Learning media is one of the things that can help the process of learning activities, but the media can also be a tool that does not support the smooth learning process, internet-based learning media is one of the infrastructures that can be used especially with today's era where everything is very easy to access. especially internet-based media which at this time have been widely used as learning materials or media that can support teaching skills for teachers or prospective teachers during the current COVID-19 pandemic, where teachers are required to be as creative as possible in providing media that will be used in teaching and learning activities. learning activities, the purpose of this research is to find out from the implementation of learning media in learning skills for students who are taking courses in Media and Learning Technology in which students especially prospective teachers must be able to adapt to the times with developments and technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative media, where this method is to determine the extent of student knowledge in implementing a learning media on teaching skills, for the presence of researchers in this study is as an observer who designs learning activities or actions taken together with the team. The research model is a member of the research team, namely the lecturer of Islamic Religious Education. The research was carried out at the State University of Jakarta during the even semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year from March to July 2021. The subjects of this research were students in the PAI study program. The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of the usefulness of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in teaching skills.

The development of science and technology increasingly encourage renewal efforts in the utilization of technology results in teaching and learning process. One of the technology that can be used in teaching and learning process is education media. Educational media used must be adapted to the development and demands of the times. Support the right educational media used in teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives can be. Therefore, the education media will affect the absence of a complete and appropriate learning information target, and affect the outcome of the learning process. At the beginning of the spread of Islam has been known teaching and learning activities, when the media has been there and education has been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic law to the friends. Some educational media clusters expressed in the Qur'an and al-Hadith, among others: Audio education media contained in al-Qur'an letter al-'Alaq (96) verse 1; Al-Isra '(17) verse 14; Al-Ankabut (29) verse 45; Al-Muzammil (73) verse 20. In the pandemic era like now distance learning is one of the efforts to prevent the spread of the virus, even though distance learning looks very easy, it turns out that there are often obstacles in its implementation that sometimes interfere with teaching and learning activities that are or will take place. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of distance learning on the learning motivation of Semester III students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Tarbiyah Faculty of the Al-Qur'an Institute of Sciences, Jakarta. As for the sample in this study is Semester III Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah using a simple random sampling type sampling technique with 35 respondents through a questionnaire filled out by third semester students of the Institute of Al-Qur'an Science. The results showed that there was a correlation between distance learning and the learning motivation of the third semester female students of the Islamic Religious Education study program, Tarbiyah Faculty, Al-Qur'an Institute of Sciences, Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t value of 2.221. This shows that the t value is 2.221> the t table value is 2.034. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between distance learning (X) on student learning motivation (Y).

Based on the focus of the study, this study aims to describe the strengthening of basic teaching skills of Islamic Religious Education teacher candidates with multiliteracy pedagogy in the Islamic Education Study Program at the Raden Wijaya Tarbiyah College of Education in Mojokerto. This research is "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. The data collection technique used by the authors in this study is documentation. Data processing is carried out by conducting study activities, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the strengthening of the basic teaching skills of Islamic Religious Education teacher candidates with multiliteracy pedagogy in the Raden Wijaya Mojokerto Islamic School of Higher Education Islamic Studies Study Program is to make prospective teachers effective. To be an effective teacher must be able to motivate and support students so that they are well equipped to face every challenge given to them both academically and vice versa. The lecture method is one of the methods that are often used by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This method is a method that is easy to implement and also cheap, because without the media and infrastructure it can be done. Some people underestimate this method and some even argue that it is outdated and left behind. According to the author's observations, this method remains relevant in any situation and condition, especially if a teacher is someone who is proficient in communicating and understanding the psychological condition and level of ability of the students he or she faces. The point is khootibunnaasa 'alaa qodri uqulihim (speak to humans according to their level of knowledge). The writing of this article uses the library research method, namely by digging and reviewing the literature that is related to the theme of writing this article. The results of the study and the author's study related to this lecture learning method are still very relevant and effective, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. By taking into account the following points; first, a teacher understands the science of communication well, second, understands the psychological condition of the audience/students, third, is able to touch students' emotions, fourth, includes elements of humor and is good at telling stories, fifth, is able to use social media and technology well.

In the implementation of learning activities that occur at SD Plus Pesantren Al-Anwar, problems when implementing learning activities, among others, are the media used are not supportive, teachers use learning resources in the form of books and have not used certain learning media. This is the cause of students tend to be passive in learning activities. When learning theme 3 sub-theme 2 learning 2 in class IV the teacher uses image media in teaching and learning activities, making students less understanding of the material. As a result, students are less interested in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in class IV, which consisted of 20 students. In the development research that has been carried out, it is expected to be able to provide a good influence for students, the Fun Thinkers book media is to foster student learning activities and achievements and must use media that can foster student interest in learning so that they are enthusiastic in undergoing the learning process. Research using the ADDIE model which passes through 5 stages.

This study aims to describe the process of developing teaching materials by using Glasser model in the Indonesian language course in FKIP UMSU. The sample of the research is 34-second semester A morning students in the Study Program of Language and Literature of Indonesia, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah, Sumatera Utara. The questionnaire instrument was used to determine the student's response and activeness to the developed teaching material, the observation sheet used to know the condition of the students in the learning process, and the validation sheet instrument used for the development of teaching materials based on SAP using Glasser model. The result of descriptive research on student's response shows that 100% of students were happy about the teaching materials of Bahasa Indonesia (Teaching Materials, Guided Exercises and Lecture Strategies) and 91.66% of students think that the teaching materials are new to them. After using the teaching materials developed by the researcher and following the teaching and learning activities, students (100%) are interested in following the next lesson, the readability of the language of the learning material is easy to understand (91.66%) and the guidance given by the lecturer is clear (100%). While the self-employed activity is fun for students (91.66%). Students activity in learning activities was shown by their involvement in problem solving, his involvement in carrying out learning tasks, assessing his ability, digging and developing his own knowledge. Based on the validation sheet on the test of learning result 1 obtained information that from the 3 learning objectives formulated in SAP I and SAP II there is 1 learning objectives that have not yet completed. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of the test results of learning 2 it was obtained that the 3 learning objectives formulated in SAP III and SAP IV was finished learning objective.

The teaching and learning process (learning) is an activity to carry out the core of education and curriculum at an educational institution. Teaching and learning activities contain various concepts related to the educational mission, educational foundation, and educational goals. In addition, learning is focused on what the lecturer must do as the one who provides learning. The learning process at this time is constrained by the Covid 19 pandemic faced by Indonesia, thus affecting all activities, one of which is Bungo Regency residents, especially in the academic field. Therefore, all learning activities carried out on campus are not allowed and must be done at home or online. One of them is the learning process for the Pancasila Course in the English Education Study Program (PBI), Semester II Year 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of photos and questionnaires via google forms which are distributed to students through whatsapp groups using 26 PBI second semester students. The results of this study indicate that students have internet signal problems, which are 81%. So the importance of the internet network is to make it easier for students to carry out the learning process effectively, due to the lack of a network. This research aims to find out the process as well as the result of improving students’ ability in reading French texts through the approach of Linguistic Functional Systemic at Teaching French Study Program at Faculty of Arts and Language, State University of Medan. This study uses a Linguistic Functional Systemic approach with the assumption that the LFS approach examines the text used as a learning material in the course of Text Review / Etude de Texte . This approach proved able to answer various linguistic issues, either micro or macro. The research methodology used is action research developed by Kemmis & Mc Taggart with four steps: (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. This study lasted for three cycles. In the first cycle, results were obtained as 21 students or 43.75% of 48 students earned grades above the prescribed minimum standards. Furthermore, in the second cycle the number of students who score above the minimum standard increases to 73%, and at the end of the third cycle to 85,42% students. The results of this study show that the LFS approach is very effective in helping students improve the reading ability of French texts. This research recommends to the lecturers of French courses in general understanding and using the LFS approach in the teaching and learning process of reading class in the classroom as in the subject of Text Review / Etude de Texte and Compréhension Ecrite.

Abstract. Currently, there are more teachers who only use textbooks as the only medium of teaching and learning. For this reason, an alternative solution is needed by developing Microsoft PowerPoint as a teaching and learning medium. The objectives of the study are to develop positive attitudes and generate teachers’ interest in the use of informatics education media into teaching and learning activities. The research used school action research method conducted in 2 cycles. The data was analyzed by using percentage technique and was qualitatively descripted. The results showed that the performance of teachers in teaching by making, presenting material using the media presentation of MicrosoftPowerPoint in SMAN 1 Banjarmasin is categorized as active and very good. The lowest score for the assessment of teaching activities is 59 (81.94%) and the highest is 70 (97.22%). While the lowest value for the assessment of manufacture and presentation is 52 (86.66) and the highest is 60 (100%).  Keywords: teacher performance, presentation media, Microsoft PowerPoint  Abstrak. Saat ini masih banyak guru yang hanya menggunakan buku pelajaran sebagai satu-satunya media pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan mengembangkan Microsoft PowerPoint sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap positif dan membangkitkan minat guru terhadap penggunaan media pendidikan informatika ke dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan 2 siklus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam mengajar dengan membuat dan menyajikan materi menggunakan media presentasi microsoft powerpoint di SMA Negeri 1 Banjarmasin termasuk kedalam kategori aktif dan sangat baik. Nilai terendah untuk penilaian kegiatan mengajar 59 (81,94%) dan tertinggi 70 (97,22%), sedangkan nilai terendah untuk penilaian pembuatan dan penyajian 52 (86,66) dan tertinggi 60 (100%).   Kata Kunci : kinerja guru,  media presentasi, Microsoft Powerpoint.

Working Group of Teachers of Islamic Religious Education State Elementary School Gerokgak District is an organization engaged in Islamic Religious Education, where the board and its members consist of special Islamic Education Teachers (GPAI) both civil servant teachers and non-civil servants who are responsible and participate in promoting Islamic Education and fight for the rights of students who are Muslim. KKGPAI-SDN Gerokgak District has been established since 20 years ago. During this time KKGPAI-SDN has a desire to memanjukan KKGPAI-SDN Gerokgak District not only in terms of activities, but in terms of administration that is still very manual done using Ms.Word and Ms. Exel, such as in making activity reports covering the results of the contest, filing of GPAI for UAS, UTS, UKK and USBN, financial reports, monthly routine reports of teaching and learning activities GPAI, and archiving correspondence in all aspects, making KKGPAI take a long time to completing the results of the contest to be informed to the school in the sub-district Gerokgak, data collection of funds and the expenditures that will be reported by the secretary to the chairman of the KKG, filing letters and questions made KKGPAI-SDN team compilers, reports on teaching and learning activities to be reported to the Office The Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency as a monthly fixed report for KKGPAI and GPAI every month as a means of assessing the District-level KKG and GPAI in advancing its vision and mission. Data collection methods carried out are through observation or field observation, interwiew or interview and literature study. The software development method used is the waterfall method through 5 stages, namely, the analysis stage, the design stage, the coding stage, the testing phase and the maintenance phase. From the explanation and the results of the discussion above can be concluded that the Administrative Information System Working Group Teachers Islamic Religious Education Gerokgak District was designed using PHP and MySQL programming language as one form of efforts to improve the quality Teacher Working Group Administration in District Gerokgak.
