Agama terhadap pengajaran matapelajaran Jawi, mengenal pasti perbezaan yang signifikan di antara kefahaman dan kemahiran guru Agama berdasarkan jantina, umur, tahap pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja serta hubungan antara kefahaman dan kemahiran di kalangan guru Agama. Kajian ini telah di jalankan dengan kaedah kajian tinjauan berdasarkan borang soal selidik sebanyak 140 respondan yang terdiri semuanya daripada para guru Agama di satu kawasan zon 6 Kuala Lumpur. Hasil dapatan kajian deskriptif menunjukkan bahawa min kefahaman dan kemahiran guru Agama berada pada tahap yang  tinggi. Hasil analisis inferensi menunujukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan  yang signifikan di antara kefahaman dan kemahiran guru Agama terhadap pengajaran matapelajaran Jawi berdasarkan jantina, umur, dan pengalaman kerja. Manakala terdapat hubungan positif di antara kefahaman dan kemahiran di kalangan guru Agama. Oleh yang demikian, hasil daripada dapatan kajian ini membuktikan bahawa guru-guru Agama mempunyai kefahaman dan kemahiran yang baik dalam pengajaran matapelajaran Jawi dan sekaligus menjadi pemangkin seorang pendidik yang berkualiti. The article examined the relationship between professional burnout and emotional intelligence in emergency medical professionals. The author of the article outlined the directions of research on the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional burnout in order to revise the forms of prevention in order to prevent unwanted consequences from professional activity. Correlation analysis was obtained demonstrates the relationship between indicators of intrapersonal emotional intelligence and professional burnout. The correct approach to organization and adherence to preventive practices measures are contributed to the formation of the skills of conscious processing of emotional states in ambulance medical workers, the identification of stress factors, on which the quality of their professional activities depends.

High level of informality in the relationship between brand managers and advertising account representatives has been described as factor affecting positive work dynamic and long – term success. Although means of informal communications such as emails are still used, social networks have been gaining increasing popularity in the business landscape. This paper examines the effects of social media on client – agency relationships with focus on Facebook as an example of personal network. The methodology combines primary and secondary research. The paper reviews literature on client – agency relationships and social media, which provide the foundation for primary research. The paper concludes that connecting on Facebook with a client or agency representative is a way of showing the relationship has moved beyond strictly a working one. However, connecting with a work contact on Facebook should not be done in order to make the work relationship stronger. The study offers recommendations for practitioners and direction for future research.
