Introduction. The problem of listening comprehension modeling is one of the most debatable in psycholinguistics: so far, in both Western European and American and Eastern European psycholinguistic sciences, the search for the possibility of developing a model of listening as a coherent speech is not stopped. At the same time, various scientific ideas about models and the actual process of modeling are fixed. The aim of the study. To analyze the most common models of speech perception and speech comprehension in psycholinguistics and present the created model of listening, which reproduces the unity of the processes of verbal perception and understanding of speech, which has been called “from motive to motive”. Research methods. Meta analysis of psycholinguistic sources; systematization of theoretical analysis data; generalization of scientific theses; comparison; modeling. Results. Taking into account the basic tenets of the Eastern European psycholinguistics, listening is considered in the paradigm of the “activity frame” (Leontyev, 2003) as speech-thinking activity, which components are motive, purpose, actions, operations (as the ways of performing actions), attitudes and results (products of audio), and a refined model of expression generation (Akhutina, 2002). In this context, a theoretical integrative model of listening in the unity of verbal perception and comprehension of speech has been developed taking into account the motivational processes of speech communication. The integrative listening model differs from the other in the following ways: a) the presence of the subject’s own motivation for establishing the motive of the author’s speech (text) - from the communicator’s motive to that of the communicator; b) its semantic and value orientation, which reflects the deep inter-speech stages of the course of listening; c) the presence of purpose formation as a prerequisite for the formation of meaning; d) prediction in the structure of the model of internalization and exteriorization as the driving factors in the transformation processes from external (verbal perception) to internal semantic-semantic (processing) and external sounding (reproduction of clear); e) introducing into the phases of the auditory process a stage that involves the moment when the subject of the audition (meaningful perception and comprehension of speech) plays the image of the situation of the subject of speaking (letter).

Repeatability is one of the main elements of communicating thoughts in music, so it is important to determine the quantity and quality of repeatabilities to analyze the form. We have many possible classifications of musical forms, where the moment of repeatability is reflected. However, the infinite number of possible repetitions of the same musical material makes it difficult to differentiate this aspect most accurately. At the moment there is no any classification of musical forms which would has a subtly differentiated gradation of the element of repeatability. Therefore, it is important to create a universal tool that would accurately describe this aspect in the composition. This article presents the results of a study of the influence of various methods of varying musical material on the recognition of repeated fragments of the composition. A formula is also derived that allows you to show the degree of repetition in the product in numerical terms. This will allow you to compare musical compositions in numerical terms, which will greatly facilitate the work of theorists and practitioners for whom this aspect is important. This formula is a dynamic tool, since its coefficients can be changed when conducting a more valid and extensive study. They can also be formed based on meta-analysis data. It is in this dynamism that we see the novelty and superiority of this formula over static classifications.

ABSTRACT The maintenance of postoperative fasting in patients undergoing major elective abdominal surgery is controversial, in the guild of clinical-surgical specialties. The divergences point to the resolution or aggravation of clinical factors such as paralytic ileus, expulsion of flatus, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or dehiscence of intestinal sutures. The use of the diet, generally progressive, is not accepted by all, and in the same way the moment of beginning and its duration; despite there being scientific comments from experts on the subject, which support such a procedure and coincidentally claim that the local self-regulation of intestinal motility given the intrinsic potential of its smooth muscle contributes to intestinal peristalsis, which among other factors is not favored by prolonged fasting. Medical evidence has shown that in the vast majority of studies reviewed diet has been beneficial, although the design standard for each type of meta-analysis has not been similar.  Keywords: Dynasty, pharaoh, incest, reproduction, sexuality.

Crimes against marriage and family are a particular group of social relationships that the law has defended properly in view of the high public significance and value they enjoy. At the moment they are regulated in Chapter VI, Section I, of the specific part of the Penal Code the Republic of Bulgaria. The subject matter of this Statement will, however, be the legislative provisions concerning these criminalized acts in retrospect. The purpose of the study is to show by historical method and through the comparatively legal method the development of these criminal groups during the periods of various criminal laws in Bulgaria. This will also provide a basis for reflection on possible de lege ferenda proposals. This report from a structural point of view will be divided into three distinct points, marking each of the penal laws in the Republic of Bulgaria, which were in force before 1968.

Abstract: The basis of communicative textbooks is the principle of active communication, proclaimed as the leading principle of learning. According to this principle, language teaching is built adequately to the process of speech communication, there is a practical orientation of training, a functional approach to the selection and presentation of language material, situational and thematic presentation of educational material, taking into account individual psychological characteristics and the native language of students. The problems of communicative training became the object of scientific research E.I. Passov, who proposed the term "communicative method". At the moment, communicative textbooks are used to teach all types of speech activity. In communicative text-books, the main emphasis of training is aimed at working with speech material, while the expanded grammatical material is almost absent. Such textbooks are characterized by widely used visibility illustrating texts of a communicative direction. Key words: language, communicativeness, competence, textbook, principle, speech, communication, features, textbook studies, educational complex, speech activity.

The subject of Giovanni Girolamo Savoldo’s series of Magdalene paintings has long been a matter of debate. Looking at the series in the context of the reform movement in Venice in the 1520s and 1530s, when Christ’s resurrection could be viewed metaphorically, this article aims to demonstrate that Savoldo adopts a number of motifs to convey the idea of a renewing of life, which identify “Mary” as the mother. The case made here is that Savoldo’s paintings move beyond representation to the actual process of transformation, with an experiential function where the beholder was an active participant and narrative function was subordinated.

Objective: Focal cartilage injuries, and posttraumatic osteoarthritis (OA) in the wrist are likely common and a cause of wrist pain. To estimate the incidence of cartilage lesions and to understand the pathomechanisms leading to wrist cartilage injuries and OA, a literature review on the subject was performed combined with a presentation of one of the authors’ own experience. Design: This study includes a literature review of the topic. As a comparison to the review findings, the observations of one of the authors’ consecutive 48 wrist arthroscopies, were assessed. PubMed, Scholar, and Cochrane databases were searched using the keywords “cartilage injury AND wrist AND treatment” and “wrist AND cartilage AND chondral AND osteochondral AND degenerative OA.” :Result A total of 11 articles, including 9 concerning chondral and osteochondral repair and treatment and 2 regarding posttraumatic OA, were retrieved. The cartilage repair treatments used in these articles were drilling, osteochondral autograft, juvenile articular cartilage allograft, and chondrocyte implantation. One article displayed concomitant cartilage injuries in displaced distal radius fractures in 32% of the patients. The review of our findings from a 1-year cohort of wrist arthroscopies showed 17% cartilage injuries. Conclusion: There is a lack of knowledge in current literature on cartilage injuries and treatment, as well as posttraumatic OA in the wrist. Cartilage injuries appear to be common, being found in 17% to 32% of all wrist arthroscopies after trauma, but no guidelines regarding conservative or surgical treatment can be recommended at the moment. Larger prospective comparative studies are needed.

Abstract Objective The COVID-19 outbreak started in Italy on February 20th, 2020, and has resulted in many deaths and intensive care unit (ICU) admissions. This study aimed to illustrate the epidemic COVID-19 growth pattern in Italy by considering the regional differences in disease diffusion during the first three months of the epidemic. Study design and methods Official COVID-19 data were obtained from the Italian Civil Protection Department of the Council of Ministers Presidency. The mortality and ICU admission rates per 100 000 inhabitants were calculated at the regional level and summarized via a Bayesian multilevel meta-analysis. Data were retrieved until April 21st, 2020. Results The highest cumulative mortality rates per 100 000 inhabitants were observed in northern Italy, particularly in Lombardia (85.3, 95% credibility intervals [CI] 75.7–94.7). The difference in the mortality rates between northern and southern Italy increased over time, reaching a difference of 67.72 (95% CI = 66–67) cases on April 2nd. Conclusions Northern Italy showed higher and increasing mortality rates during the first three months of the epidemic. The uncontrolled virus circulation preceding the infection spreading in southern Italy had a considerable impact on system burnout. This experience demonstrates that preparedness against the pandemic is of crucial importance to contain its disruptive effects.
