The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on production in the ukir kayu industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Capital, labor and raw materials directly have a positive and significant effect on production in the wood carving industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, raw materials and production directly have a positive and significant effect on income in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, and raw materials have an indirect effect on income through the value of production in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali makes the tendency of tourists to buy Balinese souvenirs, this will affect the sales of Balinese souvenirs which are a measure of the producers' marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation plays a significant role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

To maintain market share, companies must be able to guarantee customer satisfaction so that customers become loyal. Companies need a brand image strategy or brand image so that it becomes the top of mind in the minds of consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Warung Griya Bebek and Ayam Goreng Nelongso Malang. Accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 respondents, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis shows that brand image has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. Other results show that brand image also has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

The purpose of the research are 1) to find out and analyze simultaneous effect of working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital on profitability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 2) to find out and analyze the partial influence of quantitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) to determine and analyze the partial effect of qualitative working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) to determine and analyze partial effect of functional working capital on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. Type of research is causal descriptive. Data analysis technique is path analysis. The results show that: 1) working capital of CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya during 2012-2016 seen from the quantitative working capital and functional working capital has been decreased every year, while the qualitative working capital showed annual increase. 2) working capital consisting of quantitative working capital, qualitative working capital, and functional working capital simultaneously have significant effect on rentability at CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial modal kerja kualitatif terhadap rentabilitas pada CV. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kausal. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Modal kerja CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya tahun 2012-2016 dilihat dari modal kerja kuantitaif dan modal kerja fungsional mengalami penurunan setiap tahun, sedangkan modal kerja kualitatif menunjukkan peningkatan setiap tahun. 2) Variabel modal kerja yang terdiri dari modal kerja kuantitatif, modal kerja kualitatif, dan modal kerja fungsional berpengaruh dan signifikan secara serempak terhadap rentabilitas pada CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 3) Variabel modal kerja kuantitatif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap rentabilitas pada CV. IFMI Motor Kotaraya. 4) Variabel modal kerja kualitatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap rentabilitas pada CV. This research aims to examine the influence of product variation and halal labeling on consumer satisfaction to increase repurchase interest Wardah Cosmetics which is mediated by consumer satisfaction in Batam City. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The population in this research is all consumers who ever bought Wardah Cosmetics. The technique used for the sampling in this research is nonprobability sampling with the number of samples in this research was 150 respondents.The results of this research indicate that product variation and halal labeling partially have positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, halal labeling and consumer satisfaction partially have positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product variation has no positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Halal labeling and consumer satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on repurchase interest.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) Effect of leadership style on the work environment, 2) Effect of leadership style on work achievement motivation, 3) Effect of work environment on achievement motivation, 4) Effect of work environment on work ethic, 5) Effect of leadership style on work ethic, 6) Effect of achievement motivation on work ethic. The population of this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Payakumbuh, amounting to 95 people. The number of samples is 49 people. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis is path analysis. Research found that: 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on the work environment. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on achievement motivation. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation. 4) Leadership style has a significant effect on work ethic. 5) The work environment has a significant effect on employee work ethics. 6) Motivation for achievement has a significant effect on work ethic. Judging from the direct or indirect influence of the Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Achievement Motivation on the Work Ethic of the Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh, it is found that the work environment has the greatest influence, namely 26.41%

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of bank efficiency in the effect of bank size on bank profitability. The research sample is 25 banks that have a minimum core capital of Rp. 5,000,000,000,000 and publish financial statements in full during 2010-2017. The data analysis technique in this study is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results of the study found that; 1) bank size has a positive and significant effect on bank efficiency; 2) bank size has a positive and not significant effect on bank profitability; 3) bank efficiency has a positive and significant effect on bank profitability. 4) bank efficiency is able to mediate the effect of bank size on bank profitability.

Human resources are the most important assets owned by the company. Company goals can be realized if they have competent and skilled human resources, therefore the company must maintaining employee retention. The study was conducted at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bal with 37 employees as respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple test. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In addition, this study also proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. The results prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee retention by mediating job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that organizations pay more attention to the provision of compensation and job satisfaction felt by employees, so that contract employees prefer to stay.
