The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali makes the tendency of tourists to buy Balinese souvenirs, this will affect the sales of Balinese souvenirs which are a measure of the producers' marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation plays a significant role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The purpose of this study is to explain product innovation plays a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This research was conducted at the fashion industry UKM in Denpasar City. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires in the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. Data analysis in this study used path analysis and sobel test. The results of path analysis and sobel test show that product innovation variables play a role in mediating the effect of market orientation on the marketing performance of the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City. The results of this study indicate that the better the fashion industry SMEs in Denpasar City make product innovations, the greater the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. Every monthly sales value in Stores Bombay Textile Indonesia in the year continued to increase in 2016, although in the sector that data showed sales decline. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of coordination effort, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously on marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia Store. The research method used in this research using explanotory reseach type or research form through associative research, survey method is data collection conducted on the object in the field by taking samples from a population by using questionnaires. The number of samples in the study amounted to 105 respondents. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially coordination efforts have a positive effect on marketing performance. Strategic integration positively affects marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive effect on marketing performance Market orientation has a positive effect on marketing performance. Simultaneously coordination efforts, strategic integration, market orientation, and product innovation simultaneously affect the marketing performance At Bombay Textile Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating role of bank efficiency in the effect of bank size on bank profitability. The research sample is 25 banks that have a minimum core capital of Rp. 5,000,000,000,000 and publish financial statements in full during 2010-2017. The data analysis technique in this study is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results of the study found that; 1) bank size has a positive and significant effect on bank efficiency; 2) bank size has a positive and not significant effect on bank profitability; 3) bank efficiency has a positive and significant effect on bank profitability. 4) bank efficiency is able to mediate the effect of bank size on bank profitability.

This study was headed to ascertain the effect of market orientation towards the marketing  performance which mediated by innovation product. This research is conducted in Denpasar City, involving 30 respondents who are owners or managers of Pie Susu SMMEs. Determined by using the purposive sampling method. Data collection is conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques utilized in this research are the path analysis technique and Sobel test. Results of this research have shown evidence that product innovation is able to mediate the influence of market orientation on marketing performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded with and product innovation capable of fully mediating the market influence on marketing.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product innovation, market orientation on marketing performance. The study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques are based on Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses the snowball sampling method. Online questionnaires are sent to 320 SMEs in Banten Province, where 300 responses are used. The results of data analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance, product innovation has a significant effect on marketing performance and market orientation has a significant effect on marketing performance.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.
