Digital marketing to increase sales of salted fish products in Muara Badak Ilir village, Kutai Kartanegara

The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has an impact on society in supporting various large and small-scale business activities. Digital Marketing is one of the means to sell that can help increase product sales compared to conventional sales. This community service aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima, Muara Badak Ilir Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency in marketing tembang and anchovy salted fFish products as regional superior products. This program was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to explore problems in product marketing as well as training and assistance in website management, design and marketing of tembang and anchovy salted fish products. The results of the program show that members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima can skillfully manage marketing through digital marketing and website.

One of the businesses that is currently starting to develop in Pela Village is the salted fish business. However, the income of the Pela Village community is very low. One of the contributing factors is the lack of promotions carried out to promote their products in the market. Based on these problems, this community service aims to train the Pela Village community in marketing salted fish products through digital marketing. The PkM team facilitates computers for people who do not have personal computers. This program is carried out through counseling and workshop methods. The results show that partners have succeeded in creating layouts for their product sales promotions digitally and posted on marketplaces and social media. Through the available promotion media, it is hoped that they can increase the sales.

This community service aims to strengthen the economic activities of processing fish products carried out by fishermen's wife groups. This business group was chosen as the recipient of the service program because members have an open mindset to advance their business. However, due to limited knowledge, the production is still limited both in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore, solving the problem is carried out using the method of livelihood analysis and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This service program is carried out by assisting fishermen's wife's business group in terms of fish processing diversification because various processed fish products will increase selling power. Thus, the economic activity of processing fish can be used as a source of income for the fisherman's wife's business group.

Abstract This community service program is aimed at empowering teachers to optimize information technology-based social studies learning materials. The partner in this community service activity is the MGMP IPS East Jakarta. The problem faced by partners is the gap in understanding of knowledge about syllabus development, learning materials, and learning media that can be optimized with current developments in information technology. The solution to overcome the problem is by providing assistance from formulating the problem, material orientation, group discussion, and assisting in the preparation of information technology-based social studies material. The method of implementing the activity was begun with a focus group discussion (FGD) between the Chairperson and the Executive Board of the East Jakarta MGMP. The results of the FGDs were implemented in the form of training and mentoring for social studies teachers with material: (1) syllabus development, (2) development of 21st century lesson plans, and (3) information technology-based learning media. The result of this activity was the increase in participants' knowledge and skills in compiling social studies learning materials. The product of the activities in the form of information technology-based learning materials in the form of lesson plans. In addition, workshop participants felt challenged to make information technology-based learning materials more diverse by continuing to realize the idealism of their profession Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terintegrasi KKN ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan guru-guru dalam mengoptimalisasikan bahan pembelajaran IPS berbasis teknologi informasi. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah MGMP IPS Jakarta Timur. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah adanya kesenjangan pemahaman pengetahuan tentang pengembangan silabus, bahan pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran yang dapat dioptimalkan dengan perkembangan teknologi informas saat ini. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan melakukan pendampingan dari merumuskan masalah, orientasi materi, diskusi kelompok, dan pendampingan penyusunan materi IPS berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan diawali dengan focus group discussion (FGD) antara Ketua Pelaksana dengan Pengurus MGMP Jakarta Timur. Hasil FGD diimplementasikan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan guru-guru IPS dengan materi: (1) pengembangan silabus, (2) pengembangan RPP abad 21, dan (3) media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dan keterampilan dalam menysusun bahan pembelajaran IPS. Produk hasil kegiatan berupa bahan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dalam bentuk RPP. Selain itu peserta workshop merasa tertantang untuk membuat bahan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang lebih beragam dengan terus mewujudkan idealisme profesinya secara konsisten.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah: rendahnya harga produk pertanian dan perkebunan, minimnya pengetahuan sistem pemasaran yang dimiliki narapidana, minimnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pengembangan keterampilan berbisnis, kurangnya kepercayaan diri narapidana, karena takut akan tidak terima kembali di tengah-tengah masyarakat pasca bebas dari lembaga permasyarakatan, kurangnya kesiapan dalam perencanaan hidup menghadapi masa akhir tahanan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: memberdayakan narapidana lembaga permasyarakatan terbuka kelas II B Kendal melalui pelatihan e-commerce berbasis web content management system, memberikan kontribusi positif untuk meningkatkan sistem penjualan produk hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan sistem pemasaran melalui e-commerce berbasis web content management system, yang dilakukan dengan metode workshop dan focus group discussion (FGD) serta pelatihan yang menghasilkan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari pemetaan kebutuhan yang menghasilkan memorandum of agreement (MoA) untuk melakukan kegiatan pembekalan dan pengembangan diri bagi warga binaan dan pegawai atau pengelola lembaga permasyarakatan. Di kegiatan FGD dan workshop dipaparkan tentang diversifikasi bahan pangan dari bahan baku umbi-umbian dan bahan baku hasil pertambangan serta penggunaan media digital untuk pengembangan bisnis serta strategi digital marketing. Di tahap pendampingan pasca workshop, dilakukan pemantauan pengelolaan website dan instragram. Pengabdian ini dikatakan berhasil karena mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan pemasaran warga binaan dan pegawai lapas.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan instrumen hasil pembelajaran praktik karawitan Jawa dari perspektif keterampilan dan sikap. Perspektif keterampilan menilai kemampuan peserta didik menyelaraskan komponen pembelajaran (melodi, irama/tempo, dan bunyi/nada); sedangkan perspektif sikap menilai pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan komponen pembelajaran tersebut. Langkah-langkahnya meliputi pengembangan produk, validasi produk, implementasi produk, dan analisis data. Pengembangan produk meliputi pengembangan instrumen keterampilan dan pengembangan instrumen sikap; validasi produk menguji produk dalam diskusi kelompok terfokus, seminar instrumen, dan validasi ahli; implementasi produk adalah mengaplikasikan instrumen dalam uji coba skala kecil dan skala besar serta uji coba utama; sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan uji kecocokan model. Hasil uji kecocokan model menyatakan bahwa model dinyatakan fit dengan koefisien korelasi antara 0,90 hingga 0,98 dan muatan faktor antara 0,62 hingga 0,91. Instrumen menghasilkan informasi kemampuan menyelaraskan melodi, irama, dan bunyi ricikan serta karakteristik tabuhan peserta didik dari perspektif dan pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan komponen pembelajarannya. Kata kunci: karawitan, penilaian, keterampilan, sikap _____________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING AN INSTRUMENT CONSTRUCT FOR ASSESSING THE JAVANESE KARAWITAN LEARNING OUTCOMEAbstract This study developed an instrument for assessing learning achievement of Javanese karawitan practice from the perspectives of skill and attitude. The skill perspective evaluates the students’ ability to harmonize the learning components (melody, rhythm/tempo, and sound/tone); while the attitude perspective evaluates their understanding, comprehension, and application of those learning components. The steps in doing the research include product development, product validation, product implementation, and data analysis. Product development includes developing the skill instruments and developing the attitude instruments; while product validation includes testing the product in focus group discussion, seminar for the instruments, and expert judgment. Product implementation is applying the instrument in small-scale and large-scale tests as well as main testing, while the data analysis used model fitness test. The result of model fitness test shows that this model is fit with correlation coefficient from 0.90 to 0.98 and content factor from 0.62 to 0.91. The instrument has yielded information concerning the ability of students to harmonize melody, rhythm, and the ricikan and tabuhan sounds from the perspectives of understanding, comprehending, and applying the learning components.Keywords: karawitan, assessment, skill, and attitude

Abstract As main reference for this research, PT. Tasindo Tassa Industries produces around 3 tons of fabric waste from bags production, in which 80% is of polyester kind. Fabric waste are cheaply bought by local waste collector to be remaked as bucket, as one example. Other simple methods of processing fabric waste, such as patchwork, quilting, resin, and webbing are commonly made into craft products, and can be easily found anywhere. Hence, focus of this research is to explore polyester waste with certain technique with innovative value, and to design it into sellable products. Through focus group discussion and a series of experiments, polyester waste are made into bags collection using fabric manipulation technique. Results of this research can be used as reference to help home industry or small scale craftsmen to produce ready-to-sell products. Abstrak PT. Tasindo Tassa Industries sebagai studi kasus penelitian ini, menghasilkan sekitar 3 ton limbah kain hasil produksi tas, dimana 80% adalah jenis poliester. Sampah kain biasanya dibeli oleh bandar sampah dengan harga yang sangat murah untuk diproduksi lagi menjadi berbagai produk sederhana, seperti ember salah satunya. Sampah kain pada umumnya biasa diolah lagi menjadi produk kerajinan dengan teknik sederhana seperti patchwork, quilting, resin, dan anyam, yang bisa dengan mudah ditemukan dimana-mana. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi sampah poliester dengan teknik yang memiliki nilai kebaruan dan merancangnya menjadi produk layak jual. Melalui focus group discussion dan eksperimen, sampah poliester dirancang menjadi koleksi tas dengan menggunakan teknik manipulasi kain. Hasil penelitian bisa dipakai sebagai acuan dasar untuk membantu industri skala rumahan atau pengrajin kecil memproduksi barang siap jual.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan diantaranya memberikan pelatihan branding produk dan pemasaran digital kepada kelompok karang taruna Desa Keboan Anom, Kecamatan Gedangan, Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Masalah yang terjadi pada Mitra yaitu belum memiliki label usaha dan masih menerapkan cara manual dalam memasarkan produknya. Pemasaran manual dilakukan dengan menitipkan produk ke warung di sekitar tempat tinggal, tanpa adanya bantuan pemasaran online. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah peningkatan branding produk, dan peningkatan manajemen pemesanan produk dengan implementasi teknologi informasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan branding produk dan pembuatan website. Penerapan aplikasi kepada mitra melalui kegiatan transfer knowledge melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mitra dalam penggunaan website. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menjalin keterbukaan, kepercayaan dan memahami persepsi, sikap serta pengalaman persoalan yang dimiliki oleh mitra dalam melakukan branding produk, kemudian dilanjutkan pada pendampingan yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan penggunaan website yang meliputi desain iklan, upload konten.

This community service is carried out by lecturers at the university, in order to participate actively in improving the quality of human resources through counseling and workshops. Counseling and workshops carried out are related to efforts to increase motivation, innovation and creativity in MSMEs, especially handicrafts made from beads. The results of MSMEs in the form of handicrafts from beads are still very much needed to be continuously improved. Besides that the market for bead creativity products is still very widely opened. The results of these beadsare in the form of prayer beads and various women's jewelry such as bracelets and necklaces. The handicrafts are chosen because the method of making them is quite easy and the ingredients needed are easy to obtain. The method used in this service is participatory approach, and the respondents consist of the community as business actors. Respondents also participated directly in the focus group discussion, interviews, training, workshops, consuls, and executions. Through the implementation of this service it is hoped that it will be able to encourage the growth and development of MSMEs to improve community welfare and improve the quality of the active role of lecturers as a form of concern for improving the quality of human resources in the community.

This community service activities performed to optimize community involvement on a Kader of "RAPID" in an effort to increase degree movies teen health, these efforts are also expected to be formed to improve adolescent health cadres pengeta Huan, do mentoring on cadre health associated with adolescent teens that will eventually bring down juvenile delinquency numbers. The time of implementation of activities with a period of 3 months (from February to may 2018). Each RT is represented by two teenage cadre. Data collection with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with Kader. FGD was attended by 16 Kader. The problem of the teens in the Neighborhood Wonokromo are drug use, free sex, and pregnant outside of marriage. The data recorded in full is the problem of pregnant outside of marriage which lead to dropping out of school for young women. Efforts are being made, with cadres is the detection of the number of teenagers, accurate information about the teenagers who become pregnant outside of marriage, and supply about the dangers of drugs. Unusa with Kader perform the handling and prevention of juvenile delinquency, in an attempt to increase the degree of the health of adolescents. Teens are the next generation, and our responsibility to fix the juvenile delinquency in the environment around us. Abstract: Stunting refers to a chronic undernutrition that make children look smaller than children in their age. In the program of community service, role of cadre (a health volunteer) is very important to disseminate the information about stunting to community. Increase cadre’s knowledge and encourage them to be more confidence when giving the information to community about stunting and local food that can meet childreen nutrition requirement to prevent stunting in community. This program is the second year program of community service to continue the evaluation from last year program. This program is specilally for cadre in Sumberkalong village. Each meeting was conducted through focus discussion group about prevention of stunting. Then, cadres disseminated the information to community including, pregnant women, newly marriage couple and toddler moms by visiting their home or door-to-door. There were 10 cadres who participate in the communitity service in the phase of year 1 until year 2 thouroughly. Three cadres were active and often asked some questions during meeting sessions. Some others were active if they were encouraged to ask or to give an opinion. Cadres explained that cadres' knowledge increase after joining several meeting session and focus group discussion. The cadres disseminated the information to the community with confidence. Program of community service which using a focus group discussion is considered effective to increased cadres’ knowledge. Focus group discussion can be employed in encouraging cadres in the community service program.Keywords: cadre’s knowledge; focus group discussion; stunting.Abstrak: Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada tubuh dan otak yang diakibatkan keadaan kurang gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Sehingga, anak stunted memiliki tubuh yang lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya. Peran kader kesehatan sangat penting dalam mendesiminasikan informasi kesehatan, termasuk informasi terkait pencegahan stunting anak balita di masyarakat, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dan kemampuan kader kesehatan tentang stunting dan zat gizi lokal yang dapat membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi untuk mencegah stunting di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian kepada masyarakan tahun ke-2 yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan kader kesehatan Desa Sumberkalong Kecamata Kalisat Kabupaten Jember. Setiap pertemuan kegiatan dilaksanakn Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama para kader kesehatan yang membahas pencegahan stunting. Kemudian, kader kesehatan mendesiminasikan informaasi yang telah diperoleh dari tim pelaksana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, meliputi ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu hamil dan pasangan usia subur dengan melakukan kunjungan ke secara door-to-door ke rumah. Terdapat 10 kader kesehatan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun ke-1 dan tahun ke-2. Sebanyak 3 kader yang aktif bertanya selama proses pertemuan dengan tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Sebagain kader bertanya atau memberikan pendapatnya jika diminta. Seluruh kader menyampaikan bahwa pengetahuan kader meningkat selama mengikuti rangkaian pertemuan dan FGD.Kata kunci: Focus Group Discussion (FGD); pengetahuan kader; stunting.
