It is determined that they mark a combination of interrelated components – institutional, organizational, financial and economic, incentives and motivation, which can be distinguished in separate systems quite conditionally. At the same time, social responsibility should undoubtedly be present as a constant factor in agricultural management as a kind of gratitude to business for economic benefits in the form of solving social and environmental problems. Therefore, the mechanisms of its implementation and management should be aimed at the end result: not only increasing the volume of JI, but also improving the reputation of agricultural enterprises, strengthening the image and on this basis – profitability. Therefore, the use of social responsibility mechanisms should be based on a business process approach. It is also necessary to take into account the increased role in the implementation of social responsibility and its management of information and informatization and digitization of activities. They contribute not only to its programming and effective management, but also to control over financial and other resources. Field of application of results. The structure of the integrated mechanism contains general information on the formation of social responsibility of economic entities. It has the form of interconnected blocks, the basis of which is based on the business process concept of management and business decisions aimed at developing and selecting the best possible alternative solutions to a particular problem. The proposed approach allows to develop an enlarged model that can be detailed, identifying the main stages of implementation of the mechanism of formation of social responsibility in the enterprises of agricultural and agro-industrial production in the future.

The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the effectiveness of the use of fixed assets of the enterprise. In the course of the research, the main general scientific and special methods of the research were used, such as: the method of analysis, the scientific abstraction method and the generalization method – when determining the directions the conceptual framework improvement; the systems approach method in order to determine the essence of the process of the fixed assets reproduction; the grouping method – to improve the classification of factors that influence the process of fixed assets reproduction of the enterprise; the methods of analysis and synthesis – to assess the effectiveness of methods of financing the fixed assets reproduction of the enterprise; the graphic method – for the visual image of research results etc. The efficiency of using fixed assets of the enterprise is investigated, and the directions of its increase are substantiated. The factors influencing the process of fixed assets reproduction of the agricultural enterprises are systematized in particular: reducing the number of inactive equipment, decommissioning inefficient and quickly involving unidentified equipment, improving the quality of repair equipment of fixed assets and modernizing existing equipment, as well as economic incentives for the rational use of fixed assets funds. It has been established that the assessment of the movement of fixed assets is based on the coefficients of retirement, receipt and updating of fixed assets, which to some extent depend on the species, technological and other types of structures of fixed assets of the enterprise. As a result of the study, it was found that one of the main factors in the development and functioning of agricultural enterprises in a market economy is the study of the level of influence of the security of fixed assets on the efficiency of managing agricultural enterprises. In the course of the research carried out, significant polarization was found in the effectiveness of development and social responsibility of large and small subjects of agrosphere management, which requires urgent solution to this problem. Indeed, small agricultural formations are understood not only as commodity producers, but they are the basis for the formation of the middle class in the countryside, promote employment and increase the well-being of the population. Therefore, large agribusiness should carry out social responsibility, supporting them, in particular, in the form of commodity lending, sale of finished goods, use of production capacities, development of cooperative and integration processes, and the introduction of innovations.

After summarizing the theoretical arguments and findings of this book, we discuss key lessons learned from our study. The international environment has a significant influence on civil war development and prevention. Amplifying their conflict-preventing influence on member-states, highly structured intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) often coordinate their activities, especially in the area of political violence and state fragility. We then identify a number of tangible, economic incentives as the main pathways of this influence. Overall, this book suggests that the economic benefits of peace provide a potent temptation—for both governments and rebels—to settle low-level armed conflict before it can escalate to full-scale civil war. With these lessons learned, we also identify suggestions for both the research into and practice of conflict management. The chapter closes by pointing to opportunities for making use of our findings to further capitalize on the role of highly structured IGOs in civil war prevention.

It is common practice, in the production of photovoltaic energy to only use the south-exposed roof surface of a building, in order to achieve the maximum production of solar energy while lowering the costs of the energy and the solar technologies. However, using the south-exposed surface of a roof only allows a small quota of the energy demand to be covered. Roof surfaces oriented in other directions could also be used to better cover the energy load profile. The aim of this work is to investigate the benefits, in terms of costs, self-sufficiency and self-consumption, of roof integrated photovoltaic technologies on residential buildings with different orientations. A cost-optimal analysis has been carried out taking into account the economic incentives for a collective self-consumer configuration. It has emerged, from this analysis, that the better the orientation is, the higher the energy security and the lower the energy costs and those for the installation of photovoltaic technologies. In general, the use of south-facing and north-facing roof surfaces for solar energy production has both economic and energy benefits. The self-sufficiency index can on average be increased by 8.5% through the use of photovoltaic installations in two directions on gable roofs, and the maximum level that can be achieved was on average 41.8, 41.5 and 35.7% for small, medium and large condominiums, respectively. Therefore, it could be convenient to exploit all the potential orientations of photovoltaic panels in cities to improve energy security and to provide significant economic benefits for the residential users.

In Romania, large companies, most of which are multinationals, have made significant progress in integrating the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their activity. The concept of CSR in small and medium-sized companies is still in the early stages of reporting, but with great development prospects. Romanian companies have gradually begun to develop their own culture in terms of social responsibility. The main objective of this article is to analyze how Romanian authors approach CSR theories in their research. The CSR action is seen by the authors as an interdependent relationship between corporations and society. Social requirements are generally considered to be a way in which society interacts with the business environment and gives it a certain legitimacy and prestige. Given that the history of the concept of CSR is long and diverse, I must emphasize that this article focuses on the publications of Romanian authors who based their work on a theory of CSR, providing an original perspective and understanding of the concept of CSR. The research methodology approached involves analysis and synthesis appeal. The study shows that integrative theories are the most common, based on the papers of Romanian authors regarding the concept of CSR. Most articles are based on the idea that the business depends on society to continue its activity and to develop, there is an interdependent relationship between the company and society.

The prerequisites of optimal plan for resource management of an agricultural enterprise to get the maximum profit with ensuring acceptable dynamics of resource potential are analyzed in the article. It is established that the maximum level of economic return is possible in special condition with corresponding alternation of resource-restoring and intensive mode. Moreover, the intensive mode is inefficient in special economic conditions due the aftereffect of this mode critically reduces the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise. It is proved that the optimal plan of the proposed mechanism resource management has common features with an intensive resource using mode than with a resource-restoring one. It indicates about the economic orientation of optimal resource management. The resource-restoring practice is a necessary tool for ensuring a sustainable level of resource potential. Based on the results of a comparative analysis with alternative scenarios for the development of resource management practices, the effectiveness of the optimal plan is proved. Effective management of production conditions that form the resource potential of agricultural enterprises creates competitive advantages in the form of additional economic benefits. This is a necessary prerequisite for the reproduction of resources of an agricultural enterprise as the basis of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. It is proposed to use the principles of dynamic programming in the resource management of agricultural enterprises. Dynamic programming is defined as an effective alternative to adaptive mechanisms for improving the management of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises. The main advantage is the implementation of the goal-setting function of the management system in the system of strategic planning of enterprise development.

This article features a topical research, which is determined by the state of the economic sphere of life of modern Russian society. It focuses on the agricultural economic field of activity represented by agricultural enterprises. In the process of researching issues raised in the article, we have used general and specific scientific research methods, such as observation, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. They are what made it possible to identify economic risks that affect the financial stability of economic entities. We have focused on the financial risks of agricultural enterprises. Activities in agriculture are risky, and the growth of agricultural production, financial stability, etc., depends on how subjects overcome economic risks of various types. It is no secret that the growth of agricultural production is largely shaped by export economic operations. Thus, this leads to a drop in domestic consumer demand. Economic risks can lead to financial insolvency of agricultural enterprises. The article focuses on the specifics of the bankruptcy procedure of an agricultural organization. We provide quantitative indicators on declaring a debtor bankrupt by sectors of the economy for 2017 and 2018, including ones for bankruptcies of agricultural enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk region. Using systematic approach, we come to the conclusion about the main problems associated with the financial insolvency of agricultural enterprises.
