Since COVID-19 shocked the world, all business activities experienced an enormous impact, including in the field of education. UNESCO advised the world to ease the pandemic's impact on world education continuity with distance learning policies to overcome this disruption. Since then, pandemic affected countries experienced difficulties implementing that distance learning to respond to the policy. In this regard, this paper was carried out to identify additional instructional leadership competencies for teachers in managing learning in a pandemic. Evidence from the study of education shows that learning in disruption time is closely related to teachers' management in innovating such high technological virtual learning. To find answers, we conducted preliminary readings of the relevant literature. Next, we analyzed that information qualitatively by exploring what teacher instruction management is applicable during the pandemic. Then, we found that additional teaching leadership competencies can be adopted to support students learning in virtual approaches such as reflective opportunities, increasing truth among teachers and students, keeping curiosity habits, building productive communication, initiative habit, and more listening to understand others. Those additional teaching leadership competencies are useful to any party interested in supporting students learning in the pandemic disruption.

Covid-19 has now attacked Indonesia, where the spread of the disease is very fast. Not only in Indonesia, but all corners of the world are currently experiencing a health crisis. In the beginning, the spread of Covid-19 had an impact on economic activity which began to sluggish. This also has an impact on the education system in Indonesia. Until several countries decided to close schools and universities. In an effort to prevent the spread of covid-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends temporarily stopping activities that would potentially cause crowds. Even during the outbreak, covid-19 in Indonesia, there were many ways that the government did to prevent its spread through social distancing. Kemendikbud instructed through the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) Directorate of Higher Education Circular No. 1 of 2020 concerning the prevention of the spread of covid-19 in the world of Education to organize distance learning and advise students to learn from their homes. Teachers and students are starting to be required to follow the current situation by using technology as a distance learning medium. One of the media that is being favored by teachers as a learning medium is the Google Classroom application. This application is an application that can make it easier for students and teachers to create effective learning. Given that students today are a generation who are very familiar with the use of technology. The use of technology in learning is an alternative method used by teachers during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract: The learning process in schools during the Covid-19 pandemic had many problems to face. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, including Indonesia, requires taking a stand in preventing wider transmission, including the education sector. In this regard, the Ministry of Education and Culture has taken a firm stance through several circular letters relating to education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19. This paper examines the implementation of education policies during the Covid-19 pandemic related to distance learning policies. The distance learning process is a solution that is not yet optimal in its implementation. There are things that must be considered in this distance learning, among others, the quality of teacher resources must be improved, both in terms of content and methodology as well as in terms of the use of information technology. In addition, students are also less active in participating in this distance learning, both due to an unstable internet network and in terms of providing a limited internet quota. The purpose of writing this article is to study and understand the problems in learning activities during a pandemic, namely distance learning so that students can participate actively and interestingly. This study used a qualitative and observative approach. The results of this study prove that distance learning (PJJ) during the Covid-19 pandemic caused various responses and changes to the learning system that could affect the learning process and the level of development of students in responding to the material presented. Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran di sekolah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 mempunyai banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi. Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia termasuk Indonesia mengharuskan mengambil sikap dalam mencegah penularan yang lebih luas, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengambil sikap tegas melalui beberapa surat edaran berkaitan tentang kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid-19. Tulisan ini mengkaji pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 berkaitan dengan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Proses pembelajaran jarak jauh merupakan solusi yang dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal secara keseluruhan. Ada hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh ini antara lain sumber daya guru harus ditingkatkan kualitasnya, baik dari segi konten maupun metodologi juga dalam hal pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, peserta didik juga kurang aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran jarak jauh ini, baik itu disebabkan jaringan internet yang kurang stabil maupun dari segi penyediaan kuota internet yang terbatas. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mempelajari dan memahami permasalahan dalam kegiatan pemebelajaran di masa pandemi yakni pembelajaran jarak jauh agar peserta didik bisa mengikutinya dengan aktif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan observatif. Hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) di masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagai tanggapan dan perubahan pada sistem belajar yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pemebelajaran serta tingkat perkembangan peserta didik dalam merespon materi yang disampaikan.

Considering the growing concerns about the outbreak of Covid-19, a large number of educational institutions around the world have been shut down in connection with face-to-face classes. Because of this virus, damage to education has increased; As we face the unpredictable future found around the world, we need to provide our society as a whole with flexible and vibrant education systems. In this paper, a meta-analysis method is adopted and the related literature. Relevant literature was conducted to entrap the core of further study during the period. Findings show that universities around the world are increasingly moving toward online education or elearning. The study also shows that ICT is an important component of integrated learning, in addition to a variety of resources such as staff willingness, trust, student reachability, and stimulus. This paper suggests that faculty members should use and use technology and technical clothing to enhance learning during these unexpected times. This suggests that online and distance learning is a requirement during lock-down and social distance due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The world is being rocked by the covid-19 pandemic outbre            ak. The pandemic effect on all human activities as a whole, whitout exception the education world. Education as an one of the heart of the nation’s solid survival must be save under these conditions, including education in Indonesia. Since the implementation of learning at home by the goverment on March, 16, 2020, learning patterns have changed in such a way. The question is, what kind of learning is effective in the present? In this case, the problem to be answered will be examined with the idea of distance learning (PJJ) through online media in an effort to keep the learning and learning process going. This research uses library research, while the source of data is obtained through a variety of relevant literature. In this case, the researcher uses theory of problem based learning and distance learning. As a result, the learning process at this time still needs to be intensively studied, improved and further developed. In addition, improving the format of education is a shared responsibility of all elements of society, working hand in hand and supporting the resilience and effectiveness of learning at all levels of education is a necessity.

Tumbuh kembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi informasi, khususnya teknologi informasi komunikasi banyak membawa dampak yang positif bagi berkembangnya dunia informasi dan terlebih khusus lagi pada dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan formal, informal, dan non formal dapat menikmati fasilitas teknologi informasi komunikasi dari yang simpel sampai kepada yang kompleks. Format-format pendidikan yang mungkin tersedia di abad ke-21 yaitu Cyber (E-Learning) yang merupakan belajar atau pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi komunikasi melalui perangkat komputer dan atau internet, open/distance learning yaitu model pembelajaran jarak jauh, dimana guru dan peserta didik/siswa berada dalam satu tempat yang berbeda tetapi bisa dengan waktu yang sama, serta dengan kemajuan teknolosi saat ini bisa juga dengan bertatap muka melalui kamera tetapi tidak bisa bertatap fisik secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa dapat berkomunikasi dengan lancar dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo   The growth and development of science and information technology, especially information and communication technology has brought many positive impacts for the development of the world of information and especially in the world of education. Formal, informal, and non-formal education can enjoy information communication technology facilities from the simple to the complex. Educational formats that may be available in the 21st century are Cyber ​​(E-Learning) which is learning or learning through the use of information and communication technology through computers and or the internet, open/distance learning, which is a distance learning model, where teachers and participants students/students are in a different place but can be at the same time, and with current technological advances it can also be face-to-face through the camera but cannot meet physically directly. The article analyzes the experience of distance learning in conditions of self-isolation, obtained in the spring of 2020 in higher education institutions. A survey of students in the first days of transition to online training and after three months of working in this mode revealed the most common difficulties manifested in the subjective assessments of cadets and teachers of higher education organizations. Four groups of difficulties are identified that, according to students, reduce not only the productivity of work in the process of forced distance learning, but also the satisfaction of this form of training: difficulties associated with a decrease in motivation, creativity, and the value of professional training; difficulties in understanding and completing tasks; user difficulties when working with a computer; technical difficulties associated with unsatisfactory computer or Internet performance. Quantitative characteristics of each group of difficulties are given, their probable causes and ways to support students are discussed. Some data from the survey of students and teachers after three months of training in self-isolation are presented. A number of data on the psychological causes of subjective difficulties of students is provided.

ABSTRAK: Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap dunia pendidikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia yang berjalan sangat pasif. Pembelajaran konvensional terpaksa diganti dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh via daring. Selain dari pembelajaran formal, aktivitas literasi juga terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu cara agar pembelajaran berjalan sesuai dengan standar, maka semua elemen pendidikan harus memanfaatkan teknologi dalam menghubungkan antara guru dan siswa. Melihat hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana pemanfaatan WhatsApp yang digunakan sebagai media kegiatan literasi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 233 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat dikatakan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan WhatsApp sebagai media dalam aktivitas literasi dapat memantik minat masyarakat dari berbagi jenjang, mulai dari siswa, mahasisa, pekerja rumah tangga, guru, dan lain-lain. Salah satu aktivitas literasi yang dilakukan dalam grup WhatsApp adalah pelatihan menulis judul cerita berbantuan gambar. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah WhatsApp dapat dijadikan sebuah media dalam kegiatan berliterasi di masa pandemi Covid-19.KATA KUNCI: Covid-19; kegiatan literasi; pemanfaatan WhatsApp.�UTILIZING WHATSAPP AS A MEDIA IN LITERACY ACTIVITIES IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD�ABSTRACT: The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a very significant impact on the world of education. This can be seen in the development of education in Indonesia which runs very passively. Conventional learning has to be replaced with distance learning via online. Apart from formal learning, literacy activities have also been affected by Covid-19 pandemic. One way for learning to run according to standards, all elements of education must take advantage of technology in connecting teachers and students. Seeing, this study aims to describe how the use of WhatsApp is used as a medium for literacy activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative method. The number of participants in this study amounted to 233 people. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be said that using WhatsApp as a medium in literacy activities can spark people's interest from sharing levels, starting from students, students, domestic workers, teachers, and others. One of the literacy activities carried out in the WhatsApp group is training in writing story titles aided by images. The conclusion that can be drawn is that WhatsApp can be used as a medium for literacy activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.KEYWORDS: Covid-19; literacy activities; use of WhatsApp.

The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.

The problem of introducing distance learning in primary school is actualized by the development of social networks and Internet technologies, which open unlimited horizons for their application in educational activities. In addition, the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine requires primary school teachers to find ways to effectively master the program material. Among such ways is distance learning. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the specifics and possibilities of organizing the educational process in primary school with the use of distance learning. In the process of scientific research methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization were used. Distance learning in primary school is defined as a form of organization and implementation of the educational process, in which the subjects of learning (teachers and students) in the online mode carry out educational interaction in principle and mainly extraterritorially. In the context of reforming modern Ukrainian education, a number of e-platforms have been created for the organization of distance learning for primary school students. An effective commercial platform for distance learning is the service "My Class", which contains online courses from 1st to 11th grade, which contain lessons that integrate theoretical (test presentation of content) and practical (individual tasks that can be solved independently of each other, a block of tasks that need to be solved sequentially, guidelines) blocks. Result. Emphasis is placed on the requirements to be met by a primary school teacher when organizing distance learning in primary school during the quarantine period and it is suggested to advise parents who will work remotely with junior students in the initial stages of distance learning, gradually transferring activity to children.

The world of education is a world where there are learning activities between teachers and students, these two components cannot be eliminated in an educational process because if one of them is lost there will never be a learning goal. However, on the other hand there are components that also play a role as supporting learning activities both directly and indirectly. No less important components are facilities and infrastructure. Administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is very supportive of achieving a goal of education, as a personal education we are required to master and understand the administration of facilities and infrastructure, to improve work power effectively and efficiently and be able to respect the work ethics of personal education, so harmony, comfort can create pride and a sense of belonging both from the school community and the residents of the surrounding community.
