The author comes to the conclusion from the theoretical analysis that the Internet psychology in the meaning of a branch of psychology unites the methodology, theory and researching practice of the types, methods and principles of people using of Internet services. It appeared almost immediately after the Internet and develops in parallel with it. Now this branch is still at the stage of formation and requires significant revision of the terminological apparatus and the development of its own methodological base. Her active development will depend directly of increasing amount of time that modern man spends in cyberspace. In addition, the article identifies some significant discoveries in the area of the Internet psychology, classic works, main research problems and their representatives, and also the technical and psychological specifics of the Internet in their interconnection. The key directions of the modern Internet psychology developing are the psychological analysis of human-internet interaction, the psycholinguistic specificity of Internet genres and discourses, the peculiarities of Internet communication, the specificity of virtual world existence (psychology of hypertext), personality on the Internet. The technical specificity of virtual technology causes some psychological features on the Internet, in particular the restriction of sensory experience only visual and auditory, different from the real world sense of space and time, the emergence of negative emotions with limited accessibility to cyberspace, the constant fixation of cyberspace results, virtual identity, online self disengagement, status alignment, unlimited contact availability, changing priorities.

It is argued that the methodological backbone for assessing the degree of enterprise economic security is its hierarchical structure. The paper seeks to explore the existing approaches to building an enterprise economic security framework. It has been revealed that only few of them demonstrate a hierarchical structure, yet the existing hierarchies have certain limitations and offer areas for improvement. The purpose of the study is to develop a multi-level hierarchical structure of an enterprise economic security which, unlike the existing ones, would allow for a more objective assessment of the overall economic security as well as its separate elements with regard to both static and dynamic nature of economic security. To accomplish the objectives, the following research methods have been employed: generalization, reasoning, grouping – for analyzing various scholars’ views on the object of the study and drawing conclusions of the content analysis of primary sources; analysis and synthesis – for interpreting the main research categories and providing rationale for new elements of economic security. The paper provides insights to the principles of building a structure of enterprise economic security along with suggesting an improved hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security model using the proposed multidimensional approach. The enterprise economic security concept is viewed from the two perspectives, in a wide and a narrow sense. An author's definition of an «enterprise» concept in a broad sense is provided. The broader interpretation of the enterprise economic security entails the aspects of stakeholders’ economic security affected by the economic security of the enterprise. The separate elements of the economic security of various groups of the enterprise stakeholders have been identified. The floating nature of the hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security has been demonstrated. A particular case of the hierarchy that provides twelve levels of consecutive elements has been discussed. The proposed hierarchical structure of the enterprise economic security successfully accommodates its binary nature subject to its static and dynamic character. The findings verify that the suggested elements could be used to select indicators for assessing the overall economic security as well as its particular types. It is argued that the methodology for measuring the degree of enterprise economic security should rely on a comprehensive study of its elements and consistent integration of the results of their bottom-up assessment for each level of the hierarchical structure.

Abstract As audience-oriented and information-driven organisations, museums are embracing the Internet and interactive technology for developing virtual museums by encouraging the participation of the users in cultural activities. Technology does not exist per se being socially shaped. Museums have the opportunity to promote social innovation by developing technology and opening up to the audience as an active participant in the definition of cultural contents emphasising the interaction and communication between museums and their users. The Internet and interactive technology help museums to drive service innovation by opening up to the participation of the audience in defining cultural heritage contents. As virtual-oriented and technology-driven organisations, museums are becoming social, developing social spaces for innovation, selecting different pathways by managing information and knowledge sharing, developing interactive and virtual technology, building a shared authority on cultural heritage, involving the user as an active participant in co-production of cultural heritage knowledge.

From among the 35–40 elm species existing around the world, three are native to Europe: the wych elm (Ulmus glabra Huds.), the European white elm, (Ulmus laevis Pall.), and the field elm (Ulmus minor Mill.). The populations of these trees have been greatly reduced as a result of a decrease in the total area of riparian forests. Furthermore, for nearly 100 years, they have been destroyed by Dutch elm disease (DED). The main research problems of this study are: what are the habitat preferences of elms growing in a given area; and whether the occurrence of DED depends on the species of elm and the habitat in which it occurs. The results presented here are based on field studies and observations have been supplemented with data from forest inventories. All of the examined elms are definitely more abundant in habitats that are fertile or very fertile and moist, with a neutral or slightly alkaline soil pH. The preference for moist sites is the most evident in the case of U. laevis and the least evident in the case of U. glabra. A slight shift in habitat preferences of the field elm, compared to the white elm, towards less humid conditions was observed. The predominant species of elm in the studied area is currently U. laevis, which was rarely cultivated in forests in the past. In the examined area, the field elm population is clearly on the decline mainly due to the long-term presence of Dutch elm disease. U. glabra is the rarest species in the examined area and most often found on slopes. The current proportions of individual species should be maintained. This paper discusses factors, including ones not connected with DED, that may be responsible for the current state of populations of particular species of elm in forests of Central Europe.

One of the most important issues in the study of the functioning of the Internet language is the definition of the features of each Internet genre presented in online communication, taking into account the linguocultural features of the language in question. This paper studies the genre of the Internet comments of the Arabic-speaking blogosphere and reveals its stylistic features. The most common goal of the comment is gratitude, followed by praise. We created a corpus of comments from blogs of various subjects, and then conducted the tagging, having identified the group to which we attributed a comment, depending on the subject and the communicative goal. With the help of the Lexico 3 software, the most frequent lexical units were identified, the lexical features of the comments were described, the main one being the widespread use of religionyms, and the relationship between the blog subject and the stylistic characteristics of communication was revealed. The article traces the correlation between the literary and colloquial functional style in the comments, and also draws a conclusion that the comments are of a conversational, informal character. The main devices of expressiveness that are characteristic for both network and pre-network communication were revealed, and the tendency of the analysts to observe in the comments a stable three-part composition (greeting, message, final formula). The influence of traditional Arabic rhetoric, as well as the epistolary genre, was preserved. The results of the paper can be used when studying other genres of Internet communication in Arabic and in comparative studies to create the linguistic software.

Subject. The article examines the laws regulating insider trading. Objectives. The study outlines recommendations for refining Law On Countering the Illegal Use of Insider Information and Market Manipulation and Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, № 224-ФЗ of July 27, 2010. Methods. The methodological framework includes a general dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, induction and deductions, and some specific methods, such as comparative and formal logic analysis to specify the definition of insider information, structural logic and functional analysis to improve the mechanism for countering insider trading and market manipulation. Results. We discovered key drawbacks to be addressed so as to improve the business environment in Russia. Although the Russia laws mainly mirror the U.S. laws, they present a more extended list of terms concerning the insider information. I believe the legislative perfection should be continued. Conclusions and Relevance. The study helps apply the findings to outline a new legislative regulation or amend the existing ones, add a new mention on the course of financial markets to students’ books, develop new methods for detecting and countering and improving the existing ones. If all parties to insider relationships use the findings, they will prevent insider trading crimes in financial markets and (or) reduce the negative impact of such crimes on the parties.
