Covid-19 is currently in Indonesia for more than 5 months. To prevent this disease becoming widespread, various strategies have been carried out, among others, by doing Lock Down and large-scale social restrictions. Community activities are affected. By relying on communication technology and IT including the Internet, people can still do activities even with limitations. Likewise, Higher Education got limited activities. For this reason, all teaching and learning activities used an online system known as e-learning. This paper conveys various activities on campus and its constraints during the covid-19. In general, the constraints aside from technological facilities are also obstacles from the academic community in matters relating to technology readiness and technology acceptance, which are delivered descriptively. Keywords: Covid19, e-learning, technology readiness, technology acceptance   Abstrak Covid-19 tengah melanda Indonesia saat Ini sudah 5 bulan lebih. Untuk mencegah wabah ini menjadi luas maka dilakukan berbagai strategi antara lain dengan melakukan Lock Down dan pembatasan social skala besar. Kegiatan masyarakat menjadi terpengaruh. Dengan mengandalkan teknologi komunikasi dan IT diantaranya Internet, masyarakat masih dapat melakukan Kegiatan walaupun dengan keterbatasan. Demikian juga dengan Perguruan tinggi, mengalami keterbatasan kegiatan. Untuk itu segala Kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan system daring yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Makalah ini menyampaikan macam-macam kegiatan di kampus dan kendalanya dalam masa covid-19. Secara umum kendalanya selain fasilitas teknologi juga kendala dari civitas akademika dalam hal yang terkait dengan kesiapan teknologi dan penerimaan teknologi, yang disampaikan secara diskriptif.  Kata kunci: Covid19, e-learning, kesiapan teknologi, penerimaan teknologi

Banyak dari masyarakat menerima begitu saja teknologi informasi dan komunikasi modern yang bahkan tidak dapat diakses beberapa dekade lalu. Inovasi-inovasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini, telah lama dianggap sebagai hal tidak penting, selama masa tenang kini menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sekarang telah ada berbagai teknologi digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menambah dan meningkatkan strategi pekerjaan, pembelajaraan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Selama pandemi COVID-19, teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kegiatan masyarakat tetap berfungsi pada saat Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat di era globalisasi saat ini tidak bisa dihindari lagi pengaruhnya terhadap dunia Pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, Peran pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam pemanfaatan ICT dimana pendidik berperan sebagai desainer pembelajaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media untuk meneruskan kegiatan yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka dan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di sekolah selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini dipaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagaimana bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kegiatan School From Home dan kepentingan manajemen pendidikan. Disimpulkan bahwa bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang memiliki keunggulan dan kemudahan untuk dipergunakan oleh berbagai komponen pendidikan.Kata Kunci :Bimbingan Teknis, Pemanfaatan Tekonologi ICT Many societies take for granted modern information and communication technology that was inaccessible even a few decades ago. Currently, there are various digital technologies that can be used to add and improve work, learning and public health strategies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, technology plays an important role in keeping community activities functioning during Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Therefore the role of educators plays an important role in the use of ICT where educators act as learning designers. The purpose of this community service is to find out how in terms of education, the use of information and communication technology as a medium for continuing activities that cannot be done face-to-face and technology that can be used for teaching and learning activities in Indonesia. Indonesia. schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is described in a qualitative descriptive. The author uses observational data collection techniques. The results obtained from the meetings held in community service are how the education sector makes use of information and communication technology for School From Home activities and for the benefit of educational management. Abstrak: Teknologi modern semakin pesat perkembangannya, sebagai masyarakat kita dapat merasakan hal positif dari perkembangan teknologi modern, salah satunya adalah internet. Memanfaatkan internet dengan hal positif dapat mempermudah kegiatan masyarakat, seperti dalam bidang pendidikan salah satunya adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi terkadang pelajar bahkan pengajar yang melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar tersebut terlalu terkekang oleh waktu dan peraturan yang berlaku pada tempat belajarnya. Hasil permasalahan yang penulis dapatkan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar konvensional adalah diharuskannya meluangkan waktu untuk pergi ke tempat belajar dan juga ditentukan durasi belajar mengajarnya bahkan diadakan peraturan yang terkadang membuat peserta sampai pengajar tidak nyaman dengan peraturan tersebut. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan membuat sistem informasi pembelajaran (e-learning) dengan metode learner-led learning berbasis web yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa mengeluarkan biaya dan tidak terkekang oleh waktu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan nyaman. Website ini juga menyediakan fasilitas seperti materi yang bersifat video dan artikel yang bertujuan bagi pelajar yang lebih nyaman belajar dengan video interaktif dan juga tersedia fasilitas sertifikat sebagai bukti bahwa pelajar telah berhasil dalam menyelesaikan soal dari materi yang dipelajarinya.   Kata kunci: pelajar, pembelajaran daring, pengajar, sistem pembelajaran, website   Abstract: Modern technology is growing rapidly, as a society we can feel positive things from the development of modern technology, one of which is the internet. Using the internet with positive things can facilitate community activities, such as in the field of education, one of which is teaching and learning activities. With teaching and learning activities, it can add insight and knowledge to the community, but sometimes students and even teachers who carry out teaching and learning activities are too constrained by time and the regulations that apply to the place of study. The results of the problems that the authors get in conventional teaching and learning activities are that they are required to take the time to go to the place of study and also determine the duration of teaching and learning and even make regulations that sometimes make participants until the teacher is not comfortable with these rules. Therefore, the authors are interested in solving these problems by creating a learning information system (e-learning) with a web-based learner-led learning method that can be accessed anywhere and anytime without incurring costs and not being constrained by time. This research is expected to help in the teaching and learning process comfortably. This website also provides facilities such as video materials and articles aimed at making students more comfortable learning with interactive videos and certificate facilities are also available as evidence that students have succeeded in solving problems from the material they have studied.   Keywords: e-learning, learning system, student; teacher, website

<em>The covid-19 pandemic has changed the culture of teaching and learning activities in the schools. Learning activities are conducted online with the use of e-learning. Generally, Vocational High Schools (SMK) already have supporting facilities for the implementation of e-learning such as computer laboratories and adequate internet networks. However, most of the teachers in the schools are still not ready for the massive use of e-learning. For this reason, schools need training for teachers to optimize the use and integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning activities. The purpose of this community service is to provide training to teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu to make e-learning and implement it in the learning process. This activity involved all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu. The stages of this training are: a) introduction to the concept of online learning (e-learning), b) workshop of creating e-learning, and c) application of e-learning into the subjects taught by each teacher. The results of this training: a) the teachers have been able to make learning packages, materials, and activities in the e-learning, b) Pedagogical competences of teachers have increased showed by a readiness to integrate ICT in the learning process, and c) The readiness of the school to optimize the application of e-learning to improve the learning process.</em>

The expanding world of technology has extended into the education space through employers’ needs regarding graduates’ technology attributes. To keep abreast of the trends of technology adoption in education, particularly blended theory and technology learning and to provide a basis for practical teaching and learning. The need for continued research in this area has arisen. The purpose of the research is to investigate students’ perceptions of using an e-learning, e-filing tool to determine their attitudes towards acceptance of using technology and the benefits and challenges of e-learning tool, Tax-Tim. The intention of the assessment is to investigate students’ ability to apply the theoretical underpinnings of the Taxation 1 syllabus to an online simulation of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) efiling system. The e-learning tool chosen was Tax-Tim which simulates a SARS efiling tool and is assessed by an independent company called Tax-Tim. The research defined three objectives. The first research objective was addressed by hypotheses developed using the theoretical framework of the Technology Acceptance model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989). To be able to explain user acceptance of new e-learning technology using the antecedents of the TAM, constructs used included perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), Attitude towards (ATT) and behavioural intention (BI) with external variable computer self-efficacy. The second objective explored the extent of effectiveness of using Tax-Tim as a case study e-learning tool. The third objective was to investigate the extent to which Tax-Tim worked together with determining the benefits and challenges of the e-filing simulation tool, Tax-Tim, that the students identified. Descriptive statistics highlighted that students mostly agreed that Tax-Tim was an effective tool and added value to their experience of an e-learning tool. Additionally, English second language students found Tax-Tim to be more helpful than English language students. Four hypotheses, H3, H4, H6 and H7 positively supported the TAM model. Alternatively, three hypotheses, H1, H2 and H5 did not contribute to the TAM model. CSE was rejected as positively supporting the hypothesis. The research could be used as a basis for e-learning technology adoption at Durban University of Technology and using e-learning for a blended learning approach.

Education landscape has changed dramatically due to Covid19 pandemic as in many country, conventional or face-to-face teaching and learning is no longer an option to avoid the spread of a virus.  E-learning become one of the best alternative to ensure education process could continue because experts believe world could only recover from this crisis in another two years. This paper will delve into students’ perspective about e-learning and their willingness to use e-learning. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to outlined this study. Majority of the student have an idea about what is e-learning. They also agree that e-learning able to accomplished learning and assessment proses as well as enable the interaction among students and student with instructor. Result also indicate, majority of the students have positive opinion towards e-learning nevertheless they prefer e-learning to be embedded in their education process (hybrid learning) as they are still prefer to have some level of face-to-face learning. However, this result cannot be used to generalize the opinion of all university’s’ student as diploma student tend to feel more comfortable to have face-to-face interaction with lecturer because they are in the transition period from school to university.

Since the effort to prevent Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the form of social and physical distance control in various lines of life. The policy is based on the number of victims which continues to grow and its distribution increasingly difficult to control in Indonesia. Especially after the government has reacted successively with various actions such as establishing alert status, disaster emergencies, non-natural disasters, extension of disaster emergency status to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The policy, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia immediately made a derivative policy in the field of education through the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 concerning Prevention of COVID-19 in the Education unit, all education from elementary school to tertiary level in Indonesia to take decisive steps on the appeal of the government to carry out learning activities based on E-Learning. For the sake of implementing E-Learning, efforts such as application-based learning began to be applied. In the midst of this pandemic COVID-19 is ready or not, has opened the public's eye to creative and adaptive thinking by changing the model of teaching and learning activities that were initially based on conventional learning into learning based on e-learning and making new breakthroughs, from the normative paradigm of the real world to the virtual world with utilizing technology in every teaching and learning process.

Learning media is one of the things that can help the process of learning activities, but the media can also be a tool that does not support the smooth learning process, internet-based learning media is one of the infrastructures that can be used especially with today's era where everything is very easy to access. especially internet-based media which at this time have been widely used as learning materials or media that can support teaching skills for teachers or prospective teachers during the current COVID-19 pandemic, where teachers are required to be as creative as possible in providing media that will be used in teaching and learning activities. learning activities, the purpose of this research is to find out from the implementation of learning media in learning skills for students who are taking courses in Media and Learning Technology in which students especially prospective teachers must be able to adapt to the times with developments and technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative media, where this method is to determine the extent of student knowledge in implementing a learning media on teaching skills, for the presence of researchers in this study is as an observer who designs learning activities or actions taken together with the team. The research model is a member of the research team, namely the lecturer of Islamic Religious Education. The research was carried out at the State University of Jakarta during the even semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year from March to July 2021. The subjects of this research were students in the PAI study program. The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of the usefulness of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in teaching skills.

Advances in communication technology affect all aspects including aspects of education. An educator is required to create active, effective and fun teaching and learning activities. Related to this, the learning of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is generally still monotonous in using learning media so that students feel bored in learning PAI. PAI’s teacher at SMK Wahana Karya tries to make an innovation in Islamic Education learning, namely by using Android-based mobile learning. This is based on the background of students who on average already use Android in everyday life. So, this study describes android-based mobile learning as a learning medium for Islamic religious education at SMK Wahana Karya. This research uses qualitative methods, where the researcher makes direct observations and interviews. Sources of data used are from school archives, school websites, interviews with principals, Islamic education teachers, and students of SMK Wahana Karya. The results of this study are, although there are still some obstacles, namely in terms of signal and classroom atmosphere conditioning. However, apart from that the use of mobile learning is considered effective and attracts students in learning Islamic Education.
