Current trends in the concept of therapeutically resistant depression (TRD) tend to narrow its very heterogeneous group of patients. One of the most rapidly developing areas in the biological paradigm of TRD is genetic research aimed at finding biomarkers for predicting the therapeutic response. Obviously, the genetic risks of TR are not limited to combinations of genome genetic variants, but it also has phenotypic manifestations at all levels of phenotype formation. According to the fundamental possibility of achieving remission states, therapeutic resistance can be divided into relative and absolute. At present, it can be said that patients with relative and absolute resistance represent two biologically heterogeneous groups, the isolation of which requires the development of special laboratory approaches that will contribute to the development of a personalized approach to therapy.

Classically, incest has been considered from both a psychological and sociological point of view to have harmful consequences. Genetic research, though by no means lacking controversy of its own, generally supports the notion that inbreeding has untoward genetic consequences. The psychodynamics of all three parties to father-daughter incest seem to indicate that people who become involved in incestuous behaviour are often psychologically damaged before the fact, so that if they show subsequent evidence of psychological impairment the incestuous behaviour can be as plausibly viewed as a dysfunctional attempt at solving problems as it can a cause of subsequent psychopathology. Girls involved in the father-daughter incest present in one of half a dozen frequent clinical syndromes. The presentation is influenced by the degree to which the girl may have participated in ongoing incestuous behaviour as opposed to being the presumed victim of an older adult's coercive actions or her own temporary suspension of a behavioural taboo. Research is inconclusive as to the psychological harmfulness of incestuous behaviour, and evidence is reviewed on both sides of this complicated and controversial question. Quite apart from the general issue of the harmful-ness of incest, a number of indicators can be derived from the nature of the incestuous episode and the early response to therapeutic assessment which aid in the clinical forecasting of probable outcome.

Dyslexia, a specific reading disability, is a common (up to 10% of children) and highly heritable (~70%) neurodevelopmental disorder. Behavioral and molecular genetic approaches are aimed towards dissecting its significant genetic component. In the proposed review, we will summarize advances in twin and molecular genetic research from the past 20 years. First, we will briefly outline the clinical and educational presentation and epidemiology of dyslexia. Next, we will summarize results from twin studies, followed by molecular genetic research (e.g., genome-wide association studies (GWASs)). In particular, we will highlight converging key insights from genetic research. (1) Dyslexia is a highly polygenic neurodevelopmental disorder with a complex genetic architecture. (2) Dyslexia categories share a large proportion of genetics with continuously distributed measures of reading skills, with shared genetic risks also seen across development. (3) Dyslexia genetic risks are shared with those implicated in many other neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., developmental language disorder and dyscalculia). Finally, we will discuss the implications and future directions. As the diversity of genetic studies continues to increase through international collaborate efforts, we will highlight the challenges in advances of genetics discoveries in this field.

Abstract. Modern international electronic stock trading is becoming increasingly important in the organization of the system of international trade relations. Several studies of the domestic and foreign scientists have highlighted various aspects of the place and role of electronic exchanges in trade relations between countries. At the same time, the peculiarities of the mechanism of functioning of the international e-commerce, which is constantly evolving and improving, need to be studied both from the point of view of theory and practice. Electronic exchanges have created and implemented their own mechanism of functioning, which turns them into the most organized form of international trade. It is substantiated that trends and key features of the development of electronic exchanges can be tracked and forecasted with the help of relevant stock indices. The main features and the most important aspects of the development of electronic exchanges are determined, based on the analysis of stock indices of the two largest electronic exchanges in the world, the geographical structure of electronic stock exchanges and the dynamics of the use of artificial intelligence in the exchange trading process. Here also highlighted the negative and positive interdependencies regarding the future development of international e-commerce.

The article analyses Japanese approach towards peacekeeping and issues associated with Japans participation in the peacekeeping operations (PKOs). It focuses on factors which influence shaping and transformation of Japans approach towards this sphere of UN activity. For the first time, Japan sent its Self-defense forces to participate in the PKO in the early 1990s and since then peacemaking has become one of the symbols of Japan's contribution to international security. Despite the significance of cooperation with the UN that the Japanese government has underlined, the indicators that characterize Japan's participation in peacekeeping remain at a low level. In the article, the author explores the causes of this phenomenon and identifies patterns that characterize the models of Japanese participation in PKO. Using the historical method and content analysis of official documents and speeches by Japans representatives the author explores the hypothesis that currently, from the point of view of the Japanese government, the issue of participation in the PKOs is important as a way to adapt the public to the expansion of the sphere of activity of the Self-defense forces, but in practice, the ruling circles seek to avoid the risks associated with the participation of the Japanese military in the PKOs, preferring to shift the focus on peace-building, financial, educational and technological contribution that Japan can make to UN operations. The concept of active pacifism promoted by Abe did not lead to a more extensive participation of the Japanese military in the PKOs. An analysis of current trends in peacekeeping suggests that the participation of Self-defense forces in PKOs will remain at a low level and will be offset by other opportunities for Japan to contribute to international peacekeeping.

Digital marketing is one of the modern concepts of promoting products / services and positioning the company's brand with the help of any available digital technology. The development of digital technologies, software, the latest means of communication and communication channels allows digital marketing to reach the consciousness of the consumer as effectively as possible. A large number of types of digital marketing is formed depending on the tools and channels of digital marketing. Communications play a special role in digital marketing, taking into account not only the means of their implementation, but also the quality of their reproduction, as well as the nature of the focus of the information flow. For digital marketing, it is important to form a feedback channel and obtain relevant information on the basis of which analytical data sets can be formed. The main advantage of digital marketing is a personalized approach to each individual consumer by actively studying his preferences through the formation of an array of data that contains information on customer searches. The formation of an advertising campaign in digital marketing is carried out on the basis of the results of the analysis and in accordance with the main strategic goals of the company. At the same time, the effect of reducing the company's strategic gaps with its main competitors is achieved during the process of the development of the strategy. Based on the fact that modern consumers actively use Internet technologies to purchase the necessary products and services, as well as taking into account a feature of trucking as a service, that is, the impossibility of separating its production from consumption, is virtually bypassing the marketing stage, the expediency of the use of digital marketing was noted in the study. As a result of the study, taking into account all the characteristics of digital marketing and its benefits and conditions of use, several optimal options for the use of digital marketing for trucking companies, whose products are the process of transportation, were determined.

ABSTRACTThe treatment of major depression remains problematic for several reasons. In particular, the therapeutic response to medications usually does not manifest itself until a week after administration has begun, and more than half the patients will not experience a full recovery with the first antidepressant drug administration. There are, however, some pharmacologic strategies that can accelerate antidepressant response. When facing a treatment-resistant depression, combination therapy offers a more time-efficient approach to achieve remission than drug substitution. These interventions have been devised on a better understanding of the basis for the therapeutic response obtained with the first- and second-generation antidepressants, and evidence derived from controlled clinical trials of their superior effectiveness is growing. The rationale for such approaches will be described in this article, as well as their advantages and potential inconveniences. Ongoing research in this field continues to fuel the development of novel, better-tolerated, and more effective pharmacotherapies for depression.

Background Therapy of resistant depression raises a number of diagnostic and therapeutic problems, requires the solution of a number of methodological issues. A scientific discussion continues around the definition of depression resistance, assessment of the degree of reduction of depressive symptoms, the level of social and role functioning of patients; the improvement of models for determining the degree of resistance to various types of depression therapy continues; new methods of therapy and new algorithms of combined therapy are being developed. The ultimate goal of all these efforts should be practical recommendations for determining therapeutic options for the treatment of patients with resistant depression, which will help doctors make informed decisions on intervention strategies. Aim To analyze the therapeutic possibilities of treating depressive disorders that are resistant to therapy. Methods Publications from the Pubmed, MEDLINE, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Google Scholar databases were analyzed. Tags: depression, treatment, resistance, psevdoresistence, therapeutic response, resistance to treatment, strategies for treatment of resistant depression. Results The terminology related to resistant depression was defined: lack of a therapeutic response, adequate dose, adequate duration of treatment, antidepressant intolerance, pseudo-resistance, relative resistance to treatment, absolute resistance to treatment, treatment of resistant depression, remission, recovery. Models for determining the resistance of depression have been described: the Thase & Rush model; European stepped model; A step model of the Massachusetts hospital; Step model of Maudsley; Form of the history of treatment with antidepressants. Risk factors for treatment of resistant depression were identified, and the main therapeutic strategies were described: optimization, switching, augmentation, combination and non-drug therapy. Particular attention is paid to the use of atypical antipsychotics, in particular arapiprazole, as the augmentation strategy. A complex approach is described, which includes various combinations of the above strategies. Conclusion Each case of treatment-resistant depression has its own unique characteristics and requires careful evaluation to determine the correct diagnosis and the quality of the therapeutic response. Equally important for building an adequate treatment plan is evaluating risk factors for the treatment of resistant depression. There is a wide variety of options for the treatment of resistant depression, so each therapeutic strategy should be used to help patients with treatment-resistant depression. The combination of antidepressant therapy and atypical antipsychotics with antidepressant properties in combination with psychotherapeutic intervention and adherence to adequate doses and duration of treatment may be a choice strategy for patients with treatment-resistant depression.
