The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cognitive style and achievement motivation style with the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students of SMP 5 Rejang Lebong. The research method uses survey methods with a correlational engineering approach. The research data were sourced from cognitive style test results and achievement motivation tests and PAI learning outcomes obtained from report cards. The results showed there was no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.122. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.022. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are related to PAI learning outcomes ρ value = 0.031> 0.05. Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are jointly related to the learning outcomes of PAI students of Rejang Lebong Middle School. The purpose of this correlational study to determine the relationship of cognitive style and achievement motivation with learning outcomes PAI. The research data was sourced from the test results of cognitive style and tests of achievement motivation and learning outcomes PAI obtained from Value report cards. No results showed a significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation with learning outcomes PAI. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are jointly associated with learning outcomes PAI

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan motivasi berpestasi dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (2) Hubungan pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (3) Hubungan sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; dan (4) Hubungan motivasi berprestasi, pengetahuan tujuan instruksional, dan sumber belajar secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menjelaskan guru PAI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang guru PAI di Sekolah Negeri Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestas dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sumber belajar dengan keterampilan menjelaskan; (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi, pengetahuan tujuan instruksional dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan keterampilan menjelaskan bagi guru. Kata Kunci: motivasi berprestasi, pengetahuan tujuan instruksional, sumber belajar keterampilan menjelaskan guru, pendidikan agama islam  Abstract: This study aims to find out (1) the relationship of motivation for achievement with explaining skills; (2) Relationship of instructional objectives knowledge with explaining skills; (3) Relationship between learning resources and explaining skills; and (4) Relationship between achievement motivation, instructional objectives knowledge, and learning resources together with the skills to explain PAI teachers. This research is a descriptive correlational study. The population and samples in this study were 35 PAI teachers in the Wampu District School in Langkat District. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that: (1) there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and explaining skills; (2) there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of instructional objectives and explaining skills; (2) there is a significant relationship between learning resources with explaining skills; (3) there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation, knowledge of instructional goals and achievement motivation together with explanatory skills for the teacher. Keywords: achievement motivation, knowledge of instructional goals, learning resources, teacher explained skills, Islamic religious education

The purpose of this study was to determine: motivation for teachers of islamic religious education at MI Nurul Ilmi Nabire, increasing learning of students at MI Nurul Ilmi Nabire, the effect of motivation for islamic religious education teachers on improving student learning outcomes in MI Nurul Ilmi Nabire. The method used is quantitative research with survey methods. The population was students at MI Nurul Ilmi Nabire with a sample of 30 people. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results are then analyzed in a correlational manner which is presented in tabular form. Based on the results of the calculation of the product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 16.0 where to find out each variable has a directional correlation of the two variables, namely the X variable and the Y variable, which indicates that motivation by the teacher has a correlation coefficient value of 0.479 (47.9%). While the results of the F-test are indicated by the value of Fcount (0.198) <Ftable (0.113) with a significance value of 0.660 > 0.05, which means that it is greater than 0.05. And the t-test results that get the value of tcount -445 < ttable 1.120 with a significance level of 0.660 > 0.05. This shows that the value of Sig. 0.05 has failed, because the results of both F and t is greater than 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of economic subjects seen from the Sig. 0,000 <0,05.Keyword : Interest in learning, utilization of textbooks, learning outcomes

This study aims to determine the relationship between the activeness of students following extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitudes. This research is quantitative research. The research method used is the correlation with the type of product moment design. The population in this study were all high-class students who took extracurricular scouting education. Sampling using random sampling but the sample in this study the entire population because it is less than 100 then the entire population is sampled with a total of 57. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Prerequisite test data analysis using tests of normality, homogeneity and hypothesis. This technique is used to determine the significant relationship between independent and dependent variables by comparing r_calculations and r_tabels with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of data analysis, the value of r_calculations= 0.66>  r_tabels= 0.266, which means that there is a significant relationship between activeness in scouting extracurricular education and disciplinary attitude. Furthermore, the significance test results obtained t_calculations = 6.8 ? t_tabels= 1.67303 means that there is a significant relationship between variables for the entire population with a contribution of 43.56% between the activities of joining extracurricular scouting education with student discipline attitude. It was concluded that Ha was accepted where there was a relationship between the activities of joining the scouting extracurricular education with the discipline attitude of high class students at 36 Primary Schools in Bengkulu City.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju yang menjadi angka mayoritas, yaitu sebesar 63% sementara yang berpendapat negatif dengan persepsi ketidaksetujuan atas variabel ini mencapain33%. Adapun variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan ternyata didominasi oleh pendapat yang menyatakan setuju sebesar 83%, sementara yang menilai negatif mencapai 17%. Sedangkan besaran pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, dimana berdasarkan hasil korelasi antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,719 artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut kuat. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan didapat t hitung > t tabel atau 8,343 > 1.294 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompensasi dengan variabel produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh sebesar 51,7% dan sisanya sebesar 48,3 % diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   The results showed that the compensation variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to be the majority, namely 63%, while those with negative perceptions of the disapproval of this variable reached 33%. The employee work productivity variable was dominated by opinions that agreed to 83%, while those with a negative rate reached 17%. While the magnitude of the effect of compensation on employee work productivity is that there is a significant effect, which based on the results of the correlation between compensation to employee work productivity is 0.719, meaning the relationship between the two variables is strong. And based on the significant test results obtained t count> t table or 8.3343> 1.294, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable compensation with the variable work productivity of employees. While the results of the determination test were obtained at 51.7% and the remaining 48.3% was estimated to be influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The learning process has a benchmark that refers to the achievements experienced by students, namely learning outcomes. Learning outcomes achieved by students have two influencing factors namely internal and external factors. These two factors that influence learning outcomes are interest and learning difficulties. The results of observations on the learning outcomes of students of SMPN 11 Padang in science are still low. Students say that science learning are numerous and difficult. The existence of students who score below the average and the lack of student interest shows the student's interest in learning in science is less and it can be assumed that students have difficulty learning science. Research is a descriptive study. Research uses a correlational study approach. Research subjects consisted of 30 people in class VIII G of SMP 11 Padang. To find out the relationship between variables expressed by the correlation coefficient, data analysis techniques are used using the Sperman Rank correlation. The correlation between student interest and learning outcomes is weak, that is -0.32, the contribution of 10.24% does not have a significant relationship. There is a significant relationship between learning difficulties and learning outcomes, medium criteria w ith a value of 0.59, contribution value is 34.81%. Correlation criteria for interests and difficulties with strong learning outcomes with a value of 0.66 and a contribution of 43.56%, as well as a significant relationship between variables. The results of the relationship between learning interest and learning difficulties with learning outcomes are strong and each variable has a significantly relationship.

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

<p><em>This research is based on the  lack of students’ learning outcomes,  which is influenced by the academic stress. The purpose of the study is to describe the academic stress, students’ learning outcomes, and the identification of the relationship between academic stress with students’ learning outcomes. The study showed that the  students’ in general academic stress are in middle category, and generally students’ learning outcomes are in the sufficient category, there is a significant relationship between academic stress with student learning outcomes. The implications of the study are expected to provide counseling teacher guidance and counseling services that are preventive against academic stress and improve student learning outcomes.</em></p>
