The quality of the communicative process can rightfully be attributed to the factor of realizing the potential capabilities of the subjects of the educational process in the framework of sports activities, namely the coach and the athlete. The coach, using the appropriate means of communication, must transfer his knowledge to the athlete and thus realize his professional and personal capabilities. The athlete, in turn, perceiving instructions and information from the coach, strives for the fullest possible realization of his existing abilities. At the same time, during interpersonal interaction in the process of mastering the corresponding motor skills, the coach, in parallel and inevitably, also influences the formation of the psychological qualities of a young football player. The purpose of the work was to analyze the mechanisms and nature of the influence of the use of feedback techniques in the context of the coach's influence on the level of self-esteem and self-confidence of an athlete. Research results. The paper presents the results of theoretical analysis and generalization of practical experience regarding the possibilities of using feedback techniques. In the course of the research, verbal and non-verbal signals from the side of the coach were considered as a factor influencing the process of forming an adequate level of self-esteem and confidence in an athlete. Demonstrated the mechanism and nature of the influence of the use of feedback techniques by the trainer, depending on their positive or negative orientation. In addition, the result of the work was the substantiation of the fact that the systemic, purposeful and consistent use of feedback techniques as a means of communication in the learning process creates favorable conditions for the formation of the necessary level of confidence and the level of self-esteem of an athlete.

Under the current circumstances of foreign academic degree students in University of Science and Technology Liaoning (the foreign academic degree students come from different countries and have different foundations, different languages and different learning habits), based on the PBL theory, this work has proposed the teaching-method reformation of foreign degree students, which is combining the group study and assignment-oriented study together to reinforce students' learning process, and to improve the teaching effect. There are five steps in teaching-method reformation: questions prepared by instructors, references researching, group communication and study, in- class discussion and teacher's evaluation and summary. It is conducive to the rational allocation of the proportion of “teaching” and “learning”, promoting students' active learning. The methodology would help improve the quality of the teachers and evoke self-esteem and self-confidence of the students, stimulate their enterprising spirit.

Objectives. Cooking interventions are used in therapeutic and rehabilitative settings; however, little is known about the influence of these interventions on psychosocial outcomes. This systematic review examines the research evidence regarding the influence of cooking interventions on psychosocial outcomes. Methods. A systematic review of the literature examined peer-reviewed research using Embase, PubMed, CINALH Plus, and PsychInfo with the following search terms: cooking, culinary, baking, food preparation, cookery, occupational therapy, mental health, mood, psychosocial, affect, confidence, self-confidence, self-esteem, socialization, and rehabilitation. Inclusion criteria were the following: adults, English, influence of cooking interventions on psychosocial outcomes. PRISMA guidelines were used. Results. The search yielded 377 articles; and 11 ultimately met inclusion criteria and were reviewed. Generally, the quality of the research was weak due to nonrandomization, unvalidated research tools, and small sample sizes. However, inpatient and community-based cooking interventions yielded positive influences on socialization, self-esteem, quality of life, and affect. Conclusions. Finding benefits to cooking that extend beyond nutritional may be helpful in increasing motivation and frequency of cooking. This review suggests that cooking interventions may positively influence psychosocial outcomes, although this evidence is preliminary and limited. Further qualitative and rigorous quantitative research are needed to identify mechanisms by which cooking interventions may improve psychosocial outcomes.

AbstractThis paper presents an extensive literature review of the psychology of facelift patients as it has evolved over the past 50 years. Earlier studies revealed significant levels of pre and perioperative depression. Facelift patients generally exhibit emotional and social concerns about facial appearance that are higher than the general population. Many are undergoing midlife situational stresses and may lack the positive characteristics to deal with them. The most common diagnoses seen include depression, impulsivity, unstable personality, and passive dependence, albeit not necessarily serious. Improvement in body image is the major driver for surgery. Characteristics of female patients as defined by their age are described. These include the younger emotionally dependent group, the worker group of middle age, and the older grief group. Male patients are seen to have a higher level of psychological dysfunction, but a higher improvement in postoperative quality of life. Motivations for surgery include increasing self-esteem, making new friends, improving relationships, and getting better jobs. Overall patient satisfaction is more than 95%, with improvement seen in positive changes in their life, increased self-confidence and self-esteem, decreased self-consciousness about their appearance, and overall improvement in quality of life. Postoperative psychological reactions are seen in about half the patients, these primarily being anxiety and depression of varying degrees. Predictors of patient satisfaction include the desire for self-image improvement in contradistinction to a change in life situation. Negative predictors include male sex, young age, unrealistic expectations, relationship disturbances, and preexisting psychological pathology. The importance of good patient selection in achieving a satisfied patient is outlined and emphasized.

ABSTRACTFacial esthetics, including oral esthetics, can severely affect children's quality-of-life, causing physical, social and psychological impairment. Children and adolescents with esthetic-related dental malformations are potential targets for bullies. This study was aimed to present and discuss patients who suffered from bullying at school and family environment due to esthetic-related teeth anomalies. Providing an adequate esthetic dental treatment is an important step in their rehabilitation when the lack of esthetic is the main source of bullying. After dental treatment, we noted significant improvement in self-esteem, self-confidence, socialization and academic performance of all patients and improvement in parental satisfaction regarding the appearance of their children. It is imperative that both family and school care providers be constantly alert about bullying in order to prevent or interrupt aggressive and discriminatory practices against children and adolescents. Clearly, dental anomalies may be a motive for bullying.

The aim of this article is, firstly, an analysis of numerous deficiencies and the consequences of the educational process generated congestion programs, books, calendar and lesson plans, as well as the immense amount of homework; Secondly, modeling of normalized learning process, which is entirely possible to achieve high quality education based on successful implementation of the principle of availability of learning and teaching of all other principles. In this regard, the most obvious abnormal congestion is stated for the seniors immense amount of homework that is incompatible with the principle of accessibility of education and school hygiene requirements. It is noted also that studies of many local authors found negative effects of abnormally overloaded amount of homework. However, numerous studies have concluded less obvious, but the most dangerous  overloading  of  school  curricula  and  textbooks.  Appeal  to  the  measurement  of  educational  overloads  done  by V. P. Bespalko shows that students are forced to use mathematics textbooks, whose congestion contains between 5-fold to 20- fold. Effectiveness in study for many students with these textbooks V. P. Bespalko describes the term "zero success." It is ascertained spread of zero (ie, disastrous) the level of success of the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry. It is shown that abnormal overload programs and textbooks causes long chain of  other anomalous phenomena in the educational process such as the loss of the opportunity to implement the principle of availability, training and all other didactic principles; distribution of zero-level retention on the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry; the loss of students’ desire to learn, that paralyzes the assimilation education content; mechanical memorization of educational material; the forced nature of the training activity of the students and the teacher's position occasioned by the authoritarian it; school boredom,  indiscipline,  but  teaching  students,  which  in  turn  becomes  the  cause  of  the  juvenile;  application  of  teachers antipedagogical means of maintaining discipline; catastrophically high incidence of students. This circuit anomalies learning process does not end there. Its sequel is the subjects of individual research. The standardization of the educational process is considered as the maximum possible elimination of educational and all other overloads generated by their anomalies. It is shown that strong guidance for implementing learning is normalized in the pedagogical heritage of J. A. Comenius, A. Distervega, practical experience in solving the problem of eliminating congestion educational (Frohlich school, modern educational reforms in Singapore). In this regard, it also emphasizes the relevance of the concept of structuralism, sponsored by the famous Polish dydakt K. Sosnitskii.

The triple and parallel loss of quality of life, health, and ability without an organic reason is what we normally recognize as a life crisis, stress, or a burnout. Not being in control is often a terrible and unexpected experience. Failure on the large existential scale is not a part of our expectations, but most people will experience it. The key to getting well again is to get resources and help, which most people experience with shame and guilt. Stress and burnout might seem to be temporary problems that are easily handled, but often the problems stay. It is very important for the physician to identify this pattern and help the patient to realize the difficulties and seriousness of the situation, thus helping the patient to assume responsibility and prevent existential disaster, suicide, or severe depression. As soon as the patient is an ally in fighting the dark side of life and works with him/herself, the first step has been reached. Existential pain is really a message to us indicating that we are about to grow and heal. In our view, existential problems are gifts that are painful to receive, but wise to accept. Existential problems require skill on the part of the holistic physician or therapist in order to help people return to life—to their self-esteem, self-confidence, and trust in others. In this paper, we describe how we have met the patients soul to soul and guided them through the old pains and losses in order to get back on the track to life.
