The purpose of this research is to know what happened in RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu, which is domiciled in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The type of this research approach is quasi experimental research with One-Group Pre-test and post test design. The sample in this study were 15 patients who underwent outpatient at RSKJ Soeprapto Bengkulu which is domiciled in Bengkulu City, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate the influence of family education on family ability in treating patients with social isolation disorder in RSKJS Bengkulu Province with P = 0,000 (<0,05). Based on the results of this study, can be used as information for families in caring for patients who treat social disorders at the time of the family visited the Hospital.   Keywords: Family Education, Family’s Ability, Social Isolation

Abstrak Isolasi sosial merupakan keadaan dimana seseorang individu mengalami perilaku menarik diri, serta penurunan atau bahkan sama sekali tidak mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain, terutama untuk mengungkapkan dan mengonfirmasi perasaan negatif dan positif yang dialaminya. Sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien dalam kemampuan berinteraksi, maka dibutuhkan terapi, salah satunya terapi kognitif.Terapi kognitif diperuntukkan kepada seseorang yang mengalami kesalahan dalam berpikir yang terjadi pada pasien isolasi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif terhadap kemampuan berinteraksi pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah isolasi sosial di RSJ Prof. Dr.Muhammad Ildrem Medan Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental one group pre-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien skizofrenia dengan masalahisolasi sosial. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan purposive sampling yang dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sesuai dengan kriteria peneliti dengan menggunakan screening isolasisosial, sehingga didapatkan sejumlah 22 pasien. Berdasarkan hasil uji mc-neymar diperoleh hasil p value = 0.001 (p<0.05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh terapi kognitif terhadap kemampuan berinteraksi pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah isolasisosial di RSJ Prof.Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan tahun 2019. Diharapkan kepada pasien skizofrenia dengan masalah isolasisosial, mampu mengubah pikiran negatif menjadi positif, meningkatkan aktivitas serta mampu berinteraksi dengan baik setelah melaksanakan terapi kognitif dengan baik dan teratur. Kata Kunci: Terapi Kognitif, Interaksi, Isolasi Sosial AbstractSocial isolation is a condition in whichindividual experiences withdrawal behavior, as well as a decrease or even completely unable to interact with other people, especially to express and confirm the negative and positive feelings they experience. So as to meet the needs of patients in their ability to interact, therapy is needed, one of which is cognitive therapy. Cognitive therapy is for someone who experiences errors in thinking that occur in patients with social isolation. This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive therapy on the ability to interact with schizophrenic patients with the problem of social isolation at the RSJ Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem Medan. The design of this study was Quasi Experimental one group pre-post test design. The population in this study were all schizophrenic patients with social isolation problems. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling which was carried out by taking samples according to the criteria of researchers using social isolation screening, so that a total of 22 patients were obtained. Based on the results of the mc-neymar test, the results obtained p value = 0.001 (p <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of cognitive therapy on the ability to interact with schizophrenic patients with the problem of social isolation. It is expected that schizophrenic patients with social isolation problems can be able to change negative thoughts to be positive, increase activities and be able to interact well after carrying out cognitive therapy well and regularly. Keywords: Cognitive Therapy, Interaction Ability, Social Isolation

<p><em>A</em><em>pproximately 10-50% of women have experienced domestic violence, such as being hit or hurt by their partners followed by psychological aberrations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of health education on domestic violence (KDRT) on family knowledge about domestic violence. This research is a quantitative research with pre experimental design with one group pre and post test design approach. The samples is 20 respondents. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data obtained by interview using questioner and univariate and bivariate analyzed by paried t-test. The result of the research from 20 respondents got the knowledge of the family before the health education as much as 6 respondents (30%) have poor knowledge and as many as 14 respondents (70%) have good knowledge, after health education as many as 20 respondents (100%) have knowledge the good one. The result of statistical test obtained (p-value = 0,000 &lt;0,05) means that there is influence of health education about domestic violence (KDRT) to family knowledge about domestic violence (CID) </em><em>in </em><em>Lebak Bandung </em><em>.</em><em> </em><em></em></p><p> </p><p>Sekitar 10-50% wanita pernah mengalami kejadian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, seperti dipukul atau disakiti oleh pasangannya yang diikuti oleh penyimpangan secara psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) terhadap pengetahuan keluarga tentang KDRT. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain <em>pra </em><em>eksperimen </em>dengan pendekatan <em>one group pra </em>dan<em> post test design</em>. Jumlah sampel yaitu 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah <em>purposive sampling. </em>Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji <em>paried t-test</em>. Hasil penelitian dari 20 responden didapat pengetahuan keluarga sebelum dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan sebanyak 6 responden (30%) memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang  baik dan sebanyak 14 responden (70%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan sebanyak 20 responden (100%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik. Hasil uji statistik didapat      <em>(p-value </em>= 0,000 &lt; 0,05) artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) terhadap pengetahuan keluarga tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) di kelurahan Lebak Bandung.</p>

The aimed of study to analyze theinfluenced of puzzle game stimulation on socialization and independence development in preschoolers.This research was a quantitative research with Quasi experimental one group pre test post test design. The samples were 5 years old 60 months children with development in doubt on socialization and independence aspects which amounted to 17 people by purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was using a puzzle and Pre-screening Children Development Questioner. The statistical test used wilcoxon test for the children development status before and after the intervention showed a significant value 0,000 pvalue smaller than 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between puzzle stimulation to socialization and independence development. The present study is aimed at developing effective guidance program for increasing student’s learning motivation. The present study applies quantitative research approach with nonequivalent pre-posttest control group quasi-experimental design, and nonrandom-purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using inventory, interview, and documentary study. The study comes up with the main finding that the tested guidance program is proven to be effective for increasing learning motivation students of 11th grade at SMA Kartika XIX-2 Bandung.

Background: Lactating mothers were successful in giving exclusive breastfeeding as much as 42% based on SDKI (Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia) in 2012. This is depend on the support of husbands and families as well as health workers. Thus, the husband or family should remind and motivate mothers as well as monitor the breastfeeding activity every day for 6 months using breastfeeding calendar.Objectives: This study aimed to determine the increase in knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding after the exclusive breastfeeding calendar training.Materials and Methods: The research design used a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted on mothers who had babies (age 0-12 months) in Pasawahan Village and Pasawahan Kidul Village, Pasawahan District, Purwakarta Regency in April to November 2018, with 96 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Data were collected by giving questionnaires to respondents, before and after the breastfeeding calendar training were given. The Wilcoxon test was used for the analysis of the data in this study.Results: The results showed that there were differences in the knowledge of mothers before and after training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000) and there were differences in the attitudes of mothers before and after the training on breastfeeding calendar (p <0,000).Conclusions: There was an increase in knowledge and changes in the attitude of mothers towards exclusive breastfeeding after being given the breastfeeding Calendar training. Therefore, suggestions for health workers, especially midwives and nutrition workers, can use the breastfeeding calendar as an educational medium to increase husband and family support in exclusive breastfeeding.

Kemampuan berbicara merupakan hal penting bagi pembelajar bahasa Jepang. Masalah yang sering ditemukan pada siswa dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang yaitu di antaranya siswa sering kali merasa bingung dan tidak percaya diri untuk berbicara bahasa Jepang. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya latihan pada keterampilan berbicara. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, peneliti melaksanakan penelitian mengenai efektivitas penggunaan kartu identitas bahasa Jepang terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media kartu identitas terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa mengenai media kartu identitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dan dengan desain penelitian one group pre-test-post-test design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes lisan dan angket.  Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa sebelum diterapkannya media kartu identitas yaitu sebesar 12,95 dan setelah diterapkannya media kartu identitas meningkat menjadi 23,8. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik komparasional didapatkan hasil thitung sebesar 29,73 dan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,09 dan taraf signifikansi 1% adalah 2,86, ini berarti  thitung >ttabel , maka Hk diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media kartu identitas. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil analisis data angket, sebagian besar siswa memberikan respons positif terhadap media kartu identitas untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Jepang.Speaking competency is important for Japanese language learners. Problems cited by the students in learning the Japanese language speaking skills are among the students often feel confused and insecure to speak Japanese. This is due to lack of exercise on speaking skills. Based on the above background, the researchers conducted research on the effectiveness of the use of identity cards Japanese against their speaking ability. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of media use identity cards to the ability to speak Japanese. Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine the response of the media student identity card. This research is a quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods and research design one group pre-test-post-test design. Instruments used in the form of an oral test and a questionnaire. The samples used were students XI IPS SMAN 2 Bandung 2015/2016 school year as many as 20 people. The result showed the acquisition value of the average student prior to the implementation of the identity card media that is equal to 12.95 and the introduction of an identity card media increased to 23.8. Based on statistical calculation results obtained komparasional thitung 29.73 and ttable at significance level of 5% was 2.09 and 1% significance level was 2.86, this means thitung> ttabel, then Hk Ho accepted and rejected. So that it can be interpreted that there are significant differences between Japanese speaking skills of students before and after the implementation of media identification card. Then, based on data analysis questionnaires, most students give positive response to the media the identity card to improve his skills speak Japanese.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a pandemic that is now a global threat where this virus causes many people to die every day in various countries, one of which is Indonesia, this disease is caused by SARS-CoV-2. The many impacts caused by COVID-19 make Simple Handwashing Station (SHS) one of the prevention efforts that can build proper handwashing behavior. Based on the results of research conducted from 13-18 April 2020 which is divided into 4 strategic points in Dilem Village. This study uses a Quasi-experimental research design with a One Group Pre Post-test design approach with a sample of residents of Dilem Village precisely RT 5 and 6 RW 1 Lemah Dhuwur. The analysis technique uses Paired Sample T-Test with the results that show that there is an influence of the application of simple handwashing station on the proper handwashing behavior of the residents of Dilem Village with a P-value <0.05, based on these results it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of simple hand washing station for handwashing behavior in preventing COVID-19 transmission in Dilem Village Kepanjen District, with this result it is expected to be able to add a simple handwashing station in several other strategic points in Dilem Village in COVID-19 prevention.

The objective of the study was to find out whether or not the silent way method can significantly affect students’ speaking competence. The design of this study was a pre-experimental research design (one group pre-test post-test design). The researcher applied a simple random sampling technique. The class 10 IPA1 was taken as the sample of the study with 18 students. The instrument of this study was an oral test in pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted through the following procedures: giving a pre-test, applying treatments and giving a post-test. The data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. Through the SPSS16.0 version. The result showed that the mean score on students’ speaking competence in a pre-test was 32.22 and in the post-test was 49.44. Hypothesis testing found that the value of sig (2 tailed) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.0. It could be concluded that the value of sig (2 tailed) was lower than the significant alpha value was (0.00<0.05). Therefore, H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. So, the use of the silent way method had a significant on the students’ speaking competence at the tenth grade of SMAN 1 Kontu kowuna.

Latar Belakang : Rasa nyeri pada persalinan disebabkan oleh kombinasi peregangan segmen bawah rahim (selanjutnya serviks) dan iskemia (hipoksia) otot-otot rahim. Reaksi terhadap nyeri merupakan respons yang sifatnya sangat individual. Reaksi ini tergantung pada kepribadian, kondisi emosional serta tingkat pemahaman pasien, latar belakang kultural, keluarga serta pendidikannya, dan pengalaman sebelumnya. Penanganan secara non-farmakologis yaitu pijat dan relaksasi nafas dalam.Tujuan : Mengetahui perbedaan pijat counterpressure dan relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap adaptasi nyeri ibu bersalin.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasi-eksperiment dengan desain metode penelitian 2 group pre and post-test design, yang mana penelitian ini melibatkan 2 kelompok 1 (kelompok pijat counterpressure) dan kelompok 2 (kelompok relaksasi nafas dalam). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling.Hasil : Hasil analisis penerapan pada kelompok pijat counterpressure terhadap penurunan nyeri ibu bersalin dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil p = 0,001 (p < 0,05) dan pada kelompok relaksasi nafas dalam dengan uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil p = 0,083 (p > 0,005). Sehingga pada kelompok pijat counterpressure (p < 0,05) Ha diterima yang mengartikan bahwa ada perbedaan yang bermakna pada perlakuan pijat counterpressure dan relaksasi nafas dalam.Kesimpulan : pijat counterpressure lebih efektif dalam adaptasi nyeri ibu bersalin. Background: pain in labor is caused by a combination of stretching of the lower uterine segment (hereinafter the cervix) and ischemia (hypoxia) muscles of the uterus. Reaction to pain is a response that is very individual. This reaction depends on the personality, emotional state and the level of patient understanding, cultural background, family and education, and previous experience. Handling of non-pharmacological namely relaxation massage and deep breathing.Objective: To determine differences in massage counterpressure relaxation and deep breathing against maternal adaptation pain.Methods: This study used adesign quasi-experimental with the design of research method 2 group pre and post-test design,which this study involved two groups 1  massage (counterpressure group)and group 2 (deep breathing relaxation group). The sampling technique used was accidental sampling.Results: Analysis of the application of the massage group counterpressure against maternal pain reduction with the Wilcoxon test showed p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and the deep breathing relaxation group with the Wilcoxon test showed p = 0.083 (p> 0.005). So that the massage group counterpressure (p <0.05) Ha accepted which means that there are significant differences in treatment counterpressure massage and relaxation massage deep breath.Conclusion: counterpressure be more effective in pain adaptation birth mothers.
