Introduction. The study is relevant due to the fact that in the context of the use of special forces of the Russian Guard to counter the increased threat to Russia's national security from terrorist organizations, the problem arose of finding means to form a "new look" of a special forces officer. The question is raised about an integrative approach in the development of professional qualities of future officers of the special forces of the National Guard troops. Materials and methods. The experimental study involved 160 cadets of the Special Forces Faculty of the Novosibirsk Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation named after I. K. Yakovlev. The following methods were used: according to moral qualities (motivation for success, Ehlers methodology, value-semantic organization of a personality, methodology for studying the volitional organization of a personality (scale of value-semantic organization of a personality), according to psychological qualities (volitional self-regulation, the methodology by Zverkov and Ehidman, neuropsychic stability, Rybnikov's methodology "Forecast 2", readiness to take risks, Schubert's method), according to physical qualities (mastering professionally applied operations; the control method and testing were used to assess the level of development). The statistical analysis was performed using Student's t-test and Pearson's χ2 test. Results. By the fifth year of studying, as a result of implementing the program "Prospects for the optimal development of professional qualities among cadets of the Special Forces Faculty of the Military Institute of the National Guard Troops", most cadets show a significant increase in terms of the development of moral, mental, and physical qualities. In particular, statistically significant changes were revealed in: the level of neuropsychic stability (χ2 = 10.225; p < 0.01); the level of risk readiness (χ2 = 13.298; p < 0.01); the level of motivation for success (χ2 = 17.045; p < 0.001); development of the value-semantic organization of the personality (χ2 = 18.240; p < 0.001). Conclusion. The main direction of further research is to optimize the professional training of special forces officers, which will improve the level of professional training of a graduate of the Special Forces Faculty of the Military Institute of the National Guard Troops.

In this paper the problem of the relationship of education and production with the consideration of the essence of the professional training of future engineers-educators in the field of food technologies is outlined. It is noted that in order to form a competent pedagogue engineer in the field of food technologies, it is necessary to use the potential embodied in such forms of integration of the "education-science-production" system as the dual purposeful training of future engineers-educators in the field of food technologies. Manufacturing practices are an important component of the interaction between institutions of higher education and production. The leading approach to organizing and conducting industrial practices of future engineers-educators in the field of food technologies in the research and production complex is the integration of theoretical, professional, practical, educational and research activities of students. It has been determined that the integrative nature of all stages of students’ industrial practice should be ensured by implementation of a number of basic principles in the educational process, including: the connection between education and life; compliance with the content and organization of the educational process requirements of production to the educational institution and future specialists; systematic, continuity, complication of the goals and objectives set from the course to the course; the complex nature of pedagogical influence, which involves the unity of professional and personal development of students. The author’s research suggests that the interaction of professional education with production should be carried out in positions of an integrative approach, which ensures the common purpose, commonality of content, community of activities, the common values of education and production. The author proposed the structure of continuous education (educational cluster) of future engineers-educators in the field of food technologies at the pedagogical university.

The researcher stresses the importance of the future specialist intercultural awareness for effective communicative interaction with the representatives of other cultural groups in order to conduct an intercultural interaction at the level of an individual or a group, apply knowledge about cultural characteristics in the communication process and more. The purpose of the course is described taking into account the requirements of the current tourist labour market. The researcher singles out religious and pilgrimage tourism as widespread today. In Ukraine, religious tourism is gaining considerable popularity among both domestic and foreign tourists. The growth in the number of tourists entails an increase in intercultural contacts during tourist trips. This, in turn, poses a new challenge to tourism educational institutions in terms of the specialists professional training quality in this field, taking into consideration their knowledge of one or more foreign languages. In the present work, the integrative approach of the process of environmental education in the initial formation of Mathematics and Physics professors of the University of Pinar del Río “Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca” is studied in depth, given the shortcomings that at the cognitive, procedural, and attitudinal level the graduates of this career have in order to keep up with the school requirements. This approach is conceived from all the components of professional training (university, labor, research, and extension components) and is concretized in each academic year based on integrative projects. For this purpose, we used methods of the theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical levels of knowledge. The practical validity of the proposal was evaluated from its introduction in the first year of the career through a pre-experiment where 22 students and 11 teachers participated. The techniques used to collect the information were a survey, interviews, and a pedagogical test. The results obtained show the effectiveness of the proposal, since its use allowed to transform the actions of teachers and students in the academic year and made possible the integrated appropriation of the environmental contents. This experience is generalizable to other academic years and university careers; for this, it is recommended to start from the professional problems related to the environmental education that future graduates must solve according to their profile, as well to guarantee the prior methodological training of teachers of different subjects for interdisciplinary work and cooperate with projects of the year.

The article examines the features of the process of professional training of future teachers — educators of preschool children and primary school teachers, in particular, in the development of public health; analyses the experience of the formation of the readiness of students of pedagogical specialties for the development of personal skills of healthy ways of lifestyle and promotion of favorable natural and social environment during pedagogical practice for future professional activities. The presented study uses a set of methods: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison, contrasting, systematization, generalization), empirical (observation, conversations, questionnaires) for the formation and awareness of public health values in the student community. For a comprehensive study of the issue, materials of conferences, forums, orders on the development of public health in Ukraine are considered. Scholars and specialists determine the main approaches to the development of public health: assessment of the state of public health; protection of health, including ensuring environmental safety, food products; assessment of risk factors for noncommunicable diseases (tobacco, alcohol, nutrition and physical activity); information and explanatory activities; enhancing research in the field of health. The goal of scientific research is realised. The results of the work show high efficiency in implementing organizational and pedagogical aspects of the content of educational programs in the professional training of future teachers in the development of public health. Theoretical understanding and the obtained results of practical work with students of the first (Bachelor’s) educational level of specialties 012 “Preschool Education and 013 Primary Education” make it possible to determine the essence and content of the development of elements of public health during the student life of applicants for higher education and for the future professional activities of teachers of preschool and primary education. In our further research on a certain problem, we aim at monitoring the level of public health formation among students of the second (Master’s) educational level and their preparedness to perform the functions of experts to ensure conditions for the implementation of the content of health-saving activities in the Pedagogical Institute
