One of the businesses that is currently starting to develop in Pela Village is the salted fish business. However, the income of the Pela Village community is very low. One of the contributing factors is the lack of promotions carried out to promote their products in the market. Based on these problems, this community service aims to train the Pela Village community in marketing salted fish products through digital marketing. The PkM team facilitates computers for people who do not have personal computers. This program is carried out through counseling and workshop methods. The results show that partners have succeeded in creating layouts for their product sales promotions digitally and posted on marketplaces and social media. Through the available promotion media, it is hoped that they can increase the sales.

The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has an impact on society in supporting various large and small-scale business activities. Digital Marketing is one of the means to sell that can help increase product sales compared to conventional sales. This community service aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima, Muara Badak Ilir Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency in marketing tembang and anchovy salted fFish products as regional superior products. This program was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to explore problems in product marketing as well as training and assistance in website management, design and marketing of tembang and anchovy salted fish products. The results of the program show that members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima can skillfully manage marketing through digital marketing and website.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. Abstract This study aims to fulfill duties in community service activities in order to help the community in solving problems related to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The place for community service activities is in the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which provides various regional souvenirs from Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, East Java. Ekawira UMKM Gallery is chaired by Mrs. Hesti Purwanti. One of the products produced at the Ekawira UMKM Gallery is typical curry pia. This product is neatly packaged and already has a brand, but the marketing is only sold in the area around the Kare area, not yet out of town or through existing social media. This is a problem faced by these MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of holding this community service is to help the Ekawira UMKM Gallery in marketing its products, by providing several sales/promotion media solutions to make it easier in terms of marketing. The marketing solution provided is by doing digital marketing, how to promote it through social media such as Instagram, creating a page on Facebook and creating a product website for the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which aims to make this product known by many people and more consumers who buy it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar bisa membantu masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tempat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang menyediakan aneka oleh-oleh daerah khas Desa Kare, Kecamatan Kare, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Galeri UMKM Ekawira diketuai oleh ibu Hesti Purwanti. Salah satu produk yang di hasilkan di Galeri UMKM Ekawira adalah pia khas Kare. Produk ini sudah di kemas dengan rapi dan sudah memiliki merek, namun  pemasarannya hanya dijual di daerah sekitar daerah Kare saja, belum sampai keluar kota maupun melalui media sosial yang ada. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tersebut. Karena itu, tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu Galeri UMKM Ekawira dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan memberikan beberapa solusi media penjualan/promosi untuk mempermudah dalam hal pemasaran. Solusi pemasaran yang diberikan yaitu,dengan melakukan digital marketing caranya mempromosikan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, pembuatan laman pada facebook dan pembuatan laman web produk Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang bertujuan agar produk ini di ketahui oleh banyak orang  dan lebih banyak lagi konsumen yang membelinya.

The decision of physical distancing status by the central and regional governments in order to avoid the spread of covid-19 is considered to be able to disrupt food distribution. To conquer farmer’s income so that it does not decrease on the covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing technology is needed by utilizing social media that can help the farmers market their product directly to consumers. The community service carried out at the datok office in Matang Ara Jawa Datok, Banda Mulia sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The outcome of this service activities are (1) utilizing technology to increase farmers income, (2) utilizing Social media application (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, etc) so the marketing become broad, (3)Increasing farmers marketing by utilizing cell phones as means distributing agricultural product so that the selling price is higher, (4) (4) increasing awareness of the importance of technology in marketing agricultural products, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, and (5) increasing the welfare of partners by relying on HP to get a higher income.

ICH Danareja describes home industry players engaged in the sale of clothing brand. The implementation of the sale of clothing matahari brand of ICH Danareja tried was with an store system offline and online marketing through social media. The case experienced by ICH at this time was the least method of selling clothing matahari brand through promotional media facilities. The average sales in 2018 per month are only around 300 pcs of clothing produced from conventional and online marketing with a total income of IDR. 15,000,000/month. This situation is quite low because it is fitting for the sales target of 500 pcs of clothing and has not targeted the use of facilities digital marketing as well as indicating depreciation in sales volume by 40% in 2016, 45% in 2017 and 50% in 2018. Research on the problems studied clothing sales can be improved in the manner of the Boston Consulting Group. The result of the level of clothing sales volume of the matahari brand an attractive energy development market of 0, 03%, the total development of the market share is 0, 6%, the level of development of product sales reaches 504 pcs per month. So that it can fulfill the sales target of 500 pcs of clothes per month. Next, analyzing benchmarking that refers to the strategy canvas, the price advantage of ICH is relatively standard and affordable, the lowest price of IDR. 35,000. Since the covid pandemic entered the DIY area, residents of the community of RW 13, Panembahan Village have been affected. Public opinion decreased. The community service team from UPN veteran Yogyakarta is trying to help overcome this with community empowerment programs through digital business / digital marketing. Continuously and slowly the condition of the people's income can increase again. Promotion through social media is optimized through whatssapp groups, Instagram and market places.

North Lombok Regency is the most affected area due to the sequential earthquake that occurred in July 2018 on the island of Lombok. Therefore, the purpose of community service activities is to provide training and business assistance to communities that have an impact on earthquakes. The location is addressed to the Sedayu Putri Fisheries Processing and Marketers Group (POKLAHSAR) on Lokok Rangan Hamlet, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. The training provided on entrepreneurship and business management to produce a variety of food products from marine fish, such as shredded meat, fish bone crackers and fish bone sticks from the utilization of fish bone waste. Next to provided training on marketing and finance. The method used by lectures, consultation and assistance. Activities will be carried out from May 2019 to November 2019. The results of the activities of group members are able to produce shredded fish products, fish bone crackers and fish sticks. Expected result is the participants rose again to produce a variety of processed products from the sea acquired knowledge about the importance of packaging, used social media for broad marketing, and made financial report. Participants got back up from adversity and generated income to improve their welfare.

Abstract: In 2018, the number of Instagram users in Indonesia has reached 55 million users. A year earlier, Jakarta is the champ on Instagram as the most photographed place, surpassing Sao Paulo, New York and Madrid. This phenomenon shows that Instagram is a social network that is trending in Indonesia right now. Trilogi Business Incubator (Inbistro) is a business incubator belonging to the Universitas Trilogi. From observations and discussions, there are still many tenants which assisted by Inbistro who do not understand digital marketing, especially with Instagram. Albeit, Instagram has become a popular social media in Indonesia, including for product promotion. This community service activity will try to answer the problem: how to increase the capacity of Inbistro tenants so that they understand the basics of Instagram marketing? Our training was designed in 3 (three) sessions which discussed: (1) the importance of using Instagram as a marketing tool for a business; (2) How to find quality, free royalty photos and videos for Instagram content; (3) How to find products and sell them on Instagram. Keywords: Instagram marketing, Trilogi Business Incubator, Inbistro, social media, online marketing Abstrak:  Di tahun 2018, jumlah pengguna Instagram Indonesia telah mencapai 55 juta pengguna. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa Instagram adalah jejaring sosial yang sedang diminati di Indonesia saat ini. Inkubator Bisnis Trilogi (Inbistro) adalah inkubator bisnis milik Universitas Trilogi. Dari pengamatan dan diskusi, terlihat bahwa masih banyak tenant binaan Inbistro yang belum memahami tentang digital marketing, terlebih dengan Instagram. Padahal Instagram telah menjadi media sosial yang cukup populer di Indonesia, termasuk untuk promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan mencoba menjawab permasalahan: bagaimana cara meningkatkan kapasitas tenant Inbistro agar mereka memahami dasar-dasar pemasaran melalui Instagram (Instagram marketing)? Pelatihan kami rancang dalam 3 (tiga) sesi yang membahas: (1) Pentingnya memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai sarana pemasaran suatu bisnis; (2) Cara mencari foto dan video berkualitas, tanpa berbayar, untuk konten Instagram; (3) Cara mencari produk dan menjualnya di Instagram. Kata Kunci: Instagram Marketing, Inkubator Bisnis Trilogi, Inbistro, media sosial, pemasaran daring

The current era of digitization is known as the digital era 4.0. It is said that the digital era is due to the massive use of the internet in the community. But unfortunately not a few people can see the opportunity to use internet services is a potential market to market the products and services they produce. So we from the TEAM of the Faculty of Economics, University of Bina Sarana Informatika, carried out Community Service activities in the form of Training on Introduction and Utilization of Social Media to Increase Sales of Hydroponic Products for Youth and Youth RW 03 Sumber Jaya Village, Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency with the aim of encouraging and improving the abilities of the Karang Taruna youth and residents of Sumber Jaya Village who are now able to produce hydroponic vegetables, so that they can develop their business by increasing sales through social media. Since the Covid-19 outbreak, which was followed up with PSBB and PPKM, it has had an impact on traders and entrepreneurs in increasing their product sales, as well as hydroponic agricultural products pioneered by youth organizations and residents of RW 03 Sumber Jaya Village, Tambun Selatan District, Bekasi Regency. The results of this training are expected to open up the insight and knowledge of youth organizations and residents of Sumber Jaya Village in utilizing social media to increase sales of hydroponic agricultural products they manage.

Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" is a fish farming group located in Jehem Village, Tembuku District, Bangli Regency and is engaged in fisheries, especially koi fish. Based on observations, it is known that this group still has problems in marketing the product. By using digital marketing through social media, it is hoped that they can reach the target market of the "Mina Kumala Sari" Fish Farmer Group. The purpose of this community service is to find out the use of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for the cultivation of the Fish Farmer Group "Mina Kumala Sari" Jehem Village. The implementation method begins at the observation stage, then conducts interviews with the group leader to gather information, followed by a literature study to collect data from literature and the last stage is documentation in the form of photos and videos. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that utilizing social media as a means to market products is quite effective because before the promotion was carried out many people did not know the existence of this group and after promotion through social media and direct and online promotions with groups or communities of ornamental fish lovers caused the Farmers Group Fish "Mina Kumala Sari" is increasingly recognized by the wider community.
