The purpose of the work is to analyze the scientific literature on the constitutional features of the occurrence and course of psoriasis. The analysis of modern scientific literature in the scientific databases PubMed, eLIBRARY.RU and Web of Science was carried out. A review of the literature indicates the current state of the problem of such a disease as psoriasis, which is not only a skin lesion but also a serious socio-psychological problem. Given its chronic nature, lack of etiopathogenetic treatment, and knowing the trigger factors in the right way, it would be a good idea to look for early predisposition for the disease and to form risk groups for such individuals. Ideal in terms of efficiency and cheapness, given the results of the above studies, could be anthropological studies. The study of the constitutional features of the occurrence and course of psoriasis for the population of Ukraine is thus a priority and topical area of research.

This research presents a literature review of published scientific literature on the Coromandel Peninsula, a well-known region of the northern part of the North Island of New Zealand. It contains many biological, geological, and historical features and is well known for beautiful scenery, resulting from a volcanic rock-dominated terrestrial environment influenced by oceanic factors at the coast. All these factors have combined to make the Coromandel a popular tourism destination for New Zealanders and offshore visitors. In researching the current state of knowledge of the region, we searched three scientific databases to define the main ways of studying the region. The results demonstrated a high interest in biological and environmental factors, reflected in the type and scale of conservation measures applied to flora and fauna of the region. Additionally, specificity of geological evolution was a highly examined subject, in the context of hydrothermal alteration as related to gold and silver mineralization resulting in extensive exploration and mining. Meanwhile, indigenous cultural aspects of the land were not recognizable as expected within Western scientific literature, even though the region contains sites recognized as some of the earliest Māori habitations. Therefore, we suggest future studies to expand our understanding of scientific, cultural, and social aspects of the region as applied to the field of conservation in the region.

Evaluation and validation studies of quantitative exposure models for occupational exposure assessment are still scarce and generally only consider a limited number of exposure scenarios. The aim of this review was to report the current state of knowledge of models’ reliability in terms of precision, accuracy, and robustness. A systematic review was performed through searches of major scientific databases (Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed), concerning reliability of Tier1 (“ECETOC TRA”-European Centre for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals Targeted Risk Assessment, MEASE, and EMKG-Expo-Tool) and Tier2 models (STOFFENMANAGER® and “ART”-Advanced Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Tool). Forty-five studies were identified, and we report the complete information concerning model performance in different exposure scenarios, as well as between-user reliability. Different studies describe the ECETOC TRA model as insufficient conservative to be a Tier1 model, in different exposure scenarios. Contrariwise, MEASE and EMKG-Expo-Tool seem to be conservative enough, even if these models have not been deeply evaluated. STOFFENMANAGER® resulted the most balanced and robust model. Finally, ART was generally found to be the most accurate and precise model, with a medium level of conservatism. Overall, the results showed that no complete evaluation of the models has been conducted, suggesting the need for correct and harmonized validation of these tools.

Introduction: Since the beginning of the pandemic in December 2019, COVID-19 caused by the infection of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), in addition to the clinical manifestations already, can develop changes in the rate of blood clotting, where there are already notifications of Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) associated with the virus. Objective: To know the characteristics of patients with COVID-19 affected by CVA, documented in the scientific literature. Method: A systematic literature review was carried out, using the MeSH Brower platform descriptors, namely: Stroke and Coronavirus, with an AND expression. The articles were searched in scientific databases: PubMed, MEDLINE Complete and SCIELO. 217 studies were found, of which 04 publications were included in this research. Results: Parallel studies on patient characteristics: elderly, male and comorbidities, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and obesity, all risk factors for stroke. However, there were cases of young patients affected by CVA after the diagnosis of COVID-19. With regard to neurological changes, the researched articles state that most patients have symptoms such as deviation of the labial commissure on the right, dysarthria, aphasia, hemiplegia and hemianesthesia on the left. Conclusion: Although this incidence is not known, CVA is emerging as a complication of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this sense, further studies on the subject are necessary, since the elucidation of thrombotic mechanisms in patients with COVID- 19 can generate complications to prevent complications such as Cerebrovascular Accident.

The research conducted in this paper is directed towards a bibliometric review and a visualization analysis of the relationship between innovation and sustainability. The main objective is to empirically document the intellectual structure, the volume and the knowledge-development directions. For this objective, we used the VOS Viewer software and the scientific databases ISI Web of Science (WoS). We identify that there is a big increase in volume of articles on innovation and sustainability published in the last 10 years, from 2010 up to 2019, compared to the entire period before 2010. Given the large amount of the literature, we form an ample database of 436 peer-reviewed articles published in the last 10 years. The bibliometric analysis reveals the most influential journals, authors and papers in the studied field. This research reveals that by combining the main aspects of innovation and sustainability in a single concept like “sustainable innovation”, an emerging topic can appear, and it can offer new research directions in the very big field of innovation and in the new and actual field of sustainability.

The article deals with highlighting of the results of psychological problem analysis demanded by the current state of the development of psychotherapy – medical and psychological science and practice of treatment by word; establishing the relationship between psychology, psychiatry and psychotherapy, which has been recently formed in the world practice on providing psychological care; identifying the ideas of scientists and practitioners working in the field of psychotherapy, the strategies and tactics of training future psychotherapists in universities. The article presents debatable, sometimes diametrically opposed, views of domestic and foreign scientists (physicians, practicing psychotherapists and supervisors) on the definition of their own, different from each other, subjects in psychology, psychiatry and psychotherapy - sciences related to a common object of study – the human psyche, as well as which of the specialists who provide psychological assistance has the right to work as a psychotherapist. Considerable attention in the content of this article is paid to the explanation of what points of view exist in the representatives of science, public organizations, medicine and psychology on the delimitation of psychotherapeutic functions and powers of psychotherapists at present; showing how the competencies of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychoanalysts, medical psychotherapists and psychologists-psychotherapists differ, and what are the specific differences between them. The traditions and author’s understanding of training the future psychotherapists in medical and psychological institutions of higher education and retraining of specialists in the field of psychotherapy, as well as the role and importance of psycholinguistic knowledge, discursive skills, abilities and competencies in psychotherapeutic education are described. The results of monitoring the content of training the psychotherapists in medical and psychological institutions of higher education in the specialties: “clinical psychology”, “psychotherapy” are shown, the imperfection characteristic for the current psychotherapeutic education are described, and it is emphasized on existing of the problem of significant terminological disorder not only among the names of specialities acording to which the psychotherapists are trained, but also in the educational and professional qualifications received by future specialists. It is proved that regardless of the medical or psychological sphere in psychotherapy, it cannot exist and develop in a promising direction without applied psycholinguistics, which equips it with scientifically substatiated rational means, in particular speech-language psychotechnics, metamodels of psychological (discursive) influence, samples of psychotherapeutic discourses providing lapidary effective intervention in the subconscious and conscious layers of the psyche of clients / patients.
